If you want a place that: Smells like a nursing home. Looks like it was decorated in 1968. Has servers who can’t remember to bring you water. Gives you the lowest quality that will pass for food. You can see people leave because they didn’t get their food in under an hour. This Perkins is for you.

This was my first time eating at a Perkins restaurant! The staff here is so, so friendly, especially Erica! She was very sweet and attentive and we were happy to have her as our server. The food came out quickly and tasted great. The portion size was good too, considering the price. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice quiet atmosphere that makes being here very enjoyable.

We ordered the wrong meal & by the numbers of 6 p.m. customers, we weren’t the only ones sharing this opinion as maybe 20% of the seats were occupied. The pasta in the Monterrey Shrimp was horribly over cooked and floating in butter. Dessert with the brownie was stale. We’ll be back but will stick with the breakfast or burger entrees and their pies. An exception will continue to be their Thanksgiving dinner. We get it to go & have found it to be kickass.

This is the best Perkins in the area. The food is hot when it comes to the table and after 9pm, they reduce the price of their pies by $ 2.00. Love it and the waitresses are fantastic and lively.

The food was good but the service took To long and they weren’t that busy, it was also very cold in there and we asked to turn the air down and she ignored me, and when we checked out the women was rude about not taking 10% off because I forgot my survey, she should have just done it or got management to do it !! Not happy with this restaurant

Wanted to give 5 stars, but not with ruined pants. The pie is the best around and the night waitress and manager are outstanding!!! Although my mom did ruin her nice white slacks on the dirty booth :(

It’s a lot like a Denny’s or ihop. Good food for cheap. Good service. Nothing out of the ordinary, you get exactly what you expect.

I don’t like to review«Chain» restaurants because they are in the business to please everyone’s taste’s and Perkins does it well. Nothing spectacular but nothing bad it’s just okay. I do think the prices are a little on the high side considering the food quality. And I think they have the commissary type of cooking like Bob Evans, where trays get delivered by truck for reheating/baking there.

Always good for breakfast and this morning was no exception. The eggs and sausage were cooked to perfection. I like the way they bring a full pot of coffee to your table so you are not always waiting for the server to come by to pour another cup. My wife’s order came with a giant cranberry muffin which was the hit of the breakfast. This Perkins location is one of the best.

They do a nice job for what they are. A family style place not intended for fine dinning.

Perkins food is Perkins food, you get what you expect. This location in The Villages is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I went here when it wasn’t too busy(rare in The Villages), we were seated rather quickly. The host actually took our drink order and told us that our server would be right with us. 30 minutes later no server ever greated us, we never placed an order just sat there waiting. Everyone else had there meals. We decided to get up and leave and told the host thank you and goodnight. All I can say is if a restaurant in the Villages isnt busy, there is probably a good reason why! Maybe it was a bad night but I won’t go back there again…

This was my first time going to a Perkins Restaurant & Bakery and I absolutely loved it. I went with my dad and grandfather and had a great experience. The atmosphere was very nice and the tables weren’t too close to each other or anything. All of us had a different thing; I had breakfast that came with an AWESOME blueberry muffin, my dad had a salad with chicken on it that he enjoyed, and my grandpa had a chicken pot pie that was a good size with good sized pieces of chicken in it. The service was just as good as the restaurant, also. We were there later on in the night and there was only one waitress on the floor, but you would never know! She was very punctual and even though she had about 4 other tables, never forgot to give us refills or our drinks.
