Blink Lash Boutique

I received a gift certificate from a fundraiser raffle and decided to give it a try based upon the reviews. I have had extensions a while back from another establishment that were okay so went in with a hopeful attitude. What a wonderful surprise to see the end result, just beautiful! My eyelashes look full, natural and easy to care for. I traveled an hour and boy it was worth it! Reagan did a fabulous job! Highly recommend!

I swear: these extensions make you look 10 years younger! My eyes look bigger, more fresh and awake.
I love that Blink gives me lashes that look incredible… but not too «fake» looking. Most people can’t even tell that I have extensions — they just think I’m blessed with amazing, natural eyelashes!
I visit both Blink locations depending if I’m in North County or San Diego. I love how my extensions and visits are tracked by Blink’s computer system — so no matter which gal I see, they have «notes» that explain my preferences.
Everything and everyone is very professional at Blink — which I appreciate.
I look so much prettier with these extensions. I even feel more attractive before I put my makeup on! I come in for a quick visit every 2 weeks so that my lashes are always looking fresh!

The brow specialist was amazing! Bree took her time and was very gentle. She let me look multiple times to make sure I liked everything. I would recommend this boutique to anyone!

This review is for the customer service I received over the phone.
I began a membership with Blink Lash last month and I noticed I was charged twice for the month of October. I called their boutique yesterday and the person I spoke to had no idea why I was charged twice. She told me they would call me back tomorrow with more information.
Today, I spoke to Diana over the phone and she told me because I got my lashes filled 2 days before my monthly fee was processed they charged me for an additional visit. I was shocked because all I was told when I signed up was that I get a touch up every month as a member. They never told me it had to be after my card was charged. When I booked the appointment, I told them I had a membership and wanted to get my touch up for the month and they told me it would just be $ 44. I was curious why it was cheaper and I specifically asked them if I would still be charged the $ 59 and she said No. I made sure I clarified that with her a couple times to make sure I wouldn’t be charged multiple times and she said I wouldn’t be. I said ok I’ll book the appointment then.
I’m giving a rating of one star because when I spoke to Diana today about the whole situation she was extremely rude and unsympathetic. She made it seem like I was making the whole thing up and refused to refund me my money. I told her if I would have known I was going to be charged extra I would have waited a couple days and booked my appointment. She said there’s nothing she could do and then hung the phone up on me. I called back 3 times and each time she hung the phone up on me and the last time she pretended she could not hear me.
I’ve been working in customer service for 12 years of my life and I have never been so disgusted with the way I was treated. Having started a membership with them, I thought I would have gotten a little more respect as well. I just want to let the owners know of this incident and let them know if they want their business to thrive, they should probably find someone who is professional and respectful to their customers managing their front desk.

Blink was recommended to me by a friend when I was staying in del mar for the summer. I was used to thicker synthetic lashes so I had to remove my set and start over. It took some time for me to get used to the look of the faux mink, but with Megan’s help, we got the volume I was looking for me my natural lashes were able to grow and get healthier again under the lighter weight lashes. The lashes they use are very natural looking but they do a great job, they never stick together and they stay on for a long time if you take care of them. The people at blink are really nice and Megan was great company during those long lash sessions. I’ll miss going to blink!
