Warren Clarks Custom Carpets

Not very nice people and come across as jerks on the phone. I asked for a quote and they said that they were not interested. They basically don’t need any work then so don’t use them.

I used them in 2007 for installation of new carpet. They did a great job then so when I wanted to install new hardwood flooring I called them back. They were very professional and clean again. Great service and great family business. They did my 1912 craftsman house stairs without covering the beautiful wood. They are the only ones in town that does that kind of work and I tell you it really enhanced the beauty of those stairs. Their craftsmanship is the best. I would highly recommend them!

We had a very satisfactory experience with Custom Carpets when we remodelled seven years ago. We have had NO problems whatsoever with the mid-​price carpet, the vinly, or the installation, so we went to them again this time for carpent and flooring for a two-​room addition. Because our experience then was so good, we did not shop around at all this time. We were shopping for good value for our money, and that’s what we got. Bryan, the sales rep was consistenty professional, knowledgible, and courteous, and demonstrated the willingness to get it all right.
When Ron, the vinyl installer came yesterday, he found that the baseboards cut by the contractor did not exactly fit. When the contractor’s carpenter was shown the problem he basicallly pitched a fit, blaming the flooring people for the problem and telling us just to force the boards into position. This morning, the vinyl installer was back at the door at 8:00 AM with a saw, and cheerfully fixed the problem in a few minutes – way less time than the other carpenter spent yelling.
This company is a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with.

Warren Clark’s Custom Carpets is the best. Over the last 10 years, they have done projects big and small on two homes for me, my commercial building, my sister in law’s home, my parent’s home and a friend’s home with the same result each time– excellence. Having seen lots of remodeling, I am convinced that they are as skilled as anyone anywhere (and considerably better than other local competitors) and the work they’ve done has held up beautifully. They are all about quality and professionalism– the materials, workmanship and installers are top notch.
