Very average café with typical sandwich and soup combos. Nothing here stands out as a «signature food item», that I would ever crave or specifically think about. Friendly staff, clean environment but again nothing spectacular. We sat on the patio because the weather permitted. The food was brought out quickly. The sandwich we ordered is called the«Cuban press sandwich». The meat had no flavor, it was packed with mustard and the bread was very dense and dry. They give you some kettle chips or you can have carrots instead. For extra fee you may upgrade to a side salad. Sandwiches are about $ 8. I do however like the fact they post calories on the menu.

I loved the breakfast and atmosphere in this place. I recommend for meetings and hangouts with friends. Food is good and drinks are standard.

My wife and I split the bacon and cheddar panini and the Anaheim panini. We both thought the Anaheim panini was better. Also got blueberry tart with a lemon glaze. This was incredible when I got home and heated it up with a couple scoops of ice cream.

I’m not sure why this place has such a low rating. I enjoy the breakfast so much that I will pick this place over ihop and egg and I. Lunch is amazing too! Wifi isn’t too great here but if they fix that I will be in there everyday!!!

Came here for an early lunch around 11:00 am. It was pleasant, clean, & the food was good. The portions were generous. The service was friendly and the location is convenient. I will definitely be back.

Average café fare. Convenient lunch option. I prefer McAllisters or Jason’s Deli for similar dishes. Their pick-two soup and salad combo is a large portion of salad(big plus for me) but their execution is a solid«meh»: items are fresh but bland across the board, unclear whether baked goods are baked in house(doubtful). Service is pretty green and forgot multiple items on other orders around me. Tables were messy and the floor was wet like they were mopping to close early, with an hour to go til close.

Good sandwich/soup type place. Reminds me of a Panera or McAllister’s Deli. Lots of choices including hot paninis, flatbread sandwiches, salads, etc. I ordered the chicken pomodori. It was a delicious hot pressed sandwich that I loved. A little greasy on the bread, I’ll probably opt for the harvest grain bread next time. Friend got half a sandwich and salad, both of which she enjoyed. It’s a little pricey, but not what you wouldn’t expect for the area. I’m giving four stars because my friend had to change her cutlery for dirtiness. I’d probably go back at some point, but there are also plenty of other options in the area.

Eating healthy can be delicious! Went in today with my wife and had a terrific meal. We both had combo meals that knocked us off our socks. She had soup/sandwich combo with tomato basil soup and some sandwich with grilled veggies. SHELOVEDIT! I had salad/sandwich combo with a chopped salad and half of an Asian spicy pork sandwich! DELICIOUSANDFRESH! The staff was quick and efficient. Was able to meet with the manager John, very welcoming. We will be back soon.

Grabbed some food to go and I may come back in the near future. I opted for the Chicken Ceasars Flatbread, with a side of carrots, and the loaded potato soup. While everything tasted good and fresh, I find it to be a bit pricy for 8.00 and some change… and that was without a drink. I did have an issue with the flatbread being quite soggy from the dressing, which made for a bit of a messy experience. The soup was amazing. I would definitely grab just a bowl of this soup alone. Give it a try!

First time here. Overall very good for the family. A little on the pricey side for sandwiches(about $ 8-$ 10), but very fresh. The portions are large, even the kids meals. The spicy Asian pork is delicious and it is spicy, real spicy. The real prize is the lemon chicken orzo. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Had the all american scrambler. My girlfriend is allergic to gluten so I asked if we can substitute her toast for fruit, they said no. Our food came out pretty quick but the eggs were cold. We let the waiter know and he heated them up. Would have preferred them making new eggs. The eggs were also made from egg beaters versus real eggs. Not my preferred choice of eggs. Overall the experience was so so.

This place is good. Had the dc chicken sandwich. But did not like the bread it was on. It’s in a great location. And I had a tea that I never heard of before. And I love the decoring.

It’s a decent spot for a nice meal. The Cuban Press sandwich is very good. I’m a fan of their breakfasts. They give you decent portions. They have a nice variety of healthy options. The food isn’t overly greasy and a much better option than fast food. I give it 3 stars because, in my opinion, it’s a little pricey for an order-at-the-counter restaurant.

Cuban press sandwich is 5 stars. The chicken soup brought this down to 3 stars. I think I got the bottom of the pot on the Chicken soup. It was late in the day and a lot of the tables were still piled up with dishes. Great little place and I’ll be back for the Cuban minus the soup.

I’ve eaten there three times. Every time it was ok. Considering lunch cost over $ 9 w/a water I expected it to be a little better. The panini was drenched in some kind of oil which made it pretty unappetizing. The Lemon orzo soup did not have any lemon flavor a was soo thick. The sandwiches were small & plain. Definitely not the best sandwich place in town & overpriced for what you get.

I had bookmarked this place for a while and this morning was finally our opportunity to try it. The hubby was craving lunch I was in the mood for breakfast, the Bakery seemed like the perfect choice to satisfy both of our cravings. We walked in and in front of us was a gentleman placing a big order for what seemed to be for a small village. 10 minutes later we are still standing in line to order. 12 minutes in we are acknowledge and told that they«will be right with us». 15 minutes later someone finally comes to the counter, I place my order for Anaheim Scrambled and he assumes by saying«and a drink too» while handing me a cup. I respond«I will actually like some coffee if you don’t mind» His face was perturbed, but for $ 2.09 a drink, I wanted to drink something I was actually craving not being pushed on. Hubby orders the Sliced Beef sandwich. Our food came out promptly and with a smile by someone in the kitchen.(only positive interaction about this experience). My fruit was translucent, sign that it has been sitting for longer than a day. The eggs and overall dish was nothing that will bring me back. The only thing good about the Beef sandwich was the high quality deli meat. Two entrees(breakfast eggs and sandwich), a coffee and water + horrible service = $ 25.00 Not a fan.

Are the sandwiches decent? Yeah, sure. Are they great? No. Corner Bakery is a chain and as such they produce a product that is what one expects from a chain. The sandwiches are good but lacking in flavor. The meats are just factory produced loaves of uninspired product. The meats are no different then what you get from all the other big sandwich making chains. The, there are the soups. Again, decent but obviously made in some enormous factory somewhere. I had the spicy coconut soup and enjpyed it but their chicken noodle was marginally better then canned soup. Where this chain does excel are their baked goods because I believe they make them in house or at the very least bake them in house. I have liked all their baked goods. For me the bottom line is getting what you pay for and I just don’t feel I am getting a premium sandwich for the premium price I am paying.
