Definitely the upper echelon of fast food chains available. Even tho they are always packed, both inside and drive thru, the wait never seems long, especially with the seemingly endless supply of employees. Spicy chicken sandwich with the waffle fries is always a yes for me!

I live the chicken nuggets! The real nuggets and try all the sauces to go with it! Perfect snack!

Always solid but stay out of the drive thru at this location unless you want your vehicle scratched at the turn. They have a large spiky palm tree/​bush that’s over grown into the drive thru lane and you WILL brush against it. Manager stated that they’ve let the landscapers know but the landscapers haven’t taken care of it. Not really a good enough excuse especially when the line employees said they’ve already received multiple complaints about it. Do better Chick-​fil-​A.

This is the THIRD time this location has gotten my order wrong by not giving me all items I paid for. The cashier even had me listen to her repeat the order at the drive thru AND at the pick up window. Okay, so you repeated it, either you really like the sound of your own voice or you want to get my order right. Apparently it’s the former and not the latter. I understand the line is long and it’s busy, but no one should have to pay for food they don’t get! Then to top it off, the food was cold! Ugh! Get it together!!!

Always a hit or miss in the morning… sometimes a great friendly experience or when this one drive thru person is working. rushed and unfriendly. Today 5÷3÷16 9:25am.bad bad bad!

Came here for lunch today (2pm). I usually do the drive through but it was so long, I decided to come in instead. Iam Glad I did from placing my order with Rebecca at the register to Molly waiting on me to see if I needed anything was awesome customer service. As I sat and watch the line died down then got busy these lady were always smiling!!! Can’t find that anymore! You ladies are awesome !

I always wind up here during the lunchtime rush and I really appreciate how quick they are! The line tends to wrap just out onto the axis road (so dangerous!) but there are normally a couple employees working their way down the drive-​thru line taking the orders/​cashing out anybody paying with a card and the line moves like a well oiled machine. I’m always met with a smile from every employee and, knock on wood, I’ve never gotten a wrong order.

Kinda dirty and dark, but it has a playground and waffle fries. Austin Hwy is better but this is not bad.

This place was listed as participating in a Veteran’s Day special. I asked about it and got a rude «We don’t do that here.» I walked out.

Chick Fil a is Pretty good as always or most of the time. This location is super packed at lunch time, so we usually go through the drive through, they really try to keep the line moving fast which is very much appreciated.

This is my local chick fil a. They are always so nice and friendly.
Best time to get super fresh nuggets and fries is at 1030am (brunch??) or during a lunch rush

Not a big fan but I have to say that this location is great. It has a huge play area for the kids to play in and the dinning area is comfortable and not cluttered. The food is affordable and fast. Staff seams nice and friendly. I would recommend and come back again if I am around the area.

I love this location. It is almost always busy, but they are so fast here. The food is always piping hot and delicious. It’s really convenient to get to off of 410 and is a great pit stop while out shopping or running errands.

My chicken sandwich was partially uncooked. I know it’s a lunch rush & everything but there’s just some things you don’t rush through… like the COOKING part

Love this place, the staff goes out of their way to be friendly and the food is consistently great! You can’t ask for more

Checked out this Chick-​fil-​a today because I thought it may be the least busiest one in Northwest San Antonio. Boy, was I wrong. Seriously, the line for the drive-​thru was out on the access road of 410. We ended up getting a spot over near Jason’s Deli which was nice since I didn’t have to get stuck in the drive-​thru lane trying to get out. Once inside, the line was literally wrapped around the restaurant. There were like twenty people in front of us but we got to the counter in less than ten minutes. Staff was really friendly to say that the place was ridiculously packed and that they were constantly getting shouted at by customers. There was staff walking around asking for refills and to take away empty containers, etc. It was awesome.
Playground is the same as most other playgrounds, minimal seating for parents, but lots of room for kiddos to play!

What can you not like about a yummy chicken filet on a bun with pickles and a side of waffle fries? Good, fresh, hot, fast… And even with a crowd.

Chick Fil-​A first timer!
I know they have these in Cali and one just opened up in Hollywood, but the nightmare that it is to get there is not worth it.
The service here is just amazing! Friendly to the max! The chicken sandwich on the other hand was just plain okay. Nothing too incredible and not worth the hype around it.
