This is the BK of choice for bums, teenage punks and low income families. Felt like I was in a homeless shelter and to top it off it took 15 minutes for them to churn out a single whopper. That’s not Fast Food. If you are a decent person I would avoid this location on Fri & Sat night.

This location was pretty clean and not too busy when I came in. After I placed my order, it took only a few minutes for the burger to come out. Now here’s the fun part. What did i order? The Halloween Whopper of course! I also tried a regular whopper for comparison. Disappointingly however, the two tasted pretty much the same. I wouldn’t be able to distinguish the two if I were blindfolded. The only novelty is the color. Oh well, trying it once was just fine.

Really love the burgers here. Remind me of burgers my dad would make on July 4th weekends. A+ for the taste and consistency. Chicken nuggets are kinda soggy sometimes, but can still tell that they’re 100% organic white meat. Would come again

I went into Burger King and tried to use my online coupon through Retail Me Not, which I’ve done on numerous occasions. The cashier refused to take my coupon and said I needed to use a either a paper coupon or the Burger King app. This has never been an issue before so I when the cashier, Yanet said I could not use my coupon I was quite upset. She did not give me a valid reason except telling me I could only use the Burger King app or bring in a paper coupon. I explained that I’ve never had an issue before using Retail Me Not and she just shrugged her shoulders like it wasn’t her problem. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon!

The food court at Hillsdale mall is a disappointment. You would expect better options given how nice the rest of the mall is. BK is probably one of the safer options here along with Panda Express.

Love their breakfast. Ann is great. Wi-Fi is 3x faster than McDonald’s and some Starbucks.

Not only is the food cheaper than Mickey D’s, but the food is defiantly better! The food here always comes out freshly made and super toasty. The ice cream cones are only .70 cents and it’s more than worth it! The staff is also really friendly and the tables are always clean.

This is one of the better Burger Kings around. –You can always find a space with their huge parking lot. –They have sanitizing wipes right next to their main entrance. –Many cashiers to accommodate larger crowds. –Fairly quick orders. –Large dining area. –Animal Planet playing on their flat screens in the dining area. –Many trash bins. –Two large soda stations. –Fairly quick drive through with long drive through path to accommodate many vehicles. Only complaints are… –When it rains, there’s a pretty large dip going into the drive through that floods up water so your car is about 4 – 6 inches into the water. –Sometimes their ice mocha has too much chocolate. –Prices have risen to the point where it is about the same price as dining into a casual sit down restaurant. Nonetheless, I still come here once in awhile for a quick bite or for a cup of Seattle’s Best Ice Coffee.

They’re pretty slow. They get my order wrong often. They have a good amount of seats inside it is just kind of sticky and dirty inside but customer service is not that bad and food is not bad either.

By far the slowest drive thru I have ever been in! My boyfriend and I and my son we’re on our way to a football game so we needed to grab something quickly and we decided to stop by Burger King it took us at least 45 minutes to order and get our food this food ended up being OK and what saves them with at least two stars is the attendant at the window he saw every frustration and gave us a free soda he was very sweet they really need to have people working the drive thru that can understand what people are saying and can be understood the fries were crispy the burgers were good and the chicken tenders were tender :-)

My wife and I come here at least twice a month because we enjoy the food, and service. It’s normally on a Sunday mid-afternoon, sometimes it’s crowed with a lot of hungry people other times not so many people. My wife and I enjoy the burgers, chicken or fish sandwiches, along with the fresh hot French fries or the onion rings, plus the shakes and soft drinks with free refills. The only bad thing I can say is the location of this Burger King. Right in front of a traffic light, sometimes you drive out easy when there is no traffic coming at you on your left side. But the other side of it is when the traffic light is red here and the cars are a long line, you have no choice but to wait it out. Enough said just enjoy your meal,

This is a great Burger King. The $ 1 vanilla ice cream cones and hot fudge sundaes make a great dessert on a hot summer day.

