This is the best round table pizza i ever went to. The guy at counter was very nice and professional. this round table was very clean and the pizza was excellent. the best!

The past 2 times I’ve ordered delivery from this round table I have had a bad experience. The first time, when my boyfriend went out to get our food the driver was parked far away and he was smoking a cigarette. He then continued to smoke during the transaction of giving my boyfriend our food. Disgusted. Then, I ordered this past Saturday night and the condition my pizza came in was not edible. I wanted to try the new crispy bacon and pepperoni with pan crust, and what I got looked like it was sat on, dropped, kicked, and dusted off. I have attached a picture. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

this is my go to Round table pizza. they never get my order wrong, and its always ready on time and sometimes even earlier than when I ordered it. the employees are very friendly and go out of the way to make my order to perfection.

My order was $ 19.99 and they charged me $ 28 I asked why so much higher and they said $ 3 for delivery and $ 5 tax. When did tax go up to 20%??
I also ordered an extra ranch. Cashier said no problem, however Did not get it! Also no cheese no pepper flakes. Wow

I wish I had checked Unilocal first but Roundtable used to be good. This place was pretty bad. The pizza was overcooked and tasted awful. And the young man behind the counter could not make change.

My order came almost two hours late!
I called when they were 3 minutes late and they said the order was on its way.
He had no way of ensuring that my order # was indeed on its way.
20 minutes late I call again and am on hold for 10 minutes. 2 more calls like that and I cancel my order.
I get a forced, rude apology and no confirmation that my credit card won’t be charged.
He just kept saying we’re busy.
Look, I understand being busy, but please take the time to apologize sincerely and give me a freebie or something to make it right.
We had eaten something else and cleaned up when the pizza finally arrived.
The delivery guy was apologetic. The one answering the store was not.

Got the BBQ chicken Pizza. Ordered online for pickup. There was only one lone swirl of BBQ sauce on the whole pizza! Literally the driest pizza I’ve ever had! This is not even close to a standard amount. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to have a normal amount of sauce. I don’t think I will be returning to this location unfortunately.

Why the bad reviews??? I’m normally not a huge fan of round table but I think this is a great lunch spot on your work hour! My hubby and I went on my lunch hour and got the Buffett. The salad was fresh and not brown. The toppings were endless and they kept restocking! Fresh hot pizza kept coming out and I couldn’t keep up! Great lunch, good price and hot and fresh pizza. Highly recommend and will be going back.
My only negative comment is the people working there weren’t very friendly. It was my first time there and so I asked the girl about the lunch Buffett and she could have cared less about helping me.

I have tried this place several times. Today all of the empty tables had dirty plates and customers could not find a clean table to sit at. It’s not the customers fault… This location does not have a single trash can or self bussing tray to clear one’s own or the previous customer’s mess. Meanwhile the staff stands idle behind the counter while I heard customers asking if a table was available. There is obviously neither a manager around who cares not a Round Table rep to ensure minimum standards. ½ of the salad bar items were empty and unreplenished. The silverware is usually empty or dirty. I hope someone steps in and saves this place as the location is convenient and it’s nearly new.

I have yet to experience the problems that other customers seem to have had. I find the service very considerate and efficient. The employees seem to work hard and diligently especially on those busy nights. Note that this location seems to be under staffed, I would understand minor delays, however most problems are reasonably compensated for. While small, I find this location to definitely be one of the most sanitary. As for the food, I find it to be tasty. My favorite is the BBQ wings– much better than their WingStop neighbor.

I order a pizza at 5:45pm. It was 7 o’clock and nothing. I try to call them so many times but they didn’t answer the phone. Phone was transfer to VM. At 8 o’clock a got a call from a guy name «Erik» apologizing about the 3 hours delay. Offering me 50% for my next purchase. Thanks but no thanks!!! I would never going to call Round table pizza on Delaware SM.

First off, I’ve only written a handful of reviews, but sometimes there are instances where you just can’t resist. On this particular day I had been craving the delicious garlic Parmesan twists all day long so finally cracked down and ordered them (along with a pizza). When I opened the box of twists, they were extremely doughy looking .I took one bite and it was awful! Not only were they cold and not fully cooked, the aftertaste was even worse. If I had to describe it, it tasted like someone wiped them with a dirty old rag (yes, it was that bad). This was just extremely shocking considering I’ve NEVER received such horrible (inconsistent) food from round table. All I know is, I will never be ordering from this location again. — sincerely, one very disappointed loyal customer.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Waited 1.5 hrs for a delivery 4 blocks away on a weekday at 4pm. Repeatedly assured by management that the pizza «was en route», only to wait and wait and wait. When order *finally* arrived, it had the wrong toppings, and the pizza was definitely not «thing crust». What a waste of time/​appetite. Hope they go out of business and start another StarBucks.

Horrible experience on the 4th of July. I ordered a small King Arthurs combo at 2:00, stepped outside to make a call, returned 8 minutes later and was surprised my pizza was done. When I got home I found they had not made me my fresh (expensive…) pizza, but had tried to fool me by filling the box with leftover pizza from the buffet bar (which closed at 2:00 btw). The slices did not make a full circle, were of different sizes (impossible to have been cut in a straight line), and the toppings did not match between adjacent slices. I returned to RT and they denied what had very obviously been done, and was told I was wrong. I demanded a refund, which was I received. I was not offered a replacement pizza. In the past I had considered Round Table to a premium fast food place, but no more. Bunch ‘o crooks…

As a customer you would think they care what u have to say. Ordered a gormet veggie thin crust it comes as pan. Ok i let it slide. 2nd order i order a gourmet veggie thin crust and i get a half veggie pizza. Are these people illiterate or just plain stupid? They have lost my business. I will order from burlingame which is a little further away but at least there will be no surprises.
