Gerardo was the BEST! Not only did he significantly beat the competitors’ prices, but he was also able to have it done the same day. He repaired my ring & soldered it together. I would absolutely recommend him!

Great customer service, the lady was extremely helpful. Even though they had customers ahead of me they were able to get my watch resized in less than 20 minutes. It only costed me $ 10! Also, if you keep the receipt they will do another resize (if needed) on the same watch for free.

We were looking everywhere for an in-​house guy that would resize a ring in the same day AND was reasonable priced and we found that someone at Sears!
Gerardo is the repair guy and he was able to resize an engagement ring down and change five watch batteries in a little over 2 hours!
Gerardo also gave us a peace of mind by instructing us to take pictures of the ring and watches, to make sure we are getting back the same items that we gave him to repair.
They also have punch cards for frequent visitors!
This spot is privately owned so you’ll be able to negotiate a price.
I highly recommend this spot for jewelry/​watch repairs!

Went there and suppose to be open. 5 :15PM Closed? Was told by a man who also got there the guy would be back at 5:30 PM. GUESS no show. Waste of time.
