Quincy – Art – Craft – Toys – Games

This was my favorite shop in Seaside, due to its eclectic mix of art store, art gallery, toy store, and novelty shop.
Really, it’s because of the snarky socks. I stood there for 15 – 20 minutes reading all the snarky socks before meandering around to look at the art, art supplies, and toys. It was the socks that brought me back the next day. I knew i had to get at least one pair, but couldn’t really decide. The proprietor who was sitting behind the counter the entire time that I was in the store on both days, told us that they were quite popular. She said that quiet little old ladies love to come in and buy the ones with curse words on them. And we knew they were popular since they were sold out!
I decided on two pair:
«Shoot for the moon. If you hit Mars, Bonus.» and «Screwing Up is Part of the Program». I was quite tempted by the floral print with a hammer that said «Pretty Hammered.»
It’s a charming shop with a friendly proprietor and quite a mix of product offerings.
