I was in pain and Dr Derry has been an amazing help.
Teaching me to keep pain away as well as adjusting me.

Dr. Derry a very passionate healer! I had a girlfriend tell me how wonderful his care and concern for helping her feel better. He was able to get me in after calling in the morning. I am a Chef and standing all day plus being tall can be torture working in a commercial kitchen. The stress of Thanksgiving for cooking for a crowd, I really needed to see someone. I was sent in the right direction and he is so close to where I live too! Gentle hand and spirit! Words of wisdom on how to improve my quality of life with light stretching and movement. Most important breathing and how it works in healing! So much information but so important to get my health back on track. You won’t be disappointed in your experience here! Another blessing in my life!

Derry has been fantastic. After twisting my L5 doing mountain biking over the weekend, I thought it was nothing at first, but then 2 days later I was barely able to walk. I decided to take action and drove to Coastside Chiropractic. I knew Derry was good, but he is actually fantastic. After a 30′ massage on the heated automatic massage table, I was not able to seat by myself, so much pain. Derry gently has been able to help me going to the «work» table and started to study my entire back spin, he found so many places with contractions, that he worked little by little with some instruments to reduce the tension. Then after analyzing the damaged ligament between L5 and L6 he decided to act on it using the features of the table. After 3 different releases of the table, the vertebrae came back to its place. (well I did not know at first, because I was so much in pain). Going back home I folloed his instructions and Iced the area for at least 1 hour. Believe it or not, it’s been 24 hours, and I can now walk almost like new, I can still feel some tension but most likely, tomorrow it will be gone. I highly recommend Dr Sontag. Without hesitation I will go again, the later the better though :)

I had a very sore neck and shoulders for 10 years from surfing. Sometimes it kept me out of the water or even away from work. Five years ago I went to see Derry for this. I went four or five times and the problem was solved.
He didn’t just adjust me, he taught me how to change my posture, in and out of the water, so that I wouldn’t cause the problem again. Here I am five years later and my neck and shoulders still feel great and don’t get sore from surfing.
I have a lot of experience with Chiropractors. In 1987 I ran the front office for two Chiropractors. Over the years since then I’ve been to many Chiropractors. Derry is by far the best.
I had a great experience with Network Chiropractic as well (back in the 90’s) but I had to keep going back, whereas Derry helps you out and sends you on your way.
