We don’t normally do Little Caesar’s but with all the commercials flooding my husband’s pizza loving brain, he had to try the deep dish pizza with cheese«INTHECRUST … WITHTHECHEESEINTHECRUST… «(sings annoying commercial jingle). He went to pick up from this location and brought back the deep dish pepperoni pizza and an order of italian cheese bread. What looked benign as yet another fast food pizza. deliciously greasy, cheesy, and something you know you’ll regret on the john later… was wrought with hidden dangers. The italian cheese bread was so uncooked that the dough still stuck to your fingers. It essentially went through the broiler to cook a little bit of the cheese on top but definitely failed to pass through the oven so it was raw dough and cheese with too much herb seasoning on top. Made so many of us sick to our stomach. The deep dish pizza was at least cooked but you seriously want to puke when the next day, eating left overs… when you find a few glorious strands of short black hair congealed in between cheese and bread. You just don’t know how many you already ate. it was too late to go back. I will give credit to the folks working there at least being kind and polite. They did refund the cost of the uncooked italian cheese bread with apologies on the phone… but overall I would not return, nor recommend this establishment(although i doubt any other little caesar’s would be better). At least the people working there were raised in families that taught them manners — which most of the time is hard to find in fast food establishments. So I assign credit where deserved in having kind(although possible incompetent pizza cooking) employees). Food quality and preparation and cleanliness receive zero marks. Disgusted and whacking my husband over the head for watching too much tv to be brainwashed by the commercials. I do not plan on returning… ever.

I have to say, the commercials of these deep dishes look freakishly awesome. Wife ordered the deep dish a couple weeks ago while I was on my smoothie fast and jealous I was! Seeing them eat that in front of my face and all I can do is have my nose smell… it was torture! So the final fight for Pacquiao before retirement, this was an opportune time to get my hands on this pizza. We ordered a 3 meals all pepperoni deep dish. 2 of them with breadsticks and 1 with wings. We bring it to my brothers house to watch the fight. First thing before saying hi to everyone, I bang open these bad boys and started chowing down! Ok, maybe my expectations were high and I really wanted these to be the greatest. But I was mildly dissatisfied. It was good! Yes, but not as high as I would have hoped. The wings were less than adequate. And the breadsticks were not like O’s. But atleast Pacquiao won. Little Cezars is no Pizza Hut or Domino’s but it was fun anticipating the taste of such good smelling food! Sorry, no picture as I was too busy trying to get down!

First off, I’m not a big fan of little Caesars pizza anymore… but it is a bit nostalgic and this place, THIS particular locations is amazing! Yes, they are understaffed and maybe it’s just a problem that this generation of 20 and under have no sense of manners or customer service, BUT they are hard working and make great pizza I love them! They’re quick and you only wait 6 min for a fresh out the oven one! I don’t mind waiting 6 min… Actually I would rather wait and do a nice review for them. :) Plus!!! This is the only location that does stuffed crust near me ! Yaaaa

Honestly, I like this place, when I’m too lazy to cook and am in the area. For around $ 5 you can’t really be expecting too much, but it definitely not too bad. I don’t take a bite and feel like I’m eating cardboard like at other locations.

Never have ANY hot-n-ready pizzas ready, so I started calling in my order. Now they just don’t answer their phone. After calling for 20 minutes, I drove down there… 6 people working and not one customer. The guy working told me they were too busy to answer the phone. Really??? They seem to have time hanging out and talking to each other. How about doing your job!!!

These guys are understaffed, no more«Hot N ready» on this location, it takes ages before they even come to the counter to take your order. They don’t seem to care about a long line of people waiting to order.

You’ve got to be kidding me with their employees! Rudest, most uncaring individuals ever! Michaels employees are more friendly. Listening to gangsta rap blaring in the back. My kids don’t need to hear f bombs and n bombs when I’m trying to pick up your magical pizza!!!

My boy’s go to pizza spot when dinner is too lazy to fix itself. Haha you get what you pay for & there’s no complaint with their pizza game.

Ok first time we went here it was in and out with a pizza pie for $ 6 that tasted great. Problem is this place is so hit and miss it is ridiculous. First off they never have anything anywhere near ready. The apology thing just gets old. The things they screw up seam so easy to fix it makes you think how little they actually care. The biggest complaint is the pizza looks like it is cut by a 5 year old. The slices are so unequally cut you can have a 1″ slice and a 5″ slice. Then they do not cut the pieces all the way through so you can’t pull them apart. Sounds trivial but the slices wind up being torn up messes. The worst is the crazy bread and pretzel bread. It is never cooked. It is raw dow. One time out of 15 it has been cooked and it was great. Otherwise they are white sticks. Is it safe to sell uncooked raw dough? Cook your food, have it ready and cut the pizza. Sounds simple but??? Sad as it is so convenient and by the number of complaints they aren’t changing anytime soon.

I would give zero stars if I was allowed! This place sucks! I went in and the guy had no pizza ready, not one! I said ok I will come back in a little bit! Went back an hour later and still not one pizza made! I think«hot and ready» is BS. At least at this location. I won’t bother with this place ever again!!!

