The sign says open 24hrs. i waited 10 min in the drive th. And got no prompt to order. Then i went around and decided well maybe it’s broken so i walk up to the door and couldn’t see anyone even though all the open signs were on and said«open». I guess they don’t need the business that bad!..

I would love to write a great review for this place. I just can’t do it. I am not a fan of people who use fish oil to re-fry the re-fried beans. It just doesn’t taste right. Prior to ordering I asked if they had shredded beef rolled tacos. The employee assured me they did. I ordered the 5 rolled taco special. When we got home we noticed that it was not shredded beef it was hamburger meat. The center of all of the rolled tacos were also cold. Their salsa is really good and the service was decent. They do not accept anything other than cash so I found it interesting that the ATM inside of this place was broken. When I say broken I mean someone ripped the screen out of it and there were wires hanging out of it. I did not have my phone with me so I was not able to take pictures with me. This place is open 24 hours and has a drive-thru also equip with an ATM right by their service window. There is always plenty of parking and is easily accessed right off of the 94 freeway.

My cousin brought me and my daughter here because this is one of her favorite places to eat. We ordered the carne asada fries and they were delicious. They score a lot of points for cooking the fries perfectly. So many taco shops undercook their fries and it’s kind of a sad moment when you get raw fries. But you don’t have to worry about that here at Asadas. They have a bomb salsa bar. It has really good taco sauces, pico de gallo, hot carrots, grilled jalapeño and onions. It’s pretty awesome. I definitely recommend eating here when you’re in the mood for Mexican food.

The only items I have tried here are carne asada fries, pollo asado fries, and rolled tacos. The x-tra large fries is definitely enough for two people so it is the best deal. I like to get flour tortillas with it and it can even stretch to three people. The rolled tacos are good but nothing special. Their guacamole is very good and has no chunks of tomato. Overall the food is pretty good.

I’ve been here about 4 times and the food is always muy excelente! Excuse my poor Spanish. The fish tacos were delicious and fulfilling! I ordered 3 assuming that they were just some small TJ like tacos. OOPS! What a terrible assumption. Those tacos were hooked up! Trust me on this. Don’t get me started on their California burritos. FUUUUUUUU! OOWWWEEEEEE! My food experience here has kept me wanting to come back and try all the other things they offer on their menu. Not too pricey neither.

Ok so San Diego is known for its awesome Mexican food. There’s only a handful of places that I frequent regularly. This place is one of them. And conveniently it’s close to home and open 24 hours. Right there it’s already winning in my book. My favorites are the; rolled tacos, they have an awesome(and Ginormous — that’s what she said!!!) BBQ Pork Fries and the mulitas. They are soooooooooooooo good and it’s huge. Make sure you have someone to share them with or plan to take some home. The chili rellenos are the bomb. My kiddo loves the plain quesadilla with shrimp. Oh and going back to the Mulitas, this is the first place north of Rosarito that holds a candle to Rosarito’s Manuel’s #2. In short give this place a shot. Customer service is always friendly. And they’re never stingy.

BEAWAREOFWHATTHEYPUTINYOURFOOD On way to many occasions to many things go wrong at this Mexican restaurant. I have ordered carne asada fried and when I got home there was No carne asada. Another time I ordered beef taco plate and found a blue piece of plastic and a piece of wire from a wire brush in my food. The next time I went they burned the taco and the last time I went I ordered rolled tacos with sour cream and the employee didn’t put the sour cream on the tacos he put it on the side and hen I got home the sour cream was all over the car sea. I have called up to the restaurant 10 times asking to talk to the owner and the employees refuse to give the owner the message. One time I called and was even hung up on. I drove to the restaurant and demanded the owner and yes once again they refused to call her and ask her to call me.

Their carne asada fries also known as ‘Super Fries’ are packed with meat and enough scoops of guac and sour cream with hot fresh thick fries that can fill two-three people up. Price is reasonable for what you get! It was only $ 9-$ 10 bucks with tax. It’s open 24 hours and when you go late they cook it right then so everything is fresh and sooooo good. Feel like going there right now to get some if only parking wasn’t a bitch at my bf’s house.

Never order the carne asada burrito. Actually, maybe it was an off day or maybe it’s just bad on Sundays. Fine, to be fair… NEVER order a carne asada burrito on Sundays then. The burrito was filled tortilla, grease, onions, old meat and grease. I was really disappointed with my meal and regret giving this 2 ½ star place a try. Service is fine. Just another taco shop They have a sauce bar. 3 different sauces and carrots. All are mediocre.

