My old Swatch watch broke(the links fell off so it was in two pieces), so I took this watch to this kiosk. She took one look at my watch and decided that she could try fixing it. Within a minute the watch was back to normal, and it was at no charge too. Awesome! I’ve had pretty good service at Swatch stores before for these types of scenarios(fix watch, replace battery, polish) so in general I am pleased.

This shop is a kiosk on the first floor of Westfield Mall in San Francisco, It has a great selection of Swatches at the standard pricing. I wasn’t there to shop though the prior evening the bucket on my watch had broken and I was there to see if it could be fixed. The woman working there was friendly and set to see if she had the part. Unfortunately she didn’t have it in black but was able to replace it with a clear one, She also polished the face of the watch so it looks new again all at no charge. I have to love the Swatch service!

My husband and son and I were visiting San Francisco in August and I had recently lost one of my favorite watches, which was a Swatch. We located the Swatch store on Market St and purchased a new watch for myself and my husband bought one too. I really like this watch and continued to use it along with switching between other watches I have. I discovered later that the battery seemed to stop working. This discovery was about two months after my purchase. Since we live in Ohio there are no Swatch stores nearby so I contacted the Market St store in San Francisco. I spoke to Damien, the store manager, who asked me to send the watch back to them so they could determine if it was indeed the battery or defective. I paid the $ 15 to ship it with hope of getting that money refunded and also hopes that I get my watch back and in working order. It took only two weeks to get my watch returned and Damien included my original shipping money and a letter telling me that they replaced the battery. I really appreciate the great service they provided and getting my watch back so quickly. I’m sure there were other ways for me to get my watch fixed but Damien took care of the issue without any problem!

I have nothing against this location or the employees, but the product. Two weeks after I bought the watch, the plastic buckle broke. I went to this kiosk and they said that only the watch face/mechanism is covered but nothing else. The employee sent me to their nearby store location. They had buckles recycled from broken watches and they found one that fit my watch, but it wasn’t the right color, so I can now wear my watch but it is a little odd looking. Swatch does not stand by their products and seems to make crappy ones. On my sister’s Swatch, the band ripped — it was not covered by the warranty either. BUYERBEWARE. Also, the ticking noise on my watch is so loud that I cannot wear the watch in meetings.

Great Swatch stand. Guy at the counter helped me with the band on my Swatch. Quick and painless. Although I wasn’t in the market for a new watch, they had a good selection.
