Horrible horrible horrible! This will be my last time coming to this location. Staff told me 30 minute wait. I waited for over an hour and a half for my table. I love Texas Roadhouse, just not this location. Just a for-​warning for whom ever

Went there with family. Service was a little slow at first but there was a large crowd and that could be expected. Once we ordered, the server was very attentive. Food was good, restaurant was clean, no complaints. Will be back.

This restaurant needs major work in service training. From the hostess to the waitress this was a terrible experience.

Food was cold & service was horrible. We had to keep looking for our waitress & keep asking her to bring napkins drink refills, etc.

06/06/16…after a crappy experience at zios (next door) we walked next door to Texas Roadhouse for our weekly date night& sat at bar got quick & very friendly service from bartender… she was new to bartending & still kicked ass

Last 2 visits we waiting over an hour and a half. Poor service, This last time We waited even though we made reservations. Then it was 1−½ hours before we received our food. We’re usually satisfied with this steakhouse chain but this particular franchise lacks the ability to plan ahead and accommodate it’s guest.

Me and my boyfriend went there a few nights ago for our Anniversary dinner. It was a Tuesday night. We waited about 20 min for a table which wasn’t a problem seeing as though we weren’t in a rush. After we got seated it took about 10 min for our server to approach us. She was cluless on the food and drink menu. The drinks took forever to arrive and she brought me a drink i never asked for. After i brought it to her attention, she said she would bring me the correct drink. Im not even kidding when i say 30 min went by and i still didn’t have a drink. She never even bothered to bring me a water or check back with me. Frustrated i got up to find a manager. Not sure what his name was but the manager on duty didn’t seem to care much about our experience. I told him i hadn’t received my drink yet and we were still waiting on an appetizer. He said he would check into it and walked away. Poor management skills. He never bothered to check on us the rest of the night. Although i seen him checking on tables around us. Sad to say i had to ask my boyfriend if maybe its because I’m black as to why the manager never took my complaint seriously. When the food arrived after we were there for an hour. it tasted old, as if it had been reheated. I told my server, she said «Oh. Im sorry» and didn’t bother to fix it. We will not be returning.

It was just okay. Here’s the wrap up–
Wait: Sunday, 1400 Was told a 15 – 25 minute wait. Took about 30mins, so that’s about right.
Service: Slow, Slow, Even slower. Appetizer never showed (finally cancelled it), and the salads came out with the main course. The waitress didn’t identify herself, but was working hard. We had no complaints with her at all. Took almost an hour to get our food.
Food: Adult: Ribeye 10oz, Ribs, Sweet potato, salad. Ribeye cooked to order perfectly, and the ribs were great. Adult: Sirloin 6oz, Grilled shrimp, sweet potato (apparently «loaded» just means unmelted marshmallows tossed on top) salad. Sent the shrimp back TWICE for WAY too much salt. Finally just ordered plain and seasoned ourselves. Child: hot dog, applesauce. That was fine. Also ordered a beer on draft, and was charged full price even though it was Sunday (didn’t say anything).
Restrooms: Not horrible. Obviously busy.
Overall: It was Average. Won’t be a regular stop for us. I give 2.5 stars

I never really cared for this place before, but we went for drinks with friends, ended up eating and it was the best visit we’ve had. We were told the wait would be an hour, but it only ended up being half an hour, which was nice.
The server, Gabe seriously made this the best visit! This guy was on the ball with everything from drinks, food and the extras. Anything we asked for appeared super quick with no waiting. He was literally the best server we have had in years — even from 4 star restaurants and we tipped him accordingly. He deserved it!
The food was very good, fresh and hot. I balked at going, but am so glad we did. We will be back as it is worth the wait on a busy night.

Good food, OK pricing, awesome servers… Good place for a family dinner out. Even noisy kids are OK here.
HOWEVER, the restaurant’s penchant for turning up the music – REALLY turning it up – when the girls line dance definitely should be rethought. The occupants of all 5 tables around us were making faces and shaking their heads. Thankfully, it doesn’t last long, but it is an irritating interruption to an otherwise pleasant dinner.

Good catfish love the blooming onion and rattle snake bits hubby loves their steak all in all real good

Bad Service, This was their 3^rd chance. Never again will we go back there.
First visit we were served Warm Beer and Cold Steaks.
2^nd visit we waited 20 minutes to get our check.
3^rd (& last) we waited 20 minutes after being seated and No one came to take our order, after we watched the table next to us get seated and someone take their drink order, we left.
We will not be back to that location.

Music a little loud.
Food is typical Longhorn fare.
Wait staff seems short handed.
But a good place overall.

Ordered a median rare ribeye. And the server brought an almost well ribeye. Terrible steak. This place are getting worse. I felt the server saw us are Asian people. She may thought we don’t know what American steak is! And I asked for 57sauce. She brought me an almost empty one. I never will come here.

Dropped by about 30 – 45 minutes before closing time with my whole family (a party of 13 children & adults). We had a few drinks as we waited for our table and were seated promptly despite it being a busy Friday night.
Our server Arturo did a great job of making us feel welcomed. He took all of our drink, appetizer, and entrée orders accurately. I was very impressed.
We all thought our steaks were well cooked to order, although I did think they were a bit salty and over-​seasoned. Overall, I think Texas Roadhouse did a great job of serving such a large group, on such a short notice, on a busy Friday night. Good job guys.

I just got here and was seated so I decided to wash my hands. I walked in the ladies RESTROOMS and it was Extremely dirty. WATRESS: was ok but I suggest she works on her CUSTOMER SERVICE. ADVICE to Waitress ask your customers if they want anything else from the menu, drink etc. Before you give them the bill. FOOD: Was amazingly good. But next time I’ll stick with the TEXAS ROADHOUSE ON INGRAM. It’s CLEANER AND HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I haven’t had a chance to write a review on my last visit to this restaurant but my last visit here was on ⁷⁄₃₁. Went with a couple of friends for lunch. The overall service was not great. We got there a little after 1pm. Got seated, we probably didn’t get our drinks until 20 minutes after we sat. Our waitress never showed up, so we were helped by another server. We didn’t get our appetizer until MAYBE 40 minutes later. We didn’t get our food until about an hour later. The restaurant was not busy at time we went, so i don’t understand why the service was so slow. The manager at this location either needs to hire more staff or work on getting their employees on to improve on their service.

Worst Fu*ken Service Ever!!! Took an hour for our party to get our food. Messed up on the order TWICE. Ordered baked chicken and it was still raw on the inside. The waiter forgot the kids order and started to prepare it after we reminded them about it. Oh and they totally forgot about the appetizer. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. STAY AWAY!!!

I like this place but trying to order to go from here is a nightmare. they have a specified to go line, and no one designated to manage it without hem having to do something else. waiting less than 5 minutes is a miracle. but you’ll wait longer more than likely.

Very disappointing service. Food took over 40mins. Not worth the wait. Asked to speak to the manager. That person never came. I will definitely not return to this southeast location. It’s so sad that I will have to travel farther north to receive better service. It’s so bad that even the manager does not come out of the office!
