My husband and I have been going to Debbie for over 10 years and she never disappoints. She is a talented colorist and today I got my 1st Brazilian Blowout. I am over the moon with the results. If you are looking for a colorist and/or a Brazilian Blowout, go see Debbie and get ready to get flooded with compliments. And you will LOVE her.

Ken is awesome! Highly recommend him! He’s very professional and no one can do his blowouts… lasted 3 days and my hair was very soft… did not overkill with products! My layers look beautiful!

This is a wonderful salon. Victor keeps the décor looking good and the mood light. I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored by Victor for 20 years. I found his salon by asking a woman I knew where she got her hair cut because it looked so good. I went from only using temporary color to eventually needing permanent color and then years later started added highlights for fun. Victor never pushed me to try something I wasn’t read to do to my hair. I’ve always worn it longish and he has always cut it evenly. I never have to worry that he’ll cut it crooked and have to shorten it to make it even. I’ve always been satisfied. He uses the best products to make sure your hair is treated as gently as possible. And he’s a very pleasant person. As some other reviewer mentioned, each stylist also washes your hair themselves. I like that. There’s no snobbery here. When Victor was out of town a handful of times over the years, I went to Astrid, Debbie and Josie to get my hair colored. They were all terrific – did a great job and all have lovely personalities. I would go back to any of them without hesitation. Until I remember the last salon I used many years ago, I forget how lucky I am to have found such a great place!

Low key salon with great stylists. My hair can be difficult, but not for Ken who makes my unruly hair look like silk when he’s done. Not pushy and you can get the cut you want without a struggle.

thanks Victor for such a great Salon! I recommend my Stylist –Debbie Dietlin — to anyone! I found her by the best business card ever — one of her client’s hair! Across the room at a coffee shop in Redondo Beach — I asked her ‘who does your hair?!” I’ve been going to Debbie ever since. And guess what? I get asked all the time, «who does your hair?!» Can’t get any better than that, right? Debbie’s excellent with anything I want to do, best highlights ever! I get compliments all the time, especially from other stylists. I love Debbie — try her and like me, you’ll never go anywhere else. — Linda C. -

Place is full of professionals, I mean each and everyone knows what they are doing. I have always seen happy ppl living the place, I can say cuz I have ton of hair and it takes me almost two hours for just a cut and blow dryer. I started going there after my stylist Ken moved here from del amo mall. He is so good that I followed him, couldn’t trust anyone else with my hair, Ken does miracles when it comes to color, I have very dark almost black hair and I remember he did red highlights on me few years ago with out cut down, that’s impressive. Everyone loves how my hair look and if some one asks I just take them to Ken and they all are hooked too. Ken actually spoils you. When he moved in first place I was a little skeptical about going to this new place but I must say everyone in the salon is so friendly it’s amazing. Few months ago I took my sister in law and she had a two months old so I thought I will stay while u get your hair cut and the baby started crying and wouldn’t stop we both were so embarrassed cuz there were so many ppl but every one just kept saying don’t worry it happens we all have been through this. This is a kind os attitude that takes you back. Bottom line once you go there they just spoil you for anyone else.

I’ve been going here for maybe a year I followed my hairstylist here PATTY is amazing. She has been doing my hair probably for 8 years and she does my friends and family too since I speak so highly of her. She is young and trendy and knows what will work for your frame and face. She is super sweet and honest and has mad skills when it comes to cutting and coloring. She dosen’t over cut and leave you feeling bald and waiting for your hair to grow back. She talks to you and makes sure she gets what you want your hair to look like. I’ve had other people cut my hair the way they thought my hair should be. No that didn’t make me happy. I always get compliments after I see Patty she make me look great!!! Thanks Patty… So if you need a new hairstylist come check her out!!!

