I work across the street at Walmart HQ, I was having a bad day waiting for my ride and all I can say is Erika really made my day. I give 5 stars because my western burger was great and people like Erika with such great customer service and a smile deserve to be recognized. Thank you Erika you really made my day that much better!

The best customer service — Lady who took the order brought food on table for us. This is small but huge dedication to great customer service.

This is if of being here once. Food was good and fast. But the guy at register was talkative. I had a few questions about local area that he knew about. And he offered to refill my drink and get me ketchup and ranch. That above and beyond my requests at a fast good restaurant. Good on you!

I won’t comment much on the food as I’m sure it’s the same at all of the locations, however, being from the East Coast, I’m not used to friendly service at an everyday fast food restaurant and that’s exactly what my girlfriend and I got here. We came here for breakfast on a Friday morning at 9am and found that this Carl’s Jr was located in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by small office buildings.
There were just a few elder folks inside the restaurant and us. After we ordered, we took our seats at a table and were brought our order by one of the employees, which was a surprise! In addition, the employees were very friendly to the elder patrons here and helping them as needed. As for the breakfast, we highly recommend the French Toast Breakfast Sandwich, comprised of Cinnamon Swirl French Toast, a folded egg, American cheese, maple syrup and a choice of sausage, ham or bacon! And yes, it sounds just as good as it taste! It was one of the best breakfast items I had ever eaten in my life! However, if the ingredients sound familiar, it’s because it’s similar to McDonald’s McGriddle, with the only difference being that it’s served on French toasts instead of mini pancakes. And as with the McGriddle, don’t dare to look at the nutritional facts prior to purchasing this sandwich. You might have second thoughts and rid any temptations for this heavenly item.

This carls jr so far is one of the best fresh burger and hot french fries to come to finally a place that can deliver fresh and hot other than most fast food places.
The decore is out dated but the place is big and gives you the feel that they means business this is how a burger needs to be served not microwaved.

The cashier looked really tired and kept yawning. He didn’t say anything with a «whatever» face until I order with him. He’s nails were dirty. I was so afraid he will touch my food. It made me feel this is not a good n clean restaurant. I ordered fried chicken with small drink. He forgot give me the cup until I ask for it.
The food was okay. But nothing outstanding. I will try the other burger place in bay hill shopping center next time.

Normally wouldn’t waste my time to badmouth a place I typically only praise places that are doing great but I literally just waited 20 minutes for a bacon cheeseburger and when it showed up it was cold, and smashed, pathetic service pathetic employees will never ever eat here again. Epic fail

I went here tonight just because its close by, yet tonight and other recent times feel like I literally just wasted my money as their food is crap, its so sloppy as though they don’t put any effort to make it at least presentable?

The Diablo burger does not live up to how spicy this thing should be. Ok food drive thru is short most of the time even when YouTube office is right next door

I have been taking my son to this Carl’s Jr location for several years every other weekend. It previously had been good with very friendly staff and manager. Over the past few weeks the staff has changed and become very undesirable. The boys that work the counter don’t bother to acknowledge that anyone is there or ask if they can help you. On one occasion an employee was there on his night off walking behind the counter cursing at the other employees. He was drunk and no manager was on the premises. This past weekend he was back sitting in the dining room in his uniform talking inappropriately on his phone. Go outside if you need to make a call. No one needs to hear the suggestive language.

So I really like the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger at every Carl’s jr, but other reviewers are right about this place. It needs to be cleaned more often and maybe use some cleaning products. I mostly use the drive through and never encounter any issues there. Today I dined inside and the tables were not clean and the ketchup cups had dried ketchup on the top three cups. To top it off one of the workers had pushed together some chairs and layed down to watch a show on his phone with no earphones.
With a little bit of routine cleaning and employees that should nap out of customer view this place would get great reviews.

Super laid back Carl’s dining room area!:) This is a great place when you need to chill during lunch breaks.
This Carl’s location has been here over 20 years. Back in 1996, this was my go to when I attended Skyline College. Still looks the same. :)
The best is it’s located in area shopping mall surrounded by CVS, and Starbucks.

Great location: nestled in between YouTube, Wal-​Mart office building, San bruno plaza makes this place pleasant to go to because the people that go here are the local folk or work professional. Clean, quiet, and feels safe environment. Lots of windows for natural light.
Service is great. Food is good as usual. Ample parking. Fast too.

Running late, on the go breakfast. A little on the expensive ended up getting the egg and cheese sourdough breakfast sandwich.

This place is really quiet. I’m talking library quiet. There were people in the dining room, heck even a table full of church ladies with their bibles open but no CJ food in sight! The TV was muted.
Service was on the slow side. Big mistake because we chose this place because it was close to the testing center and we wanted to be in and out fast.
For some reason, the kids’ burger buns were broken! I’m talking the skin on the top being split like a seismic earthquake. We got a lot of «my burger is broken» whines out of that!
Décor is really dated. The bathrooms are located inside another door, right behind the table of non eating Church Ladies. It’s sort of cold and dark in the bathroom.
Not my favorite place but it worked if you are pressed for time.

Staff is super nice and they let you use multiple coupons, no questions asked. Everytime we’ve gone the dining area has been super laid back and quiet.

Earlier today i went in here expecting the none the less great service I usually receive at Carl’s Jr. I was highly surprised that it sucked. I even asked Siri to find me the nearest Carl’s Jr. because it’s my go to fast-​food restaurant. I think It must off been the worst fast food experience I have ever had. We literally had to wait 10 minutes for the cashier to attend us and there was no one even in the whole restaurant! I thought customers who walk in get service first since they took the effort and time to come in and eat, but I was wrong apparently drive-​thru customers rule. Secondly they told my friend that he did not pay for his food after waiting 15 minutes for his food to get there while I was eating. I clearly saw him pay with his debit card. Don’t go here.

We hadn’t eaten here and years. After going today I know why! Worst quality of food I’ve seen in a long time. I’m posting a pic of my daughters chili cheese fries. A picture is worth a thousand words.

For a fast Keto hit, this is a good alternative; they have all their burgers with a low-​carb option and they even have a new BBQ Chicken salad that is decent for the price.
For the salad, we’re not talking about fancy greens, just mostly iceberg lettuce, but if you are watching your carbs, this can serve in a pinch.
