I was so disappointed with this place i put in an order for delivery at six and didnt get my almost cold meals until 8:30 after being told it would only be a fourty minute wait. I called three times just to find out the first call i made the woman didn’t get my number right or my exact address right that’s why our food was late because the driver was lost. And the food, ugh no one liked it, i ordered Mongolian beef which is supposed to be spicy right, was not even spicy at all it barely had any taste to it. And our rice was sooo dry. That was a first and last for my family;(

By far one of the worst customer service experiences of my life– SA doesn’t set that bar very high, but this was second to none, if we’re counting from the bottom. We came for a quick dinner before my boyfriend’s night shift in the medical center. This was conveniently located and not busy. That’s about all it had going for it. We managed to make it for the end of happy hour, so we ordered an app of wings for the discounted price– they were okay, nothing to write home about. The waitress was clueless. This had to be her first serving job and her first week on staff, and possibly her first week in the country, based on her accent and inability to comprehend most of what we said. She was friendly and polite, she just didn’t know the menu and couldn’t answer any questions. Anything we asked was immediately met with, «Let me find out!» and a quick scamper off to get the info. She wouldn’t return for a good five minutes. We quickly caught on to go ahead and order if BF was to get out of here in time for work. So we asked for a calzone and the spaghetti and meatballs, and then she was off again. We finally received our food about twenty minutes later. It was just okay. Only ate half of the humongous calzone, but BF’s spaghetti was less noteworthy and he just didn’t really like it. The sauce didn’t necessarily taste like it was from a jar, but for a basic dish it just didn’t stand out in any way. Very generic. Now for more CS issues– waitress took a century and a half to get us a to go box, and our receipt, and to process the receipt. Only to charge us full price for the Happy Hour wings we ordered, then be unable to fix it. Management got involved and made a big deal out of having to fix the transaction, even though it was the employee’s fault. This was very poorly handled all the way around. If you want mediocre food and poor service, this place fit the bill that day. They’re still open though, but rarely have any business– whether that means they’ve gotten better or not, I have no idea. We won’t be going back.