Victor is a sharp guy with georgous, trained and knowledgeable stylists, including another terrific guy. This little boutique salon is a great location — easy in/out. My stylist DEBBIEDIETLIN310.539−4006 is the HOTBLONDE in the corner station. She is a specialist in precision, clipper, point tip and razor cuts(M/F). As a colorist, she excels in continuing education regarding products and trends. As a stylist, DEBBIE is always on the edge of trends and their interpretations for your personal adaptations. Debbie, is fast, fierce and fabulously fair in pricing. Don’t miss a great opportunity for Beverly Hills Celebrity styling at most affordable cost. 310.539−4006

I absolutely love this salon! It’s very cute and all of the stylists are extremely friendly. I have been going to Josie for about 15 years. Even when I moved to different states and Northern CA I would make an appointment with her every time I visited. Josie does a great job on everything — color, highlights, cut, up-do, etc. I have received so many compliments on my hair!

Okay, the one you want to look for here is ***ASTRID***. When you walk in, she’s the hot Cuban tamale, 2nd on the right(her usual station). Actually, everyone in the salon is very, very nice and professional, but I can only vouch for Astrid’s infallible, modern hair cutting skills and her very well trained and talented techniques with the use of hair coloring/highlighting.(She also did a straightening treatment on me recently(sans formaldehyde). Can I just say PHENOMENAL!(More about that later.) I have been going to Astrid for years(can I just say it almost spans two decades). When I hear that from others, I usually think«Eh, their hairstylist must be old and her hair cutting is outdated». Okay, well, just take a stroll into the shop and you’ll see that this woman takes care of herself better than Demi Moore, and she really, really wants everyone that sits on her chair to look their absolute best before leaving that salon. I’m always very curious as to how she can still give me a haircut that makes me look like my 19-year-old’s sister rather than her mother. Okay, she can’t do this for everyone,(she’s a beautician, not a magician), but what I’m trying to get to is that hairdressers need to stay up-to-date with cutting techniques, hairstyles, coloring techniques, new products on the market, etc. Following and training in the current trends and styles is an obvious part of her curriculum. I’m glad that over the years, she has not ventured into that«pass you off to my assistant» junk. Seriously??? If you have an appointment with a hairdresser, why would you ever pass me to someone else to wash, blow out my hair or possibly style it??? Sorry, not for me. As far as that NOFORMALDEHYDE straightening job(darn, I wish I didn’t forget the name of it), but it has now been four months and I’m planning on getting it done yet again. My hair(AFTERTHETREATMENT) feels healthier and looks shinier than it did before the treatment. It has really been a time saver for me, a saver on my extremities, and it was so worth every dollar spent. I have referred DOZENS of clients to Astrid through the years, and I have NEVER had anyone leave her albeit for financial reasons.(Even then, they’ll finagle a way to get their good cut and color in — as they should!). As far as pricing, I really can’t give you figures. Mine have always varied, depending on what I have done that day. I would say that to me, she is reasonable… certainly not cheap(this is not a haircut franchise), but is she worth it? I think 20 years of being a faithful client says it all. P. S. I wanted to get permission to put her appointment # up, so here it is(310) 325‑5539.

Each member of our family has gotten their hair cut/colored/permed/you name it by Sueko at V. Anthony– she is a *master* at this! After many many MANY years(too long, I would venture to say) of keeping my hair un-colored, un-permed, and imho, kinda«BLAH», I *finally* ventured into the world of highlights this week. It was a last minute decision and Sueko-san did an amay-zing job. I had a little anxiety about my decision to do this, but she immediately understood what I was trying to go for: highlights, but not HIGH-lights– something you’d notice outdoorsin the sun, but not during dinner in a dark restaurant. Sueko-san’s phone # is 3103267009. Another phone # is 3109775839. I love what she did with my hair, and she even gave it a few layers to lighten it up a little to make it easier to style. The color? It’s a dark burgundy color, barely noticeable indoors, which is exactly what I was thinking. I think I’ll be flying to LA regularly(every few months at least) to continue going to her– I’ve never been happy at any *one* salon in San Francisco, and since I’ll be home anyway, I might as well! Oh, and the price? The coloring and cut(the cut wasn’t really a ‘cut’, she just lightened the volume with a razor) was… get this… $ 70 plus tip, so I only paid $ 85! For comparison(for those who may not know what this typically runs for…) My friend j.a.l. had her hair coloured last month in rowland heights… it looks fabulous but she paid $ 140…
