Pizza Hut

Previously ordered online and had 0 problems other than the occasional technical error. After tonight’s experience I will continue to do so.
While the pizza is usually good, as most pizza huts are, my complaint is that it took 30 minutes of me repeating myself again and again, the same thing, to be told «hold on just a minute» at least 4 times during our conversation of five minutes plus (for a simple order of what I ALWAYS get– to be told they cannot do it this time) as well as the one taking my order giggling and just messing up.
OK. She’s new, I get it. It happens. If you don’t know what you’re doing, don’t waste both of our time and get someone that does.
Ps. What do I do if they mess up my order? Do I still have to pay? I spoke to three different employees so one only knows what kind of pizza they’re going to bring… We don’t have a backup plan for dinner bc tonight’s dinner was pizza.

Came here when I visited SD and was helped by a handsome guy named Gustavo. He was extremely patient and kind. My only complaint is that they seem understaffed. Next time I visit I hope to see this guy again or at least get someone with equally amazing customer service!

Placed an online order for a large 3 topping pizza and two pans of pasta. I was able to use an awesome coupon online and that was a huge plus to me. My old local pizza hut never participated in any promos or accepted any of the really good online coupons. Ready time was estimated at 15 mins after order time, at 7:07pm. I got there around 7:00pm and all I had to do was pay and I was out the door. Pizza and pasta tasted as expected, service was fast, workers were friendly, and they got my order right. Good enough for me!

Customer service sucks, delivery is slow. And of Course they would forget something! This place needs new management or something. Now I have to wait on some wings. Probably another hour. Thank you pizzahut

Call it a good night if you will, but this place was jammin. As busy as they were, everyone was moving as a team. There was such an organization and communication felt, that it almost made me wanna join in. Haha. They got my order correct, and in the time allotted. I’m grateful to have you guys so close to home. Keep up the good work.

Don’t come here unless you like the possibility of getting dog hair I your food!!! Pulled up to this Pizza Hut to see two employees outside playing with a dog and ridding around on a Razor scooter… Walked in to find plenty of employees inside yet no one seemed to be able to help us out. Finally a man came from the back to ring us up, as we waited the boy from outside with the dog came in, and went straight to the food and began to finish up our pizza. Then when confronted about the fact he just pet a dog then finished up our pizza he got a serious attitude claiming he never actually touched our pizza… Why are outside playing with dogs and riding razor scooters in the first place??? So disgusting.

I don’t know how there are good reviews for this specific Pizza Hut joint. Maybe I came on a bad day?
Customer service sucked balls. I don’t expect much but when the cashier dude is acting like he hates his life, and needs to smoke Right outside to chill out, it definitely is not up to my low standard of a simple «hello» and «what can I get chya?»
I walk in and set my order, he said it’d be about 15−20mins. That’s normal. I’ll just kill time and check out those nearby stores (don’t get me started on them -.-). I come back and this kid working the register was high as fuuuuhhh. He didn’t know where my pizza was (of course). I said, it’s probably in that oven fridge thing right behind you. *face palm*
All I know is, you won’t be seeing me over there.

I hate to get any business this many stars but I think I’m being generous. I understand that they were understaffed, but I think they forgot about me and my wings turned out like jerky.

This review is supposed to be for another store, but the assistant manager Alex for this location was subbing for another location (Sweetwater Rd 7÷1÷15) so I’m placing the review for this Pizza Hut. Had a really bad order and the only reason it was bad was because the location he was working for was horribly understaffed. Alex was very professional in handling the situation and did his best to remedy our crappy pizza situation. He was able to fix the problem and we were surprised to find ourselves happy to have ordered despite the issues we had. Thank you Alex, you went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and we really appreciate it (:

not too shabby for a 2 ½ star pizza joint. thought I was going to find a rat in my pizza or the wrong order like some of these people are yappin about.
Ordered:
2 Medium (4) topping pizzas
–Hand-​Tossed
–Pepperoni (2)
–mushrooms
–Sausage
came out to $ 15.10 and it was Delicious

Josh and Robert are super professional. I know it’s just pizza, but when the service is exceptional. It makes the whole experience better. No more dominos. Just pizza hut from now on.

