Male Bartender was shady! While waiting for an online order, another customer complained about being charged for a soda that he never received. Once bartender was put on spotlight he apologized and gave him cash from his tip jar. Then when my order was ready he brings it out and I double check it. & I’m missing the sampler. When I let him know, right away he says «we don’t have a sampler. «& so I tell him well it’s on your menu. Next thing you know it he’s walking back from the kitchen with my sampler!!!

Sirloin was somewhat tough and had No flavor. Very bland. It was cooked the way I requested however. Steamed broccoli was over steamed and mushy. Also asked for salad dressing on side but brought salad drowned in dressing. Service was ok. Atmosphere was nice.

I had a business lunch and was seated pretty fast and greeted by the waiter very fast. Drinks came out fast too.
I originally ordered the ribeye and wanted it medium rare plus but the waiter informed me that as a chain, Longhorn doesn’t recognize that temperature.
I have ordered that steak at Longhorn many times before and pressed the waiter again and he said that temperature didn’t exist.
So I ordered the steak salad with steak prepared medium. When it came out, the steak was a perfect medium rare plus.
I would expect that this restaurant as a steak chain, should train all staff on temperatures or that the waiter would have went to ask the cooks.

My family and I came here for a celebration dinner. Our server Hannah was great! The food was delicious and the service was great!!!

The food was okay. Burger was a little too over cooked and the service was okay until it came time to pay. She gave me the bill and didn’t come back for another 20 mins then asked her for military discount which took her another 15 minutes to come back but by then the manager already came to take care of me. In total took 30 – 40 minutes just to pay ! Garbage service

This is one of those spots where you can go unwind after a long day, sit at the bar and enjoy a good happy hour margarita and appetizer all for less than $ 10. I leave there feeling like i got a bargain, yes its part of a chain but still a southside jem.

It’s been a little over a month since my last visit and again I was disappointed. We both ordered the American Steak Dinner. I will list the good and the bad.
The good:
The water
The salads
The Cinnamon Carrot cake
The sweet potato
The bad:
Ordered the steaks medium and still came out over cooked and kind of tough
The normally warm bread that wasn’t warm
Weren’t offered plates for the bread or our appetizer
Mashed potatoes were luke warm at best
The corn fritters weren’t even warm and they seemed old and kind of stale
At this point we had enough and asked for the dessert to go which we only got because we had to remind our waiter
Our waiter was one of the most unfriendly people I’ve had to deal with and seemed to be put out having to take care of us. And after paying the bill in cash, never got the check back with the change, he just assumed that it was his to keep for the tip.
This is strike two Longhorn, I know you are better than this but I’m really starting to have my doubts.

I really like the customer service, and the food, especially the steaks are fresh and juicy.

Horrible service tonight. Waited 45 minutes for a table after we were told 30 min.
Got bread served to us with no utensils or plates. Had to flag down waitress to get the utensils. Steak was brought out before our salad and had wait forever for drink refill.

Wait was incredibly long for an empty house never offered refills, ketchup bottle was empty when waitress Gaby brought to me. Not going back

The bar staff must not rely on tips we were ignored for a good 20 minutes and had to literally flag our bartender down tonight more than once. Our waitress was sweet as can be and did make up for our poor service at the bar. Our wait was an hour and a half after being told it was an hour. I literally
Caught them trying to give our table to another party after it was promised to us and I was told we were next. Not the best experience

Poor service, 37 minute wait when originally quoted 15 – 20. 14 open table and booths and told rudely when I inquired about what I observed. Its a Tuesday night, its slow, and even the gentleman that came in right after us for a «party of one» was told not to sit in open bar area if he wasn’t ordering a drink with his meal. Luckily our server was great and accommodating, but the lack of respect for three adults and my little one on a relatively slow week night means this may be the first and last time I eat at Longhorn Steakhouse. I’d hate to see how a weekend night would be like.

First time at Longhorn and enjoyed the my Ribeye.
April made an Awesome Gentleman Man drink name Steves Super Punch. Float On!
Bread was hot and fresh
Ribeye Steak was cooked to perfection seasoned well. 18oz size was enough of Leftovers.
Service was excellent and attentive. Will have to try the Ribs Nextime.

Dinner was fabulous! Lucked out arriving during happy hour. Started with a Prime Time Margarita and Spicy Chicken Bites. Both were very good, highly recommend. I had the Rosemary Cabernet Fillet with a sweet potato, and garden salad. Fillet and sweet potato were delicious! Hubby had Prime Time burger with Parmesan crusted fries. He said his burger was good, but a little dry. I tried his fries; yummy! For dessert we attempted the Chocolate Stampede… heavenly, but too full to finish it. Took some yummy leftovers home for later!

Great service and great food… recommend the stuffed mushrooms. The ribs were really good and the asparagus was cooked to perfection. Definitely will be back again

Very disappointed with this location. I was looking forward to the Outlaw Ribeye. I had just visited the LongHorn location on San Pedro and I had great service and was expecting the same at this location. Sad to say this location really was disappointing. First off we where seated and no one came to great us or acknowledge us. Then when we asked for a waiter we where brought the bread with dirty dishes and utensils. (Picture below) I asked for the Outlaw Ribeye medium rare and they brought it well done. The only thing I enjoyed about this location was the waiter Ray who gave us great customer services and went out of his way to make our visit pleasant. To bad he is at that location.

Genuinely good food! I’m always hesitant to do these reviews on chain restaurants, but I’m glad we stopped here for lunch (even if I’m overstuffed right now).
After a weird experience with a confused hostess, I was a little worried about our little family lunch. Our waiter was excellent though. He was quick and efficient, seemed to be balancing quite a few tables very well. Two others in our party ordered steak and mashed potatoes, cooked medium, though one came out definitely medium-​well. A common mistake since the steaks were different sizes and the cook probably prepared them at the same time. I got a lunch special which is a great deal for a low cost. Mine was their signature mac n cheese with a caesar salad. Salad was crisp and fresh, and Mac was rich and tangy. The richness makes it a heavy meal, probably good for a winter day.
Overall a good meal for a chain, not necessarily topping my steak expectations (I did try the steaks) but up there for good service, good deals, and a good meal.

I am a Texan, so I know steak. I am always hesitant about CHAINS … Saltgrass is terrible and Texas Land and Cattle is good but Longhorn Surprised me. The food is above average, bodering on great.
But what kicks my ass about Longhorn is their customer service!!! From the moment you walk in they make you feel at home. We went there for my husband’s birthday on Saturday (gay couple) with my mom in tow and they totally treated us like family.
We went again tonight as I had left my wallet. The manager brought it to us and we had another great dinner

Loved the ambiance, the service and the food. This was my first stop when moving to Texas from California and boy I was happy.
Pricey compared to other restaurants in the area but well worth it. I’ve been here twice and on both times I came out smiling.

Not the same quality of meat you get at a high end steakhouse but not the same high prices either. And after all this is a chain.
With that having been said I went for lunch and ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, an 18 oz. bone-​in, fire-​grilled ribeye. The steak was very flavorful though there were a couple of tough spots (tendons) that where tough to cut even with a steak knife.
I liked that I could go lighter and get steamed vegetables instead of a potato. The hot bread and butter that came out when I was seated was very good. I liked the blue cheese dressing on my salad. The blue cheese was the star and not just an after thought.
The service was good and attentive.
Overall a very pleasant experience. I would go back and visit again.
