I just tried to call in a reservation based on these reviews… but could not communicate effectively with the person who answered the phone. That is a deal breaker for me.

I mentioned in my previous review that a few times my haircut was rushed (hence four stars…) The last few times I’ve been, it’s been far from rushed — a ton of attention from her and her assistant — and if she’s too busy for a walk-​in, she doesn’t try to fit them in by rushing customers who booked an appointment. (I always try to walk in; I always seem to go when she’s too busy: D) — Five stars! Great value, quality, and attention!

I have been going here for over 12 years and I haven’t regretted any of it. Jenny is very nice and good with your hair, a real professional. Don’t be fooled by how small and unassuming the place is – it’s worth becoming a regular so at least give it a try. Jenny knows what she’s doing. She’s Korean.

My hair is a little past the shoulders and it costs me ~$ 20-​$ 25 for a trim and style, including tip. I like going to Jenny’s because of the flexible schedule. She is open Sundays through the early evening which aren’t as busy as Fridays and Saturdays. Like I said, I’ve seen people walk in on a Saturday without an appt. getting turned down.
I observed that 65%-70% of her clients were male. She does a good job with that clipper, men are in-​and-​out in about 20 mins.
She also has a lot of different Korean products on display for purchase if you’re looking for new products. She’s a good neighborhood spot if you’re not looking for anything too fancy and over-​priced.

Nothing feels more luxurious than to get a good scalp massage while getting your hair washed and then having someone take meticulous care in blowing out your hair.
This place is small, it’s just Jenny and her assistant but they are both great and next time I’m having a bad day at work I will definitely drag my butt down here and get my hair washed.
