Pizza was just«okay» and«average». Nothing special. The people that work here are very unorganized and usually have a long line of people waiting which defeats the purpose of a «hot and ready» pizza. A customer before me left upset because she waited 30 minutes for some wings that were cold. After a while of waiting for a few pepperoni pizzas, they called out my number only to say that my order wasn’t ready. Maybe they need someone new that can actually run this place.

How do you not have the«hot & ready» pizzas ready? Really defeats the purpose when the entire brand is built on picking up a pizza and not having to call ahead or wait. I haven’t even tasted the pizza yet, but i can guarantee i wont come to this location again. Edit: the pizza was actually pretty good. Deep dish pepperoni greasy goodness.

No stars if I could the staff is unfriendly no type of experience in all positions the pizza is always old and sitting there for hours. Fresh n ready is not how they work. You get old n crusty ass pizzas I would recommend a different location not this one

My mom, who does not speak English, came home with a three meat pizza that was cold and hard. I immediately went back with her and told them what was wrong with it. I flipped then lid and showed them how bad it was. A female cashier told me, «Well that’s what happens when you call it in. It depends how long you take to pick it up. If you wait a long time it gets like that.» I told her that we did not call it in and she looked at my mom and said with an attitude, «Well you told me you called it in.» I told the female cashier again, that no we did not call for a pizza. Once again, she turned to my mom and repeated with an attitude, «WELL, you told me you called it it.» My mother DOESNOT speak English. She points at things she wants to buy and says the price they are. How are you going to blame this on my mom. Maybe you were trying to just get rid of old inventory on someone who couldn’t speak English? After a few back and forth times of this bullshit conversation where we talk in circles, repeating the same thing, she tells me it’ll take 7 mins for a new one. That’s cool. Just give me what we paid for! I get that mistakes happen. However, there are a few things that bother me: 1. You knowingly sent someone home with cold and hard food. Have some pride in what you do. Send out quality products. 2. Blaming the customer. Stop accusing the customer of causing the problem. The best way to handle it: You blame it on a miscommunication and fix the mistake. 3. Learn to apologize and drop the attitude.

Its a 5 dollar pizza! People who are giving it 1 star… really!!! Quit whining, it’s NOT a restaurant! These guys are busting it out and they’re great! I don’t go here for customer service, but they’re nice! So, you wait a few minutes… life is good!

I called at least 10 other pizza places around the area. We throw a gaming event once a month and order a ton of pizza’s. This location was the best to deal with. I’m placing another order today! Go Here! Get Pizza! Be Happy! Eat More Pizza!

I live around the corner and so I’ve ordered from this spot at least five or six times. Never had a problem nor a bad pizza from here. Great service and great food every time!

Your Cashier, a female who’s really short, thin, the one that looks the youngest who was working today 7÷5÷2014 around 5PM was extremely rude. Here is the address to your location: 4128UNIVERSITYAVE. SANDIEGO, CA92105 My mother went to buy a Pepperoni Pizza and the cashier told her she had to wait for 15 minutes because they didn’t have pizzas. This was fine by her. Time was passing by and they kept handing out a lot of pizza. The people that ordered after my mother got their pizzas right before her. My mother asked your cashier what was going on because they kept handing out a lot of pizzas, even the customers that ordered after her. For what i know, all receipts have number and I’m assuming you have to go in order. Your cashier rudely told her she had to wait just like the others. How is she going to wait like the others if other people that just got there got there pizza without even waiting. My mom explained that to the girl and she gave her an attitude. This is extremely unacceptable. One, you cannot get upset that someone ask you what is going on and give out a bad attitude. Two, my mother felt that the cashier was doing it on purpose not giving her pizza since she kept asking her how long and giving out pizzas to others who ordered after her. The cashier FINALLY decided to give my mom the order just so that she wouldn’t hear her complaint. It’s a good thing I was outside because if I was there, i would have made a huge drama at the location with your employee and called her in English and Spanish out in front of everyone. I work as a customer service Representative and this is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will post this on Unilocal,on your Facebook Website, Twitter and I will try to contact your corporate offices. I want this taken care of as soon as possible.