I feel bad for this BK because their location SUCKS. It reminds me of M&M nursery in Redwood City. It’s real convenient if you’re going one direction on the road, but if you’re going in the other direction, it’s such a pain in the butt and have to go so out of your way to turn around… they must lose a lot of business. Which is too bad, if it’s a decent business. I was jonesing for a Veggie burger on Friday evening, and my friend who was driving had to pull into the car lot next door(you can’t take a left into the burger king unless you want to drive 20 feet the wrong way into oncoming traffic and risk causing a head on collision). The guy in the car lot chewed my friend out, but there was no place else to pull in unless we wanted to take a 5 minute detour pull into the mall, and turn back the other direction! We’d have loved to do the drive thru but I literally had to get out and run into the restaurant from her car. When I got inside, the guy behind the counter asked if I wanted the veggie burger or veggie whopper. I didn’t know what the difference was, but Veggie Whopper somehow sounds better, like it’s got more stuff in it. So I ordered that. The last time I went to BK I ordered a veggie burger and it was actually really good. I think they’ve made a big improvement on their patties, because the veggie burgers I’d had like 5 years ago just didn’t taste very good. I’d have one and go, classic, vegetarians getting screwed once again! So I was pleasantly surprised when I had a veggie burger about 3 months ago and thought, holy crap this is really good!!! Well, little did I know, a veggie whopper is totally different from a veggie burger. I was sad to discover, this«veggie whopper» didn’t actually have any kind of patty in it! It would have been nice if the guy could have explained this when I ordered. I mean, I realize I didn’t know the difference, but I would never have guessed that when i got to the car and opened up my sandwich, I’d discover a hamburger bun, a bunch of pickles, onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, etc… and NOFREEKINPATTY. How in the world are people supposed to know that? It’s not like it’s written anywhere on the menu. I will admit… even without any kind of patty in it, the veggie whopper was actually somewhat decent. It totally beats what I’d get at McDonalds: A cold slab of american cheese, a few pickles, a sorry looking lettuce leaf, ketchup, and two little white bread buns. Blech. I mean you might as well eat sand. I’d give it a 1 out of 10 on the food scale. At least with Burger King, I got a lot of «stuff»… like a thick tomato slice, good amount of lettuce, good sauce, crisp pickles, etc. in between the buns(and I have always really liked the burger king buns, with their sesame seeds). Even the«pattyless whopper» had enough stuff in it to warrant like 5 out of 10. The normal«veggie burger»(with a patty) is like a 7 out of 10. If Burger King could manage to incorporate a whopper with«all the stuff» plus a «veggie patty» they would hit a home run. It baffles me why they even have two different burgers. Why not just have a veggie whopper??? I can’t imagine a lot of people actually say, «Hey I’d like the bun and all the veggies but no patty.» Who DOES that? For any meat eaters who are reading this who want to say, well who even eats a VEGGIEBURGER??? I have some facts for you. Did you know that half a pound of hamburger — a patty of meat the size of two decks of cards — releases as much greenhouse gas into the atmosphere as driving a 3,000-pound car nearly 10 miles? I know I said this in an earlier review but I’m going to keep repeating it till the cows come home. Or should I say, till the cows are free. If you don’t believe me, you can read about it in Forbes: … And the New York Times: … Thank you Burger king for being one of the few fast food chains that continues to give vegetarians an actual DECENT option!!!

I made the fatal mistake of not eating breakfast last Saturday morning… and we were on the way to San Mateo. We were going to his dentist’s office and had about 20-ish minutes to kill… and this Burger King is right around the corner from it. Breakfast was being served and I ordered their bacon muffin(think egg mcmuffin, but with bacon) and hash brown tater tots. Service was great — very friendly woman at the register. It was a bit crowded, but overall the restaurant is pretty big, yet amazingly clean. I can tell there is a high turnover and kudos to them for being able to keep it that well despite the heavy traffic. Why 3 stars? Because the food was merely ok. Tater tots were cold and the bacon muffin was lukewarm. I’d come here again to kill time when hubby has dental appointments because they have wifi!

There new stuffed burger is, perhaps, the worst burger I’ve eaten. I thought they gave me the wrong burger, but they said. If it was stuffed I could not taste the bacon and cheese. I like my burgers rare but this one was raw. Two things that saved this from being a one star review was the pleasant woman at the window and it also seemed to be the only fast-food restaurant that had a drive-thru window along this stretch of El Camino