Customer service and training is not a top priority at this store. I visited this store in earlier May and purchase the 10 $ special which I was charged just over 13 dollars for. I had to point that out to the cashier after my Visa card had already been ran. She quickly corrected it to the $ 10.80 it should have been. I asked if she refunded the money from the 1st card run and she said yes. She then ran the card for a 2nd time and I said I hope I am not going to be charged twice. Sure enough I was charged twice. I call about 7 days later to speak to a manager on 5⁄11 and was told there was no mgmt there at the time. I asked for a manager call back. The asst. manager called back later that day and I explained the issue. She said it has been to long to refund the money since I paid with Visa. She said I could come in and collect the food in exchange for a refund which was totally not acceptable and she said that was all she can do. On 5⁄11 I asked her to have her manager call me back. Tuesday, Wednesday, and now Thursday has come and gone and no call back. I called Wednesday asking to speak to the manager and I was told I had just missed him. So he was obviously in that day but not up to calling me back. I asked again for a call back and never received one. So obviously to get a refund here I will have to dispute the charge with Visa instead of the store doing the right thing the first time. I doubt I will ever hear back from the manager unless I call again. Why is it so hard to find good customer service now a days. Furthermore, this store rarely has hot and ready pizzas available not that it matters.

Awful. The guy working told me 6 min wait for my cheese pizza and breadsticks. Not a problem…15 minutes later I ask him for my food and he walks to the food warmer and grabs my food. Tries to charge me a second time, I tell him ive paid already and he hands me the food. I get home around the corner, set my daughter up with a slice. Go to grab a bread stick and they a fridged cold. Not cold as if they sad under the warmer too long and cooled off quicky, I mean fridged like they weren’t even cooked in the first place. The garlic sauce stuff they slather on them hadnt melted into the bread sticks. They were inedible, my dog wouldnt even touch em. Pizza was meh, but I dont expect much from little Caesar’s. Atleast the pizza was edible.

Love this location! I stop by after my autistic child’s therapy each day to get a five dollar pizza. The list of foods my child will eat is very short. My kiddo only eats a certain Little Caesar’s pizza, and at any other location I have to wait forever in line, and then for them to make it, but the nice lady at this location always recognizes my car when I pull up, and has one ready for me by the time I get to the register, sometimes by the time I open the door, and she brings it over to me. Great service! Thanks!

What does hot and ready mean to you? Does not matter the time, it is always a 10 plus min wait. They have no clue here.

Probably one of the worst lil C’s. Everytime I go in here they never have a hot n ready actually ready. It always takes ten min to get a pepperoni hot n ready. Why??? The food is what you expect, its lil Caesars.

This location doesn’t take the«ready» portion of Hot-N-Ready seriously, as there’s usually a wait. My husband just picked up a pizza and had to wait 20 minutes. The worker there did throw in an extra bag of crazy bread as some sort of consolation. The good news is that the pizza was very hot and fresh and about as good as it could be for this type of pizza joint. However, perhaps this location needs to sharpen their pizza cutters, as both the pizza and crazy bread pieces were still attached to each other. The pizza might be considered 3 stars, but I’m giving two stars because of this location’s constant lack of Hot-N-Ready pizzas.

Little Caesars is quick an easy, but it isn’t the best pizza around. If you want to just get a cheese or pepperoni pizza it’s a good deal compared to other places. Sometimes pizzas are hot and ready others they aren’t. Point: cheap pizza but you pay for what you get. Don’t expect too much

Horribly managed restaurant! I’ve been in here 3 separate times for their«Hot-N-Ready» pizzas, and every time they don’t have ANY ready to go! They need new management to be a good place.

Little Caesars is a hit or miss type of place. I go here if I am looking for something quick and ready to eat, «Hot & Ready» type of action. I called my order in and at first, very hard to understand on the phone. I believe I had to repeat myself at least 2 – 4 times, but hey, at least they got my order right. I ordered 1 Pepperoni Pizza 1 Pepperoni, Olives, & Jalapeño Pizza 2 orders of that crazy bread. Service was pretty fast seeing as I live like 5 mins away. Total with $ 1 upgrade for 2 liter of soda. Came under $ 20 bucks. Pizza wasn’t too shabby either, but like I said this is only if you want something quick and not looking to pay that high end dollar for pizza. They also offer Deep Dish too(Square cut), I always loved that type as kid, I will try this one out for sure next time. If I had to pick at anything, I would say spread out the toppings more and not just in the center of the pizza.

Customer Service, does this place even know what that means? Nope! The first girl was very friendly and helpful but has issues with the register so called over the shift lead(I’m assuming that was her title.) Was very rude. A Younger male worker was clocking out and they look at each other, she said whats up homes? and they had a conversation as if we weren’t standing there waiting to pay her. She then finished ringing us up after complaining about why the register was having issues was because her supervisor was an idiot and didn’t set up the buttons right. we uncomfortably laughed as she said it because it was awkward. Then we sat and waited. The male then clocked out and said I’m clocking out here but time to go to the penitentiary… Ummm really? Next issue, no one washed their hands before touching the food after they touched the register. Final issue-food-what to expect for $ 5 not much, but still doesn’t change the fact it was flavorless and stale tasting. All in all, i will not go back to this location even if they paid me $ 5 to take it.
