I love these folks. They are busy, hardworking people who always take the time to be pleasant. Their fish is fresh and they never fail to give me a good deal.
I wasn’t very well-​versed with all the seafood available, always sticking with the pedestrian salmon, shrimp and catfish. California Shellfish has educated me in a few other kinds, complete with interesting and simple recipes.
I will never go to a chain market to buy seafood again!
