I had surgery a month ago with Dr. Davis to correct a botched surgery from a Kaiser doctor and all the problems it created. I am feeling great now and my constant sinus pressure and pain is finally gone. I am thankful to Dr. Davis for restoring my health. I will continue to see her as needed for any future sinus or allergy issues. The surgery and recovery went well and I am grateful to be feeling good finally. I highly recommend this office to anyone suffering with sinus or allergy issues.

While the care Dr. Davis provides is adequate the attitude of their billing, which is handled by her husband, is nothing short of predatory. I had work done there and after getting over 17K from my insurance they billed me $ 700 which was fine, and which I started to pay in installments. Then one day they took a check, cashed it, and then did not credit it. I went back and forth, provided a copy of the canceled check, and then finally talked to Dr. Davis husband as he ran the billing. Dr. Davis herself would not return my calls or get involved, which I found very unprofessional and irritating. When I talked to her husband he was rude, confrontational and unprofessional. Even though I provided the canceled check he refused to accept that and demanded the balance of $ 500 when I only owed $ 400. Naturally I refused to give them another dime until they acknowledged the check they had already received. Soon they placed the amount into collection and when I provided that canceled check to each subsequent collection agency they would stop responding… and then I would get another note from another collection agency and repeat the same process. This went on for several years and at least 4 collection agencies with me unable to clear the issue and remaining unwilling to send another payment until the one that had received was credited to my account.
I have a spotless credit record with only one blemish, created by their shoddy bookkeeping and Dr. Davis’ husband’s aggressive, combative and obnoxious attitude. When I went looking for a mortgage guess what the bank wanted me to explain? The fraudulent collection activities of Dr; Davis’ office of course
I finally got a collection agency who would listen and noted that I had indeed made a payment and that I had been trying to settle the debt for years, and they found a way around the problem, namely the man who runs the billing, Mr. Davis. I paid the balance, got the fees waived, but did end up getting a higher mortgage rate all because this office was sloppy and unwilling to accept their own mistake despite repeated proof that they had received and cashed a check for $ 100.00.
Maybe I should have taken them to small claims but it was such a small amount it didn’t seem worth it, although the mortgage issue still bothers me. My perfect credit was falsely downgraded because this office was run by a petulant and belligerent incompetent.
I wouldn’t give these people the time of day, let alone a dime of my money. There are other Doctors who are just as competent and not nearly as mercenary. I suggest avoiding Dr. Davis and her husband entirely.

I liked Dr. Davis and her staff a lot. It was easy to make an appointment with her, and everything was on time. The girl at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, and so was the nurse. The nurse was very sweet and took her time explaining everything that Dr. Davis was going to do. Dr. Davis was very informative, and answered all my questions in a very kind manner. She took her time with me and explained everything very clearly. I would definitely recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for a great ENT.

Dr. Davis and her staff are phenomenal. I was seen right at my appointment time late in the day and didn’t wait around at all. She was very informative and thorough when checking my nose and throat.
I am required to have a CT scan and Jill, her nurse, processed my file/​paperwork/​insurance super fast and was contacted a day after my appointment to schedule the CT scan.
Very nice staff! I would highly recommend Dr. Davis’s office if you have any ENT needs!
