Pizza Hut

I ordered from here tonight and was disappointed. The cheese sticks I ordered were not cut and only has cheese on the middle of the bread. I wish I would’ve taken a picture before cutting them myself but I didn’t. I paid $ 34 for food that was disgusting. I’ll never order from this location again. I’ll just drive to helotes instead.

Prob the worst Pizza Hut I have ever eaten at. Pizza was blah with little flavor. The Parmesan cheese bread looked and tasted like it had sat out for hours. Hard and greasy. Not a fan of other pizza company’s but will be forced to go there now since this place is so horrible.

We waited almost an hour and a half to get our pizza. The crust was way too big and the toppings did not spread towards the crust enough. When I called, there was no apology or anything for pizza taking almost an hour and a half! We ordered extra sauce and didn’t get it. Overall a poor experience and we will stick with Domino’s in the future.

Absolutely horrible it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver when I live 5 min away absolutely atrocious!

The «manager“Jeff is a joke. Got cold pizza, wilted salad and the delivery person dropped the bread sticks on the front porch and the fell out of the box. Accidents happen but I called for a refund and was told by first person that answered that I had to bring my card in for a refund. Asked for a «Manager» jeff got on the phone and explained all issues, he said so you want a $ 4 refund? I said yes, he did the refund and never apologized. So I said FYI, it always a good idea to at least pretend to care and apologize when you’re in customer service and he said thanks I always appreciate when people tell me how to do my job and then hung up on me. I will never do business here again.

What happened to this location? I have 3 Pizza Hut Restaurants within 3 miles of me. This one is the furthest away, but for the past 6 years has ALWAYS had the best product. Their overhead is limited, since they do not have a sit down restaurant, so they could crank out a huge number of quality pizzas compared to the sit down locations. This was my favorite Pizza Hut. The Staff was friendly and outgoing and new what they were doing. ALL THAT HAS CHANGED. This is my second order in 30 days that was awful. Skimpy and can’t be identified toppings. Toppings just thrown on and clumped together. Toppings and minimal cheese not spread to the outer rim of the pizza: meaning 2″ of dried crust. The cheesy bread sticks were anything but cheesy and everything was over cooked!!! They forgot the dipping sauce for the stuffed crust pizza. I guess I’m going to close the pizza hut chapter of our lives and look for another pizza source.

I usually get Stuff Crust cheese and pepperoni. The past few times I end up with stuffed crust and a pizza with almost no cheese on it. When I picked up my pizza I checked and the lady was so rude and gave me attitude about the amount of cheese. I had them remake the pizza. It came out a little better. I watched her make it and when she brought me my new pizza she said it had extra cheese that would be an extra charge usually. She only used one of their measuring cups of cheese. Not more or «extra». This is the last time I go to this Pizza Hut. I’d rather drive farther for a real pizza.

First time I called the girl who answered was rude and hung up on me. I called back and was disconnected for the second time so I had to call back yet again. Finally I placed my order and they said it would be an hour. I was like that is a long time but I live exactly 2 miles from them so surely it wouldn’t be that long. An hour and twenty minutes had passed, no pizza. I called back to see how much longer and the guy said 5 – 10 minutes. So I waited 20, no pizza. I called back to see what the deal was and the manager told me well it’s «only been an hour an a half»!!! Furious I told her I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours! She corrected me with an hour and a half again and said shell credit me for my next time! Trust me there won’t be a next. And when then pizza finally arrived I told him to keep it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Called to have pizza delivered to our house. The female who took my order was rude! She rushed me through my order with numerous «what else?» questions even after I asked her to hold on. Then I was told my order would take an hour and 15 minutes!!! Really!!! Was very tempted to cancel the order. The pizza was delivered 25 min earlier than expected. Awesome but I’m not giving stars back for it. They charge for delivery too. Are you supposed to tip if they charge for delivery? Geez!
