Great sandwiches and the awesome the table servers were very courteous and friendly! It was refreshing to have such attentive customer service.

No other place gives me the comfort of knowing their food is fresh, organic, non-gmo, no high fructose corn syrup like Jason’s Deli. The portions are big, the prices are reasonable and I love the selection on the salad bar(especially the gingerbread mini muffins!)

Yesterday I went with my parents and several people from the Spanish depart man at my church. I had the managers special with broccoli cheddar soup and the California sandwich. That was yummy. And to drink I had the blueberry pomerate pop. The only thing I did not like was that it was too cold inside. The only place that was warm was the bathroom. And that was clean.

Very disappointed in this particular Jason’s Deli. They weren’t overly friendly and when we ordered our carry out meal it took forever. My daughter and I ordered 2 salads and then went to the restroom. When we came back everyone was just standing around doing nothing but chatting. When we walked up to the counter the gal who took our order looked at us and walked off. She then asked the kitchen staff who was making the Cesar salad for carry out. Everyone just shrugged their shoulders and finally started to make our salads. When they were finally made someone brought them over to us. I checked the order and there wasn’t any dressing for one of the salads. I went and got it myself at the salad bar. Only one guy asked if everything was ok with the order after we stood in there waiting for almost 20 minutes for just salad and when we got back to our hotel and opened up the salad it was missing ingredients. Overall poor customer service and bad follow through.

Great service, friendly employees. Endless salad bar, complimentary muffins, breads, trail mix, crackers. The Chicken Pot Pie Soup is a definite winner. Free ice cream, soft serve style, always! Nice ambiance, can watch games, thus, better than a sports bar! I guess, unless you do not care about service + great food, only want to drink…

This location is OK. I’m not overly impressed with it or the food. I’m used to a Jason’s Deli in Atlanta that makes probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I did like the chili it is on par with the other locations that I’ve tried. Always love the free ice cream, so if you’re not far from it or just driving by it still worth the try.

Made me feel unwelcome Where are the name tags? I was trying to tell a manger about an unkind employee but I had no name

This was my first visit to this location. I ordered the Ruben. After over thirty minutes and me asking the staff what the heck was going on they finally gave me a lukewarm sandwich with soggy bread. I’ll stick to the Jason’s off 1604 or McAlisters.

Clean, fresh and friendly staff. Everything you expect from a Jason’s deli and nothing to complain about. The only reason I didn’t give it its 5th star is because there are no hard boiled eggs in their salad bar which is a must for me in salads. I always have the unlimited salad bar for $ 8 and it doesn’t disappoint.

They stop delivering at 6PM! So, if you want a dinner sandwich, you must order before then.

The other one I went to earlier on is better than this one. The Strawberry Shortcake wasn’t very good. I would not recommend it. The Irish Potato Soup on the other hand, was delicious. I would prefer to go to the other Jason’s Deli next time, or Papadoux’s if it wasn’t so crowded. Improve your Strawberry Shortcake and I will make this review better.

Good food but I wouldnt recommend it to anyone visiting san antonio. there is no security whatsoever in the area. we went on a friday night at 830 and both a SUV and us had our cars robbed while eating inside. the suv had the window broken and we had the door forced. both cars were parked right in front of the restaurant and had visibility from inside, and both of us had out of state licence plates. I am almost sure that someone inside the restaurant was tipping the robbers of our movements so they could do their business without being noticed.

Outstanding food and service every time that I stop by. That explains why the parking lot and the restaurant are always full. Food is prepared in quickly even though the restaurant is packed. You always are get quality food that you would tell your friend and family about.

I go in and order a turkey wrap with mixed fruit and soup to go. I open the bag only to find a plain and dry turkey on white bread and not all of the fruit in my fruit cup was cut up? It was really unsatisfying and disappointing. Was not expecting that at all. The tomato basil soup was good, but had a little too many tomato chunks. Not sure if I’ll go again.

OMG I LOVETHESALADBAR! Couldn’t decide what to get when your on Medifast here so I just got the salad bar and as a rebel I ordered a cup o soup to share with my love(fire roasted tortilla) which we loved. The salad bar has the freshest ingredients. Even if you are slightly skeptical. try it. fresh fresh fresh. $ 7.99 you cant beat that. especially since its not weighed like whole foods. The fiancée had the Cuban sandwich which he said was good but he wished he had gotten the salad bar instead after seeing my masterpiece.

