Coyote Canyon

My family and I used to come here when I was younger and the good was decent. But now… HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! So many things had NO flavor. I tried the tacos with beef and beans and it was like eating boiled meat in water with no seasoning. Mashed potatoes were gross! Mac and cheese was gross! Steaks were decent, fried chicken was decent. Other than that maybe just the desserts. What a waste!

Always on the lookout for a buffet that matches our even outdoes quality for price. We didn’t find it here. But then again, who am I kidding — your not gonna find great food on a buffet less than $ 10. But with several hungry people in company after a long day, why not try this place. Not the best choice. Seemed reasonably clean and our waitress was sweet, but the food was just not good — really! Even my daughter said the mac n cheese had no taste. She was right, it really had no flavor. How do you screw up mac n cheese? And quite a bold move luring people with «Steak Buffet» in your title, but offer no steak on your buffet. The closest thing to steak was a slab of roast beef, sliced by a server that was absent from the bar more than he was there. I shouldn’t have waited. It just was not worth it.

Maybe I came on an off day but I had an awful experience here. First off the hostesses were rude and inattentive. One hostess didn’t wanna help me and referred me to her coworker who was on the phone. I should’ve gone w/​my instinct and left but she got off the phone and finally acknowledged me.
They have plenty of food but its nowhere near Golden Corral quality. I’m never coming here again.

Its name makes it sound fancier than it really is. But this place is kinda like a Golden Corral with less food. I went there thinking I was gonna gorge myself on steak. But I’m not really a steak fiend. So once I got there, I tried a lot of their other dishes. There was the usual assortment of dishes like macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, chicken, and fish. The Mexican food section is a nice change with dishes like beef tips and enchiladas. There’s also a nacho/​taco bar. This place also has a lot of healthy options such as a salad bar and various steam vegetables. It must be my time of the month or something because I just couldn’t stop eating the bread pudding. It was really excellent, and not overly sweet. This place was somewhat of a drive from where I live, but I would eat there again if I was in the area.

This restaurant is a steak buffet, (more like all sorts of food buffet) Well this place has an OBSCENE amount of food to choose from. For the small price it is quite a deal. It has a couple of drawbacks. First, it is always crowded and secondly you will gain weight even from one visit. It has ome very good food. And the rest is quite decent.

Wow where do I start. This place has an overwhelming amount of food and there is probably no way a person could try everything in one setting. Think of hometown buffet x2. Most people I believe come here for the steak. It’s all you can eat steak (but really after one serving I don’t know how one can get another one — they either serve a really large piece of steak or two small pieces — I had to split with one of the other people in my party) However there’s more than the steak. you could get a whole small rotesserie chicken here too if you wanted. (I witnessed it personally with some guy that was in front me in the buffet line). Then there’s a whole selection of Mexican food… carnitas…enchiledas etc. As if that main dishes weren’t enough to fill your appetite… they have a large selection of desserts. They have self serve ice cream buckets, different types of cakes and cookies and even Mexican flan. If you decide to go to this restaurant you gotta go hungry and at the same time be prepared to work out after to burn the enormous amount of calories ;)
