Their products are great but their staff are rude. I went in to find the store empty with 6 employees doing nothing and no one greeted me when I came in. When I went to pay one of the ladies was sorting things out at the counter and there was no one else there so I assumed she was the cashier. She looked up at me and just went back to what she was doing. The girl who did come and took care of me wasn’t friendly either. More of a «scan, pay, okay bye» kind of thing. Idk if it’s the oh no not another student attitude but if I’m paying 30 bucks for a mask Id appreciate some respect too.

This Kiehl’s is as lovely as them all. This was my first visit to this particular location. Help arrived immediately, and I only wish I could remember the name of the associate who so wonderfully assisted me. As usual(meeting and exceeding expectations), I was assisted to find the proper product without feeling like I was pressured into buying more things. I even received a few samples(most of my products now come from Kiehl’s, so approximately 10 products) for other items. As always, it’s a pleasure shopping with this company.

I give 2 stars because i love Kiehls. A staff member assisted. Def far from professional. They were not busy on a Saturday but she looked like she was doing me a favor. Did not want to give out any samples. She was out of everything I asked for… supposedly but frankly didn’t look like she wanted to help at all. For a sales person it’s the energy u give off. Not willing to help… Ugh I hate that feeling. I’m in sales too I get it. I don’t want to bash anyone or anything. But really, I just wanted to buy a product and grab a sample. I just left and went somewhere else to purchase. Nordstrom & hillsdale has way better assistance. I was surprised. Won’t be back :(

I heard through the Unilocalvine that Stonestown recently opened a Kiehl’s store. Considering that Valentine’s Day is upon us, I was thinking, what’s a better gift for my lovely lady. Flowers that are highly overpriced and have a life of a week or two or some much needed Kiehl’s products which will last the better part of two months? Well, I decided that Kiehl’s was the sexier option. It’s pretty amazing how things work when you get older. If we were in our twenties, I’d probably find myself crashing on my own couch for a few weeks with this type of gift for V Day. As a broke couple planning a wedding, I am pretty sure I will be considered a genius. The customer service at this new location is pretty solid. Down on the Peninsula, it’s hit or miss and that’s a problem. Especially when this company releases a new product faster than Biebs makes bail. I have been a loyal customer for the better part of 6 years and I love the place. I saw a man standing there, looking at the products with a confused look on his face. I wanted so badly to walk him through the process, tell him what products work well for me and which ones don’t, but that is clearly my inner control freak scratching the surface. Luckily, the moment I completed my purchase the gal went over to help him out. Overall, this place is doing it right and that’s good news for all of us.

Great place. Everything smells wonderful. I came in with my two crazy boys yesterday in the middle of a hectic Christmas shopping Sunday at stonestown(torture), and spent a super long time buying a very small gift(less than $ 20) as my crazy children tried to ride the display motorcycle, etc. Not a stellar mothering moment. But there were no evil glares from the staff. One super nice salesgirl played with my kids and took pictures of them on my phone(turns out she has two kids of her own), as another salesguy(Brian) helped me pick out a little gift, then promptly went into the back and wrapped it up in this beautiful box. How nice!!! Therefore, my gift was chosen first in the White Elephant party later that night! Thanks Kiehls!

The girls here are eager to help you and give you samples because no one seems to know that they exist. The only problem is that when they make you samples, it’s not always enough. I recently asked for a sample of the scalp scrub and she gave me so little that I couldn’t get it past my hair and onto my scalp. Because I like the smell and the idea, I came to but it anyway. The girl that gave me the sample recognized me and immediately came running over. I told her that I just wanted to give her a little feedback and told her that the sample wasn’t enough and she seemed to get defensive and somewhat offended. I just wanted to let her know so the next person who asked her for it would actually be able to use it. She said that she can’t give me big samples and went on and on but I didn’t bother correcting her since she didn’t seem to understand and was offended. I was just trying to help. A pea size drop of the scrub is just not enough to actually use it properly but oh well. I bought that plus 3 other products and look forward to actually seeing what the scrub is all about.
