Jamba Juice

Store located at 2148 Texas Dr in Sugar Land, TX frequently practices not providing the survey receipt to customers. I complained to the store mgnr previously and he made it a point to provide when I visit but other employees do not. I went on ⁵⁄₂₀ and had to ask for my receipt and when the survey came out she put on on the register and proceeded to get the payment receipt that was printing out. I told her I wanted the survey receipt and asked her why did she give it to me and her reply was she is. The was ONLY because I asked. This has happened several times at this store. I always have to tell them to give me the survey receipt. I’m sure they don’t give it to avoid the free menu drink of equal or lesser value for free. I will take the survey and provide this feedback as well.

Had not visited jamba juice for sometime now because my last experience was not good and neither was my drink. Took my little sister since she wanted to go.
They have made renovations and looks nice.
They have sitting area for you to sit and enjoy your beverage.

Down fall… The customer service.
Walked in with 3 sets of eye’s and and no acknowledgement. Always good to greet every customer that walks in an establishment.
Waited in line behind one customer, after the cashier rang them up she walked away and never said I’d be right you. Another cashier walked by. Nothing. The only person that helped and went out his way to greet us was the young guy who was «busy» and noticed and said sir I will be right with you. He was kind enough to mention their reward program. All you do is enter your number and it tracks your hstory, no stupid app needed. New customers get (1) free add on. *priced high_​almost $ 14 for 2 smoothies.

Because of my boyfriend I’ve been coming to this place quite a lot. I have tried everything from the mango A Go Go to the acai berry charger. The Pattaya drink is also pretty good and the amazing greens is something that’s delicious and healthy that has kale. The reason I wouldn’t give it A5 star is because it’s a little bit expensive, but it’s cheaper the most smoothies and Juice shops.
The calorie count though makes me feel a little guilty haha xD

It’s a well maintained Jamba. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The drinks were made fast and with great quality. Would certainly go again.

Went there yesterday morning for a smoothie about 730am and started off my morning with a gentlemen that worked there with a I don’t really care attitude. Didn’t seem like he was happy to be at work at least. After taking my order I asked him if I could punch in my number for reward points if they still offer that, and this is how it went.
Him: yes we do.
Me: do I just punch in my number on that pad?
Him: yes
Me: done but it’s not showing it took my number or to confirm anything, does it show on your end? Because I changed my number.
Him: I don’t know, silence
Me: so nothing shows on your screen at the register?
Him: no
Just straight I don’t care to clarify attitude,
Why not just say. Once you punch in info, should be fine sir, unless if pops up with an error, because it won’t show on my side of the register, but let me see (go 2 steps to my side and see the screen, yup here you go sir. You’re good .
Where is the customer service these days. There was only a woman and a young man working that morning, I wish I caught his name, but won’t go there again for breakfast

Once one keeps going to a place with exceptional customer service, one doesn’t expect less than that, right? You just assume that whoever is working at this place knows their stuff. It was honestly probably too good to be true. I started coming here weekly the past two months. My sister and I order drinks over the phone early in the morning so once we get there; we have our drinks.
When we enter the location, they always greet us, ask us how our day is, ask if we want anything extra with our drinks. It’s just a nice environment and a wonderful way to start our day. I usually get the orange supreme or purely orange with a wheat grass shot on the side. Without hesitation usually, they give us the wheat grass shot over ice and a slice of orange.
Today, this morning at 7 AM which is when they open, we placed an order. He didn’t sound happy, he repeated my order but when I came; he misheard even though he repeated it? He looked like he was way more into his guitar. No apology. He also forgot our extra energy shot in our drinks when he remade it. It’s just like times like this I feel disappointed. Besides that, I love this place.

This place is all right. I mean, it’s supposed to be Jamba Juice. I honestly had higher expectations… but it’s not that bad.

I love a good smoothie and honestly I wouldn’t mind traveling to Jamba Juice for one even though there is a Smoothie King with a drive thru that is much closer to me… I’ve been here multiple times within the last two weeks and the customer service has been somewhat inconsistent. But service is always fast though.
Last time I went the female worker was on her phone while she left the new guy working at the register (btw there was a long line going). Then when another customer had an issue… I’m assuming this girl is a manager bc the problem was taken to her… she continued to talk on her phone with her friend and was bothered because the customer interrupted her phone call. Honestly I was surprised at what I saw bc that was very unprofessional.

Werk-​a-​twerka. Yums in my tums. When I’m craving something creamy, I either get the orange dream machine or the matcha green tea blast. My favorite out of the classic smoothies is either the strawberries wild or the mango-​a-​go-​go make it light. My favorite fruit and veggie smoothie is the apples and green, but I also like the orange carrot karma. The carrot orange fusion is also good– sort of like the orange carrot karma but with soymilk. My favorite juice is the garden medley. The chunky strawberry bowl is delicious; strawberries, bananas, and peanut butter equals heaven. The oatmeal is fantastic; I like to top mines with bananas, strawberries, and honey. Get the sourdough parmesean pretzal if you’re hungry. Pirates booty popcorn is also great too. :)

My teen daughter was craving smoothie on a cold night on 2.18.2015 (Wed.night) and we stopped by 7:55 P.M., which I didn’t know they close at 8 P.M. The two workers were nice and encouraged us to order. They didn’t make us feel unwelcomed or bothered that we walked in so late!
I always get the Apples N Green and she gets the Mango one.

