I can not stop thanking these people enough for their prompt response and service. Earlier this Spring, our cooling system finally gave up the ghost, which is understandable since the outdoor unit was from the 90’s and the indoor unit was from the 70’s. This was right before the temperature was supposed to spike and we desperately called around to see who could come out immediately to help us. Now, most other companies wouldn’t even book us any time within the next 24 – 48 hours. As we have a toddler, there was no way we could go without A/C in the upcoming heat. Worse, these companies couldn’t even tell me what was wrong and guarantee they’d be able to fix it, but they’d still charge me for an after hours emergency visit. Their workers were there promptly at 9 a.m. the next morning and finished installing by 2 p.m. that afternoon. Now that’s what I call prompt service! So, how are we doing? I can gladly say we’ve been nice and cool all summer long and our electric bill has dropped drastically.
