Dr Hyun is great. Brandy and Gary are great people. They really know what they are doing here and give great customer service. Got my polarized Ray ban sun glasses with my insurance and they helped me save lots. Feeling like a winner!
Parking is free for an hour, or if it takes longer the office can give you one more hour but don’t forget to ask.

Yes Brandy is cool. But that’s about it. Doc got my perception wrong. They’re impossible to get ahold of. they never answer the phone. Nor replied to my online request. I’ve been trying for over two months to make an appt for an accurate prescription and get an exchange. At this point I’ll just walk in and refund, I guess. the place is a dismal underground dungeon. Do not go here.

This review is for Brandy at Sears Optical. This lady personifies customer service. She loves her job, is very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and has an amazing attitude. I have been in several times as I have a weird Rx that makes finding the right glasses difficult and she has been a joy to work with each time. Moreover, she remembers details about all of her customers and warmly greets them upon arrival. It’s no wonder why I will wait for her instead of getting help from someone else. I’ve also seen her deal with absolutely horrid people who flipped out for no reason just trying to scam and she maintained her cool and was cordial til the end, even when he ran off and didn’t pay for his exam! Brandy is the type of person that every business would be lucky to have!