Tried to use my coupon for 7.99 for large two topping pizza and I was told that coupon doesn’t exist in CA which is funny considering it works at where I live in north county San Diego (Vista & Oceanside). They messed up our orders. Only two stars because they remade our orders but to be lied to in the first place isn’t ok. I’m posting a photo that shows email I just received stating that the coupon is valid in my area/​family area in CA. this guy lied to my face and that’s not ok. I will never go back to this store due to them lying to my face and not accepting a valid coupon and messing up our order. Dear Pizza Hut in spring valley would you like to tell me again that this coupon or online deal isn’t valid in CA again after I post this photo.
If you love Pizza Hut like I do just go to a different one that may be only a few miles away from this one. Don’t waste you money on people who lie to their customers and have many problems getting an order right the first time. Just my opinion. Yes it was nice getting pizza remade but I hate liars. Also Thank God I called back to see if they could deliver it instead of pick up due to their mess up because they told me they never had a reorder of my order put in the system. Bad customer service. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been too.

Ordered a big dinner box and paid with tip on top of the delivery charge. Opened the box and one of the pizzas (pretzel piggy) was missing the spinach and balsamic drizzle. I called pizza Hut and did get an apology, then was offered to speak to the manager to receive credit. After a few minutes they ended my call without speaking to the manager. Very inconvenient after a long hard day at work for a $ 35 dinner meal that I even tipped.

I’m shocked by the previous reviews! This place was great! I placed my order online. We arrived 2 minutes after the time the website said our pizzas would be ready and there they were ready to go. As we got out of our car a delivery driver was walking in and he smiled and held the door for us. Everyone inside looked up and smiled. They showed us both pizzas before we paid!!! This was the most pleasant experience I have had in a long time. We will definitely be coming back here!!! Great job guys!!! Keep it up!

Coming from someone who has previously worked at a Pizza Hut, I’d say this place is on point.

Pizza is normal Pizza Hut. But the customer service is terrible. They are rude and don’t pay attention to the customer ALL.

I was a regular customer here at Pizza Hut, but after the past few experiences I had with their «general’ manger Josh I think not!
The customer service I received from him, and one of his cashiers was not helpful. Their phone app, and on line apps don’t match, and make is difficult to order, and when I mentioned this to the GM I am told by the cashier off to the side that it would be better if I called in the order… HELLO really, I need to call in my order, and who was talking to you in the first place? WHAT? WHY when you have an on line program to make it easy for us the customer?
Not only was me trying to order the pizza difficult, I didn’t get the 5 dollar special that I was offered (no big deal, I wanted the pizza regardless)
The way the GM and the little cashier talked to me was very unprofessional…
At the end of the conversation I had with the GM, I mentioned to him that their service and food do not go unnoticed they have several bad reviews on Unilocal,he looked at me and told me well I am glad that I have the 3500 dollar security system set up in the store along with sound. So our conversation was recorded. Really why did you even mention that? Nothing derogatory was ever said on my part, but I do hope that with the complaint I filled with your corporate office stops and look over the recorded conversation we had and see how unprofessional you and your staff was toward a simple question about ordering pizza, and how the two boxes where tossed on the counter.
By the time I left Pizza Hut and got home I no longer wanted the pizza I ordered. I think next time Domio’s Pizza will be ordered!

I placed an order using their online app. Ordered a large supreme pizza for $ 10.80 and picked it up. Pizza was ready and hot within 15 minutes when promised. Good flavor and taste.

This place is very unprofessional they don’t pay attention to detail I have no good things to say about this Pizza Hut location terrible service… They just lost a loyal customer me.

I was over a friends watching football the other night when we got the craving for some pizza. We ordered for delivery a medium works pan pizza and a side of bread sticks with marinara sauce.
The pizza was delivered in the allotted amount of time and the delivery person was polite. The pizza arrived warm, and the crust of the pizza had that nice buttery quality that comes from a well prepared pan pizza. (
) It had a good amount of toppings but, I thought the pizza was over sauced for my liking. (
) The bread sticks were moist and warm and came with an abundant amount of garlic salt. (
) They were good, but very heavy on the seasoning.
Overall, a good experience with the delivery and a good pizza and descent bread sticks. The breads sticks and pizza with tax came to around $ 20.
