McDonald’s

I can’t believe a simple order turned into a total mess. I’m so disappointed! I guess I’ll just drive further or to to a different fast food chain. My order was all wrong, and they still took more then 15 to get it right. All I asked for was 2 mcchicken’s extra mayo, medium fry and a mocha iced coffee. Not hard to do. But hey I guess.

Visited again and they gave me the wrong order. This McDonald’s seriously has problems. The employees do not even care if they make mistakes that are wasting your time and money.

Ummmmm where should I start. This is a really nice McDonald’s if it wasn’t so ghetto and dirty. They do not clean the tables and the people coming in and out… That’s another story. What can I really say though because I came here. I was starving though waiting for my car to get fixed down the street.

I’m giving this location a most improved. As long as Kurtis the supervisor is working this place runs like a machine. It needed a leader like him.

Oh my word … I have never been to an establishment soooo ghetto! Getting harassed by drunk homeless people, the place is filthy and the employees are ghetto too! Ugggh this place is a mess!

I’ve had a few problems with my orders here, and there are a few employees over noticed that give attitude/​bad customer service. But the only reason I have it 3 stars is the customer service. There are good workers there just a few bad ones

They frequently get my special orders wrong.
If ya want to be paid above minimum wage, at least get the orders right.
How they messed up an order for water baffles me.
Yes, they actually screwed up an order for WATER.
The drive thru lay out was not thought out very well– it’s slow, gets backed up & blocks the plazas normal traffic flow.
Always seems to have riff raffs loitering in the the parking lot.
Despite the hassle &
below average service I continue to go due to the convenient locale.
Tip: ALWAYS check your order before you leave the drive thru.

The staff appearance is a thumbs down. They forget things from your order way too much.
There used to be a decent group of workers that worked there but not anymore. They look like they rolled out of bed and threw on their uniforms.

Had lunch today, and the food was delicious. I ordered the bacon crispy chicken ranch wrap. So so good. Loving it! :-)

What can I say, McDonalds in general is not a place where you can really write a great review on. However, I went to McDonald’s on Tuesday since it was the closest and cheapest food place around home. I ordered a Big Mac and the service succeeded my expectations. Within five mins I had my order, that is what I call fast food! It surprised me even more since the place was extremely full. Before leaving, I ordered a McFlurry and had to wait only three minutes for it. Wow!

I live right down the street so I hit this location up pretty regularly if I need something quick on my way home from a long night on the town.
The girls are always really nice there, but the food and wait times are always so inconsistent.
I got an sausage egg mcmuffin combo – there was no egg on the sandwich, and I didn’t get my hash brown. Fail.

The customer service I received this morning was outstanding. Placed a large order of sausage, egg & cheese McMuffins & while waiting the employee continued to update me on my order and the manager even offered a drink while waiting for it. 5 star for outstanding service & the food was fresh.

Unfortunately this is one of the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been to. There wasn’t one clean table around. Everything was messy even the soda fountain. The staff was friendly and they did clean a table for us.

Probably the most garbage McDonald’s in San Diego. Why is your ice cream machine always broken? Why does every McDonald’s but yours serve mc griddles. Did you know that bathrooms can be cleaned? Why advertise tea when you don’t have any. This experience has happened several times.
So disappointing.

Been waiting in this drive thru all day! All I want is a damn sundae! Then when I get to the ordering speaker, the lady says they don’t have any ice cream!!! What is going on with McDonalds! Seriously!!!

Ms. Kroc would be ashamed of this location. For personal reasons my sister’s granddaughter is homeless. My 80 yr old sister to assure she eats, gives her McD gift cards. Granddaughter goes into this location to eat and when she opened the McChicken sandwiches, each one had a bite out of it. When she went back in to show them, they looked at it asked her if she wanted more mayo on it? what were they implying? They told her this is what happens when you come to this location, we don’t want you here… apparently they don’t want any customers… just the County Health Dept and lawyers.
I can not believe these people treated her like this… she paid for it with a gift card given to her by her 80 year old grandmother. After taking a bite out of each one, what else did they do to them?

This place doesnt deserve any stars. They are rude and never get your order right. And if by some miraculous chance they do, the food will be disgustingly soggy or slopped together. This branch should be shut down. A five year olds could run a better business. Usually McDonald’s has the bombest fries, but the ones here are just sad.

Ughhh! Mack-​Don-​alls. What can I say? First off, don’t dine in here. Homeless fools love to roost here. It’s hard to eat with homeless funk lofting in the air. 2^nd of all why at breakfast time is the orange juice is NICE and WARM. Grody to the Max, Max Donalds! Other than that it’s a typical Mack-​don-​alls, just like everywhere else in America. Boring! Why do we eat here?

What a dirty place. I can not believe this a Mc Donald’s. The tables were sticky. They were cleared off, but not wiped clean.
Slow, slow, slow. That is how to explain the service.
Then the bathroom. That is the first time I have ever used a urinal and almost threw up. The smell was strong.

Some employees here are very friendly, some are not so much… but overall a regular mcdonalds. Although this one always has a lot of people loitering around the exit of the drive through.
