I come to this Panda location often on my lunch break from work and each and every single time, I have a positive experience. The staff is amazing — quick, prompt, and efficient. Hank, the manager, goes above and beyond to get to know his customers and creates a positive environment. The food is always fresh, and if the particular item you want has not been made yet, they quickly whip up a fresh batch and hand-deliver it to you. Can’t say enough positive things!

My usual Panda Express spot. Love it here– the servers and workers always have a great attitude no matter the time of day. Always ask for free samples. Very clean environment. I cannot stress the courteous staff. It’s very rare that they run out of food and when they do its not too long of a wait(Plus side is that you get first serving!) Yum

Good food. customer service is shitty AF. The line was too long. And the employees were unordered. Wouldn’t come here again

This is a good Panda Express. I have come here for lunch on several occasions and they always manage to keep the line nice and short, and the food fresh and warm. I’ve never had to wait for food to be cooked, or had warmish food. The staff is efficient and moderately friendly, and the location is always clean. As far as Panda Expresses go, this one is just fine :)

My review is for the service not the food. I walked into the place at 7:40p.m. I walked out at 7:58. First of all they have no sense of urgency, I just wanted to pick up my food and go but I had to wait as my food got cold. Please make sure to speak up if you are all done with waisting time. review helps others learn about great local businesses. Please don’t review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you’re connected in any way to the owner or employees.

Manager here is a Jerk, He adds scoops of food to the plate just to end up scooping half back. They don’t want to give out condiments and are very cheap about everything, except when it comes to charging! I was upset to see how little the manager served us and asked him to add the appropriate portion, and he was fast to respond and ask if I wanted additional at an extra cost. Will never be back here again.

I like Panda Express and believe they can be as healthy as you want your food to be. Some of their dishes have 500 to 700 calories per serving, but others have a much healthier alternative with 150 to 210 calories. I usually subsittute all or half of my rice for steamed veggies. The veggies fill you up without the calories. It’s up to you how healthy or not you want to be. The service at this particular location was very slow in moving the line of customers waiting to order. I was out the door for about 5 minutes and in line for overall 10 minutes. Not horrible when you are alone, but a nightmare when you have 3 small children with you that are hungry and can’t sit still! I can say that the tables and floor were clean here. Cup lids, straws, napkins and utensils were all stocked. They have a few tables outside on sidewalk where it is covered from the sun.

Was disappointed with the orange chicken meal and noodles. It didn’t taste fresh at all & the rice was cold and didn’t taste all that good either. This Panda was not like the other Pandas I been to… I took it to go or I would have asked for my money back.

I had two wait for the sides that I wanted to be cooked because they were out. Their service was amazing. Asked me to wait one time and I did, asked me to wait a second time for the string bean chicken and I also waited. Offered me a drink while I waited and quickly got my plate tigether. Awesome team work. :)

This is nearest Panda Express to my apartment in Lake Balboa. In the plaza with plenty of places to grab lunch I prefer to eat here. This location is alway clean and they keep the food fresh with available choices when I’m on the go. Yes, the line is out the door sometimes, but it is worth the wait!

Let me just start off by saying that this is my first time placing an online order, my app automatically located this particular store because is the closest one to my house, after placing the order the app said that it will be ready to pickup in 10 minutes, once we arrived to the store, and a male worker named Richard welcome us to the store, he was very friendly, nice and polite, he check the order to make sure everything was in there. The place looks really full and overall I totally recommend this location…

I really like this location. Great customer service. The employees always have a smile on there face! The only downside is how busy this place gets and there is no drive-thru.

Hey I like this Panda Express. They have that parking area with a green-zone for me people like me that need to get in and get out picking up food during my 30 minute lunch. They have an online ordering system which lets different group of people order off their menu but have it under one list so one person can go pick everything up. They have alot of secret healthy options to their meals such as doing half brown rice and half steamed veggies or all steamed veggies instead of picking fried rice and chow mein. I’m sure alot of people know that when you order a two piece combo you are suppose to ask for half chow mein and half fried rice and it doesn’t cost extra. Regular chinese restaraunts won’t let you do that at all. I geninuly like their food. I know its not any kind of secret foodie’s dream but I like consistancey and quality.

Thought I would try it tonight again. Had the honey walnut shrimp was very soggy. Usually its pretty good. It seems the portions have gotten way smaller, and the price bigger. I do not know how this place stays busy, the food is just so so. I need to drive to Northridge to Chi’s Chinese. For the same price you get twice as much food that’s super fresh, and a great atmosphere to boot!

Yes I am reviewing a fast food place. This is in a plaza with plenty of parking. I come here from time to time for lunch. Usually if you come around 1−2PM it’ll be the busy lunch rush. I don’t like the restaurant design, it’s fairly small and the line starts going out the door. I’m not going to rate the food because they are pretty consistent and it’s very normal to any Panda Express you’ll go to. It’s essentially a glorified fake chinese food for American people. My only gripe with this place is that I don’t really like the management. I feel bad for the employees, because I can tell their hard working people and they are very helpful. I just really don’t like the manager lady there, I don’t like the way she treats her employees and seems very arrogant. Horrible management style. I would have fired her if she worked for my restaurant. Don’t expect great service, just get in and get out.

In general I am a fan of Panda Express, but I can’t say I’ve been happy with this location. I know you aren’t getting the freshest of the fresh at Panda in general, because it is a quick-serve style restaurant. However on several occasions that I have been to this location, my fried rice and chow mien have been very bland and unflavorful, and I’ve also had stale/hard orange chicken… which probably had been around I’m guessing since the previous day, unless it was just over-cooked. I have given this location a few tries, and can’t say I’ve been happy or satisfied on any of the visits. Not sure if I will give more chances. =/

Really nice staff here. Really great food. I was never a fan on Panda until they set up shop in the neighborhood. It’s super easy to just drive up and park here. I like that it’s tucked away in this area. Th employees are pretty cool here, always say hello and goodbye, and make great suggestions. I always get orange chicken and was bored of it, so the employee mentioned I should try the pineapple chicken, such a great choice! One thing to mention, is that sometimes they are out of food. They only had one Spring roll left, so I took the remaining one. I didn’t care about waiting for another, one is good enough. But two would’ve been nice. The inside is clean and bright, as it’s a pretty new place still. It used to be a hair salon.

The wife and kids love this place, for me it’s a last resort. After getting used to cooked-to-order food at some of the other«fast food» Chinese places, I just don’t care for the steam bath version of the food. That said, there’s nothing wrong with this place… it’s clean, the service is friendly, there’s lots of parking, and the food is what you expect, on par with any other Panda chain place. You can eat healthy here if you try, they don’t state it when you order, yet you can get steamed veggies instead of rice or chow mien. They also have some decent tofu dishes for the vegetarians…
