Sonya, owner and trainer surely knows what she is doing. She helped me and inspired me to compete in my first figure competition in Nov 2012, and currently working towards my next sometime in 2013. Her team is just as good, always smiling friendly faces who are glad to help you reach your goals!

This review is specifically for the AWESOME, AMAZING massage therapist at Younique Physique — Denise Ramirez. I have had a ton of massage therapists and always have a ton of tension that LOVES deep tissue massage. From the first time I went to Denise she became my standard for what a massage should feel like, and I have never found anyone to compare.
Denise was born to be a massage therapist and has an amazing ability to find tension in areas you didn’t even know existed. A great deal of back pain is referred pain, meaning the source of the pain is in a different location than where you feel it. Her hands FIND that area with no effort.
She stretches you, moves you around to find EVERY fiber of a particular muscle group.
Trust me — you will never want a different therapist working on your tension/​pain/​injuries than Denise. She is AFFORDABLE, has amazing hands, an is a born healer.
