Today my experience was amazing we had a lovely young man named Anthony and he was attentive and charming absolutely one of the best dinning experiences I have had. The food was all so amazing like always! Louisiana steak is simply hands down one of the best tasting steaks I’ve had.

Worst experience ever. Went to dinner there last night with my father in-law and kids. I would have complained while there but my father in-law insisted i not. The bottom bun of my burger was hard as a rock. I told the waitress and a manager came who seemed very frazzled and we were already in middle of our meal. The burger inside was dry with very burnt hard pieces in it. My child ordered the kids steak which was completely over cooked. The waitress had to be asked twice to bring more napkins. I will definitely not be returning.

I hate saying this but, the last few times I’ve been here the service has sucked. The food has been great but they need to step it up on service. The last time we went really cemented my feelings on that. When we walked in at 730 on a Sunday night there was a girl standing at the hostess station. I said hello when we walked up and her response was«I’m not seating so I have no idea where to put you» and she just walked away. No hello, no let me find the hostess, nothing. After she walked away my husband said«wow, she’s crabby, sure hope she’s not our waitress.»(Guess who ended up being our waitress) She took our orders. Put them in, then went and leaned on the hostess station and was texting. I could really care less about the texting but this chick just told me she’s not the hostess! Go do something. Well i guess she saw the next group heading in and booked it away as they headed towards the station. The hostess set that 2nd group in crabby waitresses section and crabby waitress came over and complained to us that they were seated in her section. She said something along the lines of… are they trying to kill me. They keep putting people in my section… um isn’t that the point? Later on our food came and it was hot and yummy. They have the BEST chicken tenders there. The honey mustard you dip them in is awesome! As we were leaving crabby was standing near the bar, arguing with who I assume was the manager.

Really strange afternoon. The waitress and the manager weren’t getting along. Waitress took our drink order and offered to take the order for the kids. We waited and waited. Kids food came out before we even ordered. Asked for ketchup for the kids’ food and that never came. Saw another table that was finishing up so I was able to grab their ketchup. When the food came out we were missing some of what we ordered. Food was good, but service left something to be desired.

My experiences at O’Charley’s have been so-so in the past. This visit was more of the same. We were seated quickly and our order taken right away. Rolls arrived but we didn’t get silverware or drinks for quite sometime. The salad that came prior to out meals was nothing more than a big bowl or lettuce with stale croutons on top. Nothing remarkable about it at all. The entrees were large in size but chicken fingers were burnt tasting. My husband’s pasta dish was cold. The food doesn’t look very appealing either. A big glob of mashed potatoes doesn’t look good. The waiter was ok, nice enough but a bit scattered even though the restaurant was not crowded. The other drawback is that most of the searing appears to be booths. Four big people don’t fit well in a booth. What’s wrong with tables? All in all, it was a pretty disappointing dining experience!

This place was just recently renovated and done with brand new tables and décor, its nice. I’ve been coming here for years with family, the Top Shelf appetizer is my favorite, as a meal actually. A new favorite is the honey drizzle chicken. Now service is hit or miss, the last time we went, our table didn’t get a refill of water until we were almost ready to leave and the girl had said she would be right back. Either way, its a place my family likes to come fairly regularly. The free pie Wednesday is a great day to sample their very delicious pie slices.

We got here exactly at noon. It was really starting to get busy. We were seated immediately. Five minutes later they took our drink and food orders. Five minutes later the drinks arrived. Took 20 minutes to get the food — but they were really busy by then. I had the bacon and cheese quesadilla with frys. Very good! Waiter Tim seemed a bit of a newbie but managed ok — The restaurant was very clean, to include the restrooms.

For those who haven’t been in awhile they just remodeled and it smells like paint which will of course fade. We go less and less because they are always out of something but when we do go however I love their fried pickles so I have to go sometimes. They have a new lemon pie which was just awesome. Part cake, part pie and topped with blueberries, yummy! The floor over by the kitchen and bar has been slippery every single time we went and my husband almost fell on his butt. Price wise they are quite reasonable.

Walked in to a most unpleasant smell. I have worked in restaurants in my youth and the smell was of old table wiping rags and disinfectant. We were seated immediately and then our server arrived about 2 minutes later. She greeted us with an unenthusiastic hello and pronounced her name as Inga. Inga took our drink order and promptly disappeared. After about 15 thirsty minutes later our drinks finally arrived and our orders taken. The reason I am giving this a 3 star review is because the catfish I ordered was actually very good. Cooked perfectly. Outside fried to a perfect golden crisp and the inside was moist and flakey. The French fries on the other hand were raw and mushy… you could literally see the fry oil dripping off of them. The hush puppies on the other hand were a treat. Not at all dense. These were light and moist on the inside and crispy fried on the outside. I also got a side of brocoli. Hard to screw up brocoli and these were fresh and hot. In summation the service was indifferant and the food for the most part was pretty good.

French dip was average at best. Service was terrible. I ate here about 3 years ago, had bad service and said I wouldn’t be back. Well, I thought 3 years might have been enough time for at least some improvement– it wasn’t. Example — baked potato ordered with butter and sour cream. Came with no sour cream. Tried for 10 minutes to get someone to get us sour cream. Eventually flagged down another server. Our server didn’t show back at our table for 20 minutes. We won’t be back

We eat at OCharleys about twice a month, but according to my husband, never again. First we asked for gravy for our potatoes and was charged extra. But the big insult came when we were told that we could not have use our coupon and get the free pie Wednesday. The manager was no where to be found. Love the food, service, etc, but they lost a very good patron for a slice of pie.

Food was good here, but it was very loud and busy. Hard to hear the person across from you at peak times. That said, we’d go again.

Ok, don’t be impressed with the«kids eat free» bit. By the time they factor in the overpriced drinks(soda and tea) for adults, plus the drinks for the kids(they don’t come with the meal as they do at other establishments), you are really not getting that great of a deal. The food was decent. I had a calypso salad which was tasty and my husband had something with lots of fried fish/shrimp. Nothing special there. The kids meals were your standard kid fare, and the service was alright.

No, no, and no… I love O charleys rolls, but nothing could get me to come back to this establishment. First time wonderful, waiters were great, food was lovely. After that it all went down hill. 2nd trip the rolls they were making them so fast they had not given them proper time to rise, they were flat, doughy, and gross. 3rd time, my lettuce in my salad was rotten, and there was a hair in my appetizer. I will not be back under any circumstances.

I’m almost embarrassed to admit this, but I have this place on speed dial. I know that’s pathetic, but that’s how often I get this for carry out on the way home at night. The food is your standard American chain restaurant type. Tons of salads, soups, big old steaks, chicken fingers, and of course burgers. There are few(and I mean VERY few) vegetarian options… but they are very conscious of keeping the meat off and away from your stuff if you just tell them. I am a huge fan of the fried chicken salad, fried chicken on the side so I can give it to my dogs. My sisters swear by their chicken fingers, and I have to admit, their beer battered onion rings are seriously delicious. However…all of these things pale in comparison to their rolls. I mean, it’s the name of their website… www.therolls.com…you have to know they are amazing… and oh man, are they. If you get their food to go, you can get extra rolls for no charge… which is awesome. Heat them for 5 seconds in the microwave the next day and it’s like they are fresh. I can’t describe these rolls… they are fluffy and sweet and just buttery enough… oh they are delicious. A very close second to the amazing rolls is their heavenly honey mustard. I am not kidding… this stuff is addictive. You can buy it in the grocery store too… which has become a real problem for me since I just keep putting it on nearly everything I eat… it can really beef up a Boca Burger… let me tell you…