Worst service ever! Were it not for the fresh delicious juices and the fact that i work right around the corner I would never go this location. Every time I place an order (over the phone is actually quicker) it takes over 20 mins for it to be ready. The employees hate there job and they show it! The only person that has been helpful is Faris. I use to order a juice every morning and every day for lunch when I started working right around the corner but with the horrible service that I get I never order in the morning (don’t have time for their crap so early) and on rare days I don’t make my own juice at home I still think twice before ordering from jamba juice and now only go about once a week. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES!

They have acai bowls now or they’ve probably have had it and I just haven’t been to a jamba juice in so long. I can’t say they’re like hawaii’s acai bowls but it’s the closest you can get to hawaii. We ordered a 14oz that was shared between 2 people with the coconut shaving. It’s like a dessert which we enjoyed. The only issue I had with the bowl was that the strawberries were frozen.
I also love the green tea smoothie. They don’t add additional syrups or sugars in it.

I visited this location early on Thursday morning to grab a quick breakfast. Upon walking in I noticed a pungent almost moldy smell; however, I proceeded with my order. I ordered brown sugar & banana oatmeal. There were 2 employees working and the service was terrible! It took an absurd amount of time for my very simple order. I was the only person there. They scooped my oatmeal, let it sit out while they prepared a drink for God knows who since no body else was in the building and then proceeded to cut the bananas to top my oatmeal. The oatmeal was not impressing either like it usually is at other Jamba locations. 1 star for the bananas.

Service was very quick & the young lady was very friendly and made some good suggestions. Parking sucks, which can making getting in and out aggravating if you are not already in this area on foot. They are a little bit pricey but worth the occasional splurge !

After eating out all the time, I have been gaining weight. So I decided to try a new smoothie diet. From what I read in health magazines, eating veggies and juices can help lose weight.
I found this place in Unilocal.Great location because it’s near by my work. The problem is parking. There is very little parking in front of the store, so I had to drive around the building and parked by the hotel.
Finally got my smoothie. Since its like 100 degrees out, i ordered something refreshing. I ordered there Mango smoothie.

I have recently been on a juicing kick, given all the health benefits it offers. When a Groupon appeared to try Jamba Juices’ new line of fresh squeezed juices, I just had to taste it myself. I ordered the citrus kick, which wasn’t too bad. But, it wasn’t memorable. The juice was made on the spot, but I think the juicer pulverized the fruit so much that the flavor of the fruit and the ginger was minimized. The orange berry antioxidant, triple revitalizer, and tropical kick start juices ordered by my family were either too sour or had too little of the flavor that we were expecting. Sorry to say I won’t be back.

I frequent this location often to satisfy my jamba juice craving and plus it’s the only one around the sugar land area. My usual order the the orange dream machine. My sister enjoys the white gummy bear. The reason it has a three star rating because lately it has been hit or miss. I guess they get new people as the teens rotate in and out but it’s been upsetting when I go to other locations and it has been consistent. I don’t know if Its my high expectations I have. because of its location in Sugar Land.
There have been times where my drink would be watery or watered down. I hate to return the drink to have them make it again… I just don’t want to be mean so I just deal. Maybe it’s a fluke this one time but it’s been every other time. My bf would tell them when I didn’t like it since it was watered down and when it was remade, it was still watery. Can’t return it the second time right? Idk, I just feel bad. In addition, Sometimes I don’t take my sip until I get into my car and driven off. So be sure to try it before leaving. I’ll try to man up and voice my dislike of my drink if it’s not made correctly.
2 reserved parking spots are available for Jamba Juice patrons and sometimes I would illegally park but beware of security. I’ve seen them write citations but I’ve been lucky so far.

My first time trying Jamba was at this location.
I like that they offer a menu completely different from Smoothie King. It’s so fruity here. It’s less in pricing too I believe.
Parking is always a problem. They should expand the territory more.
The secret menu is neat!
The seating is nice here, very lit atmosphere, perfect for day or night.
Decent price, they give special offers now and then, and it’s just a refreshing drink that I can’t make at home (it’s lighter than a smoothie).

They have wheatgrass juice!
I’ve been wanting to try wheatgrass juice for a while now, but there aren’t a lot of places that have it. So when I learned that Jamba Juice does offer it, I was thrilled! The staff was very knowledgeable and efficient, answering all my questions.
I had to laugh when they served it to me in a little plastic shot glass with a slice of orange. It looked like the only thing missing was salt for my hand! :-D

I have been a loyal customer for many years and I have got to say this is one of my favorite places to get (non-​alcoholic) drinks.
They have numerous choices of smoothies, including a «secret menu» they keep in the back of old drinks that were taken off the menu, but still are happy to make at your request (like White Gummy, Pink Star, Sourpatch Kids, etc.). They keep the place extremely clean and air conditioned very well, which makes it the perfect place to stop by, grab a cold drink, and chill on a hot day.
I always get the same drink, «Orange Berry Blitz», which is on the secret menu and introduced to me by a friend who worked there. It became my favorite after the first time I tried it. The only downside to getting the same drink every time is that you can tell the difference if they mix the proportions wrong, even by a slight fraction haha.
Occasionally I would try different drinks my friends order, and so far I haven’t complained about a single one.
