Awful customer service! They got rid of the one lady who had great customer service. They’re pricey for a taco shop and the food is not worth it. Rolled tacos are probably the only good thing on the menu. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I came in behind a lady and she ordered while I was looking for what to order. The cashier was cutting up lettuce and then she took my order and went back to cutting the lettuce and touching it with no gloves on using the same hand she used to give me my change. I got some carne asada fries. I’m looking at the guy on the grill and I notice he’s not wearing gloves. He’s touching the food with his hands. Cross contamination everywhere. Touching tacos, grabbing cheese with his bare hands. I stick around and watch a bit longer and see if he washes his hands or puts on gloves. Which he doesn’t. He begins to make my food and he grabs the fries out the bag to the frier. He’s also making a burrito, grabs the tortilla puts it on the grill sound it around and I try to catch his attention or someone else’s. they all ignore me even tho I’m yelling loud. I tell then and they say «we keep our hands clean, we make sure that the cook keeps his hands clean, he keeps his hands washed» I’m like. I need my refund the cashier

Decided to give this place another shot. This time it was much better. We ordered a carne asada chimichanga and two beef tacos. Total came out to $ 14.31. A bit expensive but the food was good. The seasoning was great. They also seemed to have fixed their speaker system for ordering. I still hate their parking lot but I guess I cannot blame them for that. Thanks for a great meal today.

I used to go to the North Park one on University, until they gave me a burnt rolled taco covered in guac, lettuce, & cheese. I started to come to this one on Federal Blvd and it is FANTASTIC! The Carne Asada is tender and flavorful, the Guacamole is legit and true to the Mexican version, Salsa Bar has fresh everything, and the ladies who take your orders are super nice! The food is good everytime I come.

Wompwompwomp… is that the sound you make of disappointment? Credit Card charge plus already pretty high pricing plus only semi decent not SUPER bomb food. Meh… I’ve been driving to other taco shops now even though this one is closer to me.

always great food for a decent price, they also have a complete salsa bar, grilled onions and jalapeño peppers. gotta love their fast efficient service

Worst fuckin Mexican food ever. Got 5 rolled tacos and some attitude with them. The tacos weren’t even hot like they had been sitting out and the lazy piece of sh_​t just put them on a plate
I could get food poisoning or some sh_​t. Fuckin horrible.

Asked for a Bfast burrito and got mostly beans! Wtf?! Place isn’t as good as I once remember (maybe I had to much to drink that night). Why can’t people follow simple instructions??? Egg, bacon, east potato, easy beans, and I get very little egg and bacon but extra beans!!!

We really enjoy the carne asada burritos. It’s our go to place when we get back to SD from back east. We’ve been going to Rigobertos for 15 years and counting.

The girls that work up in the front are all a bunch of bitches they lack personality and have horrible customer service skills they’re very Greedy with their salsa and the prices are pretty high up there they suck I’m not going back

This is the last time I will be here. The first time they overcharged me and now the second time my order was not right… Customer services wasn’t so great either. Didn’t even ask if I needed extra sauce or not. I used to always go here because it’s close to where I lived but never again. Very Disappointed!

This was a last minute stop to grab a fast meal.
It wasn’t awlful but I don’t think I will be back.
I wasn’t impressed with the food, location or restaurant.
The staff were friendly enough, but I just wanted to get my food and leave.
We have so many taco shops to choose from here in San Diego. I think I will
keep looking or just make the trip to one of my favorite taco shops.

DONT GO HERE FOR VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. Most expensive veggie burrito I have seen yet at a Mexican food place. A burrito cost me nearly 8 dollars. Won’t be returning.

Food is meh, area is sketchy. Most of the time there are scary looking people standing outside at night. I only come here because it’s the closest 24hr taco shop around me. Prices are a little more than other taco shops around here. Box of carne asada fries is a good $ 9. For soggy fries and ok marinated meat.(sometimes fatty&chewy) This is the kind of food that only taste good when you’re drunk or you have the late night munchies. Or both. Lol.

The box of carne asada fries I ordered were so depressing. Stopped by the closest shop to get Mexican food and received regrets instead. I haven’t ordered anything else on the menu but if the fries are the best thing there, then this place deserves 2 stars based on quality of food.
The shop is pretty beat down and they do have a drive through. A well secured cashier window lol.
Won’t be coming back

This used to be my local go to taco/​burrito shop in my neighborhood, the quality and service has certainly gone down throughout the past 2 years and the prices have gone up about 1.50−2.00 on average per item. Burritos are $ 6 across the board now.
I usually get a veggie burrito from here, so that’s hard to mess up since it’s just rice, beans, lettuce, and some quac. But that’s also gone up to $ 6 and used to be $ 3.50. There are plenty of other places to get my veggie burrito fix so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Their salsa bar is still good though and has a good variety of sauces and they also offer radishes, fresh green onions, fried onions and peppers.

Yuck! This place is sooooo disgusting! I order Carne asada fries & I found HAIR in it! Soooo fucken GROSSS!

This places’ service is horrible… especially through the drive thru. The female workers are just RUDE! Its not our fault that their speaker doesnt work. You constantly have to repeat yourself & they get an attitude. No customer service what so ever… how could one expect any anyways when its thru a thick glass box. Oh & Not sure if their horchata always tastes like hotsauce or they put some in my horchata but I ended up throwing it away. The food is beyond greasy!!! Never will go back.
