Burger King

It’s a Burger King. The food is not going to be 5 stars. You probably know what to expect from that. What I will grade are the service, food consistency and speed (this is a fast food joint) compared to other BKs. I will say that I come to this BK once or twice a week due to its close proximity to my home office and when I’m in a hurry for a quick bite.
Service:
Weekdays are better because there are less people so the cashiers usually get your order right. I am very picky always ask for no salt in my fries and ketchup only (no onions and mustard) for my burger. 9 out of 10 times they get my order correct. The only times that they get my order wrong are when they misunderstand what I request due to language barrier. Today I asked for a mocha/​chocolate ice coffee and they gave me a chocolate shake.
Weekends are not so good. In fact, I’ve seen employees sometimes standing around not doing anything while customers were waiting in line waiting for their turn! To be fair the weekend employees are not the same as the weekdays, which is much more dedicated and better. With a larger crowd and employees slacking off, I would avoid coming in the weekend.
Word of caution: MANY and I mean MANY times I’ve caught the perverted cooks in the back staring out at girls wearing skimpy outfit. You girls better be covering up if you’re standing there waiting for your food because if you look through the heating lamps there could be a pair of eyes staring back at you.
Food Consistency:
This place is alright. None of the burgers or sandwiches come out super smashed, or proportionally off on the condiments. The chicken sandwiches are always hot and most of the time crispy for the tendercrisp ones. As mentioned, I always order fries without salt and they come out piping hot :) Sometimes their chocolate ice coffee have too much chocolate. But it is still much better than the BK across the street where you feel like you’re getting a double chocolate milk with little sign of coffee.
Speed:
Despite the perv that stares out through the heating lamp at girls, I must say he doesn’t slack off at doing his job. I never have to wait too long for my food. Do expect to wait a little longer for no salt fries as do with other restros. Average return time for food is 2.5−3 minutes. Weekends expect to wait up to 5. Of course, a little more for the slacking weekend employees.

OK… so I don’t expect anything GOOD at Burger King, but Jeez this one is MUCH worse than the one in Tanforan mall. It’s not the service (which was OK) but I ordered breakfast because I was at Hillsdale at the time (at some point last week) and my blood sugar started to crash and needed a quick bite. As stated above, the service was OK, but I got ¾ through the sandwich at the train station (mostly because I was full) and decided to throw the rest out, but to find out that about an hour later, I felt nauseous to where I was laying in my bed in stomach and body pain and started feeling cold like I was getting some kind of food poisoning! I’m fine now but NEVER ordering breakfast from BK again after this food fiasco! So not pleased.

This place is the worst place to go for lunch they take so long to take an order. When it ur turn to order they turn around to do some thing else and the manager is so slow to do anything. I when to get a refill and he took like 5 min just to do that and some days he says that u can only get a refill and the same day. To me that stupid because there is no other Burger King that does that

I was 3 people back in line, when I finally got to the front of the line, the hispanic lady walked to the back to get something, came back to the front, saw me and said they’re closed. It was 15 minutes before their closing time. I waited in line all that time for nothing. I ended up leaving hillsdale mall and eating somewhere else. 1 star for bad customer service.

I never understood why so many people have such high standards when it comes to fast food. Contrary to what other people are saying about this place, my BK Stackers tasted like I would expect from any other Burger King. The service was fast, since it is fast food.
I really have nothing to complain about.

The only reason I come here is for the free wifi.

Fries are still good after trying to be different from Jack in the Box and McDonalds, but when I got my order… Where should I begin; the burger was steamed melted like coming out of a microwave, the buns were smooshed and soggy and there was no condiments like ketchup or lettuce in my double stacker with lettuce and pickels. At the very least they got my order wrong and gave me extra fries which I gave to a hungry coworker.

So burger kings are pretty same… but this place is currently running the 1 cent special. You buy a value meal and get an additional sandwich for just 1 cent.
BF was hungry so we drove by today — got the chicken sandwich with onion rings. The chicken was not fried correctly — was soggy and way too much mayo. The bun was also soggy not crispy at all!
Fried but not crispy. Lame!

Generally BK rolls with their crown-​shaped tenders — but this one gave me the star– and lightning-​shaped ones. For that (and having such great portions) you get an extra star (plus the service was great).
