Fossil Store

Just about the best experience we had in a watch store!
Upon walking in, we were greeting by a nice sales associate… She directed to some watch cases and gave us access to try some on. She then left us to look and another sales associate came by to see if we needed help.
Now… this may sound like they were hovering, but it was actually the complete opposite, they were really nice! J and L. Julianne and Leila? Julie and Leanne? Gah! I wish I could remember, but I cannot. :(
Anyhow, we decided to go to Nordstrom and Macy’s before we decided on a Fossil watch. Which was a bad idea. Nordstrom didn’t have what Fossil did. We ended up back at Fossil.
The ladies had kept the watch on hold for us and all was well. They rocked with great customer service, information and great prices.

All my experiences here have been great. I’m a huge Fossil lover and have purchased many products all at this Southcenter location. Today I went in to purchase a battery for my beloved rose gold watch ($ 10.95 after tax), the man who helped me was quick to put my battery in for me and was very pleasant. The other thing I came in for was to let someone know I wasn’t happy with a recent purchase I made. My new light brown leather watch band had become discolored and I was very disappointed! This hasn’t happened with any of my other Fossil watch bands. And without any challenge against policy (I didn’t have a receipt), this man happily exchanged the band for me and let me pick out a different one! Wow I couldn’t believe it– I went and told my whole family about his great customer service. I didn’t get his name but he may have been the manager. He also gave my husband and I a phone number to call to order more links for his Fossil watch we purchased 2 yrs ago and we didn’t save our extra links. The cost will be under $ 5 which is very reasonable. All this under 10 minutes! He didn’t pressure us to buy anything– I think he could tell we were loyal customers, just not purchasing today. I WILL be back soon. I think my husband needs another watch??? :)
Thank you to the man who truly valued me as a customer and made a not-​so-​great situation into something amazing! I will always recommend your Fossil store to anyone I can!

Went in today to buy a watch, and walked out with 3. The lady that worked in the store was very helpful and patient with me. I will definitely be going back to this store in the future.

I had such a nice experience here. I had previously purchased an Estate Messenger bag at another Fossil Store. There was a mix up and I had to exchange it. I ended up being treated horribly at the other store, so I went here to sort out.
I was greeted right away by a very nice sales clerk, told them my problem and was promptly shown to someone who could help sort it out. The sales clerk who helped me, Kelsey, was so sweet and apologetic about the mistake. She exchanged my item and really made me feel like an appreciated customer.
I will absolutely shop at this location again and am happy with my final purchase. Thank you Kelsey for saving the day!

I stopped here 3 times before I made my purchase. Anytime I spend over $ 200 on one item I have to make sure it’s quality and I absolutely love it, even if it was for the old man ;)
We decided to go with the mechanical watch that is powered by the movement of the wearer’s arm. It’s attractive, unique, and hefty. The face reveals the skeletal structure of the movements and jewels. The dials have a full calendar, time (obviously!) and am/​pm as well as MTWTFSS. He will never forget our special dates and anniversary again!!! ;)
Enough of the product, about the store and shopping experience.
The staff are all consistently pleasant and helpful. They display patience and customer service, answering any questions I had and showing us comparisons of watch features and the likes.
They were all very sweet to our little 11 month old son. Not in a pretentious «kiss ass» manor, but genuinely charmed by our little lady killer and not afraid to flirt with him a bit. It’s always nice for your baby to enjoy shopping as much as you!
My one complaint is that the watch is made in china :(it is very well made and has a warranty, so no big deal. I suppose I have to come up with a few more grand for a Swiss made watch. He’ll have to wait a while, I have other financial priorities.

Christmas is coming and I went here a wile back or rather was lead in here and shown some ideas of what to look for .
I then went back on my own and looked at at couple of the items and picked one .
that I am sure I was shown .
the people were helpful and I was told that I could return for a different item if I did not get the right one or I could order it from on line or in store .
I like the men’s watches they have here .I may have to get one for my self

Customer Service is amazing here.
I was a little caught off guard when looking for a purse, when the girl working there started a conversation. And not like a, «hey how it’s going (then turning away)» It was like… a REAL conversation. I ended up standing and talking in the store to both associates for a good thirty minutes after purchasing my bag just to stay and chat.
Other than that, they were super knowledgable and in tune with what I was looking for. I wish I remember the girls name that helped me, but she searched the store high and low to find something I really wanted, and never once did she say anything around the terms of, «that looks good on you, you should BUY it.» Cause hearing that phrase from any sales person just IRCKS me out. Instead, she just continued to assist me and even gave her hard opinion whether or not she liked the bags or not. Super friendly one-​on-​one experience.

I just bought a gift from Fossil in Tukwila, It’s a gift for my fiancée. I really like their service. They know what they are doing.
I went to Macy’s prior to my buying at Fossil and they didn’t have any clue how their sportswatch/​stopwatch works. I decided to go to Fossil and see if they have a nice selection. Sure enought, they do! :)… I bought one that looks like this:
for my fiancée. He loves to run, and this one is really easy to navigate and change around!.. we might go back to switch the color to green! :)
