Five Guys Burgers and Fries

I love Five Guys until I went to the recently open Five Guys in Mc Donough Ga; they didn’t get the orders right and my burger had to be remade. Even then I ended more disappointed because it taste nothing like the burgers I’ve had at every other FG’s I’ve eaten at. I threw the burger away, that’s how bad it was. The was service poor and I’ll never return to that one again. Enough said!

Burgers are so so, fries were super greasy and overcooked. Nothing special really!

I don’t know how we’ve lived this long without Five Guys. Seriously. My husband and I had never been until some burger buddies of ours brought us in October, and life as we know it has changed. I dream of their juicy patties at night. I turn my nose up at every batch of fries that isn’t ridiculously oversized and dusted with Cajun seasoning. I find myself arguing the merits of 2 stops in one week with the skinny person deep inside me. She should shut up.
They AUTOMATICALLY give you 2 patties. If you want less, ask for the
«Little». What’s not to love? All burgers are served juicy and well done, which they do surprisingly well. Yes, a reasonably normal sized human like me can consume their Bacon Cheesburger with 2 patties and still have room for fries. Where there’s a will, there’s a way! Add whatever you want, these babies are cooked to order just for you. The price is totally reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and the cook-​to-​order nature of their model. This is not drive-​thru fast food!
The staff is always super friendly and hard working. One night during a sudden rush, we noted the cook asking folks in line how many burgers they’d be ordering so he could get a head start and not keep everyone waiting. The guys on the fries always add an extra generous scoop in the bag. I don’t see this as «messy,» but rather generously genius. And the cashier never shames us for ordering obscene amounts of food. This place is super clean, and everything is fresh as can be. Five Guys is the center of my burger universe.

I don’t know why they have a really good reviews and stars. The burgers are just so so.
You have to go to the Ted Montana Grill if you want to eat your burgers!

Soo good! I love the atmosphere of this 5 guys. Great food! You get a lot more fries than you think. The burgers are wonderful and can be personalized jus like at any other five guys location. I have never had an issue with anything being wrong or terrible. I have had the blt, single bacon burger, and a hot dog. All great options. The staff is always friendly when I go in. Take it to go or sit down and eat. Either way it’s a great option for dinner tonight :)

Love the Cajun fries, and if you have never been only order one side of fries for 3 – 4 people. Never order the double, it’s way too much food and will just fall apart on you. It takes some time to get your food but there are plenty of peanuts waiting for you while you wait. It’s a good meal all around but very pricey for a family of 5.

It is no in and out burger, but a good substitute. The freshly cooked burgers a with a simple menu and a nice dinning area make this place a good spot to come for lunch or dinner. Am a big fan of this location in particular because the staff is super friendly and it is all pretty well run. My complaint is the cost. 12 for a drink, fries and burger seems a little high for a place like this. Otherwise it is a good spot to bring the family for the backyard burger experience and free peanuts while you wait.

Another 5 guys that won’t do the patty melt. 4 employees and we are the only people in the restaurant. Sad they will not cater to the customers for a request that most others will do.

Five Stars without a doubt! Have never had anything bad here. Service is prompt, food is served as ordered, and and always HOT. Always fresh produce used. Good atmosphere for casual dining. The Jr. Burger is the size of your average burger elsewhere.

How does this place not get 5 stars overall? I agree with popular thought that this IS the number one burger chain in the USA! Great place to get a burger and some fries. Leave with a happy stomach. McDonald’s is pretty GROSS compared to Five Guys!

Freaking love five guys burgers over any fancy burger joint. The burger are fresh, delicious, affordable and quick. And their Cajun fries are just perfect. Forever a five guys lover.

I love their burgers here. If this is your first time you should try the fries with their cajun seasonings. They are friggen awesome! Also, you probably shouldn’t order a large fry unless you just really love fries because their fries come in really huge portions.
If you like peanuts you can shell them while you wait for your food. Yummo!

Great location, though it can be a bit crowded when there’s an event going on in Suwanee Town Center.
Courteous staff, fast service, and good food. Would definitely go back.
Not to mention the generous serving of fries. The little fries are enough since they fill up your bag with them.

Best cheeseburger hands down, I love my burger with grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. This is the second time I visit 5 guys, this location made my burger soo good it feels like it melts in my mouth. After being a vegeteran for 20+ yrs I can definitely say I had been missing out on some good meat. The employees on this location are friendly. And I love that they have the freestyle fountain machine with all the flavours to choose from.

I came for a burger and fries and left with the same burger and fries. Huge portions of both. Couldn’t finish it all. It was actually quite funny to watch smallish people trying to shove the 4″ tall burger in their mouths. Nearly impossible.
Slightly better than homemade and definitely more expensive at $ 12 for burger, drink and fries just for myself.
Service? Friendly enough college types. Quick.
Presentation? Food served in brown bag whether you’re staying or taking out. Fries dumped in the bag, spilling out of an overturned cup. Could have been a bit more careful there.
Cleanliness? Yup. Simple décor. Roomy. Clean tables and lots of space.
Customers? Everybody. Families, hipsters, highschool kids, old grannies.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and I have never had a bad experience. Always friendly staff and the place is always clean. Prices are average.

Nice location for a 5 guys.
The burger was loaded an absolutely splendid, as always, had it «all-​the-​way». The cajun fries were remarkably good.
You cannot go wrong with 5 guys.

This location has been good to me. They haven’t messed my order up, keep the place clean, and the employees are generally friendly .
Their food is … Well this is a chain so you mostly know what to expect.
If you have never been to a five guys then they do, as their name suggests, burgers and fries. They also do hot dogs. I personally don’t get fries 1) don’t like they way they do them 2) the fires come in a huge serving.
Fort those of you who have had an In-​n-​out double-​double and are looking for a great fast food burger experience this place is close.

First let me say this review has nothing to do with the staff or this location. It just happened that after reading reviews in several magazines this was my first time at a Five Guys.
I’m not sure who they have working in PR, but they are good because its hard not to hear about FGB. However, while the food was good, for the price I’d rather go to Wendy’s or Arby’s. These guys didn’t blow me away, so I’m sorry you get 3 stars for being over-​hyped.
My sincere apologies to the FGB team in Suwanee, nothing against you.