Wished I saw the photos of the dirty kitchen area and mold on the bread before we decided to eat here for dinner. Got the California Club(Toasted croissant with roasted turkey breast, bacon, Swiss, guacamole, tomato, organic field greens, mayo.) and my bf got the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken(Natural, grilled chicken breast, bacon, Swiss, guacamole, tomato, Thousand Island dressing, grilled on whole grain wheat.), both with fruit. He got the chicken pot pie soup while I got the Southwestern Chicken Chili. I really liked the chili — delish – wish had more chicken though! It was mainly beans. We both enjoyed our meal. San Antonio sure loves their Jason’s Delis! Every location we go to is busy!

Fast service and the type of food you expect from Jason’s Deli. I stopped her during the week and there were some higher ups/execs doing a quality check. I also noticed that a lot of fire fighters, cops and professionals eat here. That alone says the place is doing something right.

As one single person during a lunch rush, I could not find a table to sit down and eat at. This particular location is on my shit list. I love me some Jason’s Deli salad bar and their chicken chili and white bean soup on a chilly South Texas day. But part of the appeal of eating here is that you’re in and out quickly, while still getting to sit and enjoy your meal while it’s hot(I’m not a huge takeout fan at any restaurant). Is it their fault that they’re so popular during lunch that it’s hard to find a seat? Not necessarily, but there were plenty of tables that would be available if not for being full of dirty dishes and in need of bussing. Also, squatters are annoying and perhaps the restaurant should take more responsibility in alerting such socially irresponsible folks. Just sayin’.

Ok this restaurant is yummyyy! Really good sammiches and soups. I would totally give this place another star or two BUT this location off 410 by my Planet Fitness is DISGUSTING… the floor has marks like spilled soda«cleaned up» with a filthy mop… greasy looking… crumbs and trash EVERYWHERE… look at the picture I posted. that’s behind the counter where your sandwich is made. Some people might not think that’s gross but if that’s how they keep things you can SEE imagine the areas that are NOT in view…*shivers* There were at least 6 workers and ALL of them including the manager were standing around and/or playing around. Don’t think I’m this stuck up diva, but c’monnnnn. If you want to play hard you gotta work hard too!!! I don’t mind that they have this easy going manager and they probably enjoy working in such a relaxed environment BUT do your job. If I were the manager there I would let my employees know that they could do whatever they want AFTER shit gets done. I come and pay for your services. I find it disgusting that I have to step on old lettuce and crumbs everywhere I go. ANYWAAAY this is what my boyfriend and I ate, it was SOO good: We both ordered the half sandwich, cup of soup n chips combo for about $ 15 for everything. I got broccoli n cheese soup OMG Mmmmm Cali club — toasted croissant, turkey, swiss, bacon, guac(kinda skimped on it), tomato, lettuce It was really good oh and baked lays. should’ve gotten the fruit! He ordered the Amy O half sandwich-turkey, tomato, avocado, mustard on a croissant… similar to mine with ruffles and French onion soup. OFCOURSE I had a spoonful of his soup lol and we both agreed that we have had better french onion. I totally recommend my dish more heheh Hope this was helpful guys! ;D Let’s cross our fingers that they read this and the place will match their great food next time!!!

Love Jason’s when I’m on a salad kick. But hungry patrons beware… Avoid during peak lunch hours as you will find a huge crowed in a cramped seating area and may even have to stand with your tray until someone finishes. I love that they have beets at the salad bar. And they added pickles recently. I know that I will get a good salad and know what to expect. They did change the layout of the cashier recently which causes a bigger back up when it gets busy. Even on a diet, I can’t resist the softserve. I love getting vanilla, with chocolate sauce and I sneak over back to the salad bar and dump a couple spoonfuls of the slivered almonds… Perfect way to finish a lunch. They give a military discount. However, at the fayetteville nc location, they do not. Definitely the better all you can eat salad bar… Worth going to and much better and cleaner with better staff than souper salad down the road!

I went here to just grab a quick lunch thinking it was just going to be a some generic sandwhich shop. Nothing too fancy to look at on the inside, but the food was awesome! Excellent choices of New York style deli sandwiches, sides, desserts and a really fresh looking salad bar. I didn’t see the salad bar until after I had already paid or I would probably have chosen that too! I had the Chicago Club, yum!
