Just Mediocre Food. Average Ribs, the combo plate had beans freshly reheated from the can, potato chips portioned from a larger bag into a zip-top bag, a limp pickle from a large glass jar of pickles and a can of generic soda; It felt like I was at the neighbors for a BBQ. The food is edible but nothing great or with great flavor. The pulled pork was ok, but it was so heavy on sauce I felt as though they were hiding something. I love local, non-chain businesses; especially food trucks. But, I was underwhelmed and left wanting a better experience and tastier food. The prices were reasonable though and the couple serving food in the truck were friendly and helpful. I like that there is a smoker in tow, but I rarely see it smoking; there is potential for good food here but I did not receive it on my trip. There are not a lot of choices for BBQ in Sierra Vista, but I have to say that I would probably pass on this place and travel elsewhere for barbecue.
