Service was lacking. Workers are not enthusiastic or attentive, and keep terrible records so I was constantly worried about the order. Suit jacket came out large though I asked for it to be form-​fitting.
Go with someone else.

Got a tux for the New Year’s Eve Masquerade at Bacara. Tux looked and fit great. I definitely would recommend and will be back for my wedding in a few months.

I took my son to rent a tux for prom. They didn’t take any care or time in measuring. The night of prom he put on the vest (it was at least 3 sizes too big) and the pants (also too big to wear). The jacket was the only piece that fit. Thank goodness he had black pants of his own he could wear.

I used King Tux for my wedding in October of this year and it was an awesome experience. I did most of my dealing with Brian, who was the nicest guy to work with. I live in FL but my wife is from Santa Barbara and wanted to do the wedding there. We wanted to wear black suits, not tux and they had that option. Brain measured me and asked me to get him the other measurements. I did and one of my brothers sizes he said did not sound right and changed them over the phone. When we got to Santa Barbara for the wedding The adjustments that he made for my brother were right on. One of the other groomsmen’s sizes were wrong and Brain quickly went to the back and adjusted the length of the coat arms. I was truly impressed and think they did an awesome job!!!
