Cheap products and friendly employees. Even though, has some accident when I do the ear piercing, the employee solve it well. Also, they wouldn’t kick customer who has questions out of the store when the time is nearly closing time at night. (but Claire’s did) As results, I would stop by iCing Northgate instead of Claire’s when I go shopping again in Northgate.

Good variety of cheap hats, tights, scarves, etc. There is a good amount of room to move around without feeling like you aren’t going to knock anything over (unlike Claire’s). As long as you don’t mind that the employees are glued to the texting on their cell phones I wouldn’t hesitate stopping here if I needed an inexpensive accessory.