Darnnnn good fish tacos. Open 24 hours. Not a fancy place but isn’t claiming to be either. Serves cold beer & a few good Mexican drinks.

I feel it was a bit overpriced. We got carne Asada and pollo Asada fries. The carne Asada was very dry and didn’t have a lot of flavor. On the other hand the pollo Asada was very flavorful and fresh.

The food is good, unfortunately, whoever works the night shift is never available. Management might want to let their employees know that if the«open» sign is on then they should probably work… just a thought.

I had the worst experience from this place. I ask the Guy for a veggie burito with no cheese and cream. He sounded all arrogant and I guess he didn’t like me correct him. He took my order and then I drove up to the window, he took my card and went back to the kitchen for quite a while. He came back and gave me the burito and my receipt with my card. I was like finally dam took them that long to make a dam burito. So I went back home took a bite and the dam burito was super saggy, just nasty when I opened it up. I feel like the guy spit on my dam burito. I also felt like going back and throwing it to hes face. Bottom line I will never go there. Worst taco shop experience of my life.

The food is really good, the rolled tacos are amazing. The only thing I can complain about is that at night they tend to take their sweet ass time. But during the day, they are fairly quick.

I’ve been here several times over the span of time they’ve been open. I’ve only ever gotten one thing: carne asada chips. They’re pretty delicious, I gotta say, and the portions are huge but as they should be at just under 10 bucks. They don’t offer half portions which I think is weird and lame, carne asada chips do not make for good left overs so I’m basically guaranteed to waste a ton of food anytime I get this unless I’m sharing. They advertise being open 24 hours but I’ve gone through the drive through once and gotten a very curt«we“re closed for an hour» no «sorry for inconvenience» no nice tone. Just a very blatant, almost rude, statement. I’m not sure if I will continue going here because a) the prices are steep for run of the mill mexican food when you can’t control portions, and b) the service leaves much to be desired With so many other fast food mexican food places out there I don’t see a reason to come back to this one.

I live in the area and this is the best option location wise for quick mexican food to pick up on my way home from work. I’ll drive the extra distance form now on. I’ve given them a few chances and I think I’ve said I’m never going back twice times now. From the first time ordering nachos with everything but meat and getting home to find just chips and cheese, to the 2nd attempt there with a bean and cheese burrito with cold beans and I’m not kidding, just a block of cheese in the middle, to just now getting home after a hard day at the garage, to find my veggie burrito is actually a carne asada burrito. Screw this place. With the amount of competition in this city, how does this happen? Why are they still open?

I actually like the place. It’s way better than the surrounding burrito shops. Trust me there a few of them around this area. It’s also better to go inside and order, they have a full salsa bar with pico de gallo, salsa, hot sauce, pickled carrots, etc… that you can serve yourself! Service: The guy seems preoccupied all the time. Pretty much there to take your order and give it to you. Which is ok, since I have no intentions to have small talk with him. Food: They have a lot of things on the menu. Just know this that the ceviche is just fish ceviche and it’s ehh… not for me. Everything else was pretty much on point as expected and maybe better. Can they make it better, sure. Will they? Probably not. I’ve had their Fish Burrito, Carne Asada fries, rolled tacos, Cali burrito, etc… and all in all was pretty good. Drinks: Not too sure, I know they have the typical soda, horchata, and other mexican beverages. Overall: This place is clean! Bright lights with security cameras, so safety is a bonus point especially next to Fam Bamm! The food is better than the surrounding places and it’s open late. They use to be Cash Only, but they started taking cards at the beginning of the year. Almost as if it was their New Years resolution.

I’ve given this spot several chances to prove themselves because their Chula Vista location is actually pretty good. However, this one is a bit of a disappointment. Tonight I ordered a burrito adobada(pastor) and requested the meat be cooked extra well done. I requested in Spanish too, so no excuses… Needless to say, when i got home and bit into what what supposed to be late night burrito bliss, total disappointment. All I got was a mouth full of flavorless, lukewarm adobada… What a shame for a place that had so much potential. Their Chula Vista location is still good though. Maybe they need to go take lessons…

Bring cash(or you can pay to use the ATM in the drivethru). Paid over $ 7 for a drink and a breakfast burrito. Pricey for Mexican food, especially in this neighborhood. The food is typical but not anything to write home about.
