I think they’re doing the best they can with the crazy number of patients they have. Customer service is good, they are very helpful. The lines do suck, but if I planned ahead better I could have my meds mailed for free!

I can’t say it enough I HATE this pharmacy! First of all every time I need to get a refill on my sons medication I have to personally walk in tell them I’m there to fill it and then I have to wait an hour or two just for to be filled and I have to do this every 30 days not only is that ridiculous but some of the people who work at checking you out don’t know what they’re doing so I had to run around for almost 2 months trying to figure out what they were going to do in regards to my son’s medication they say they will call you back and they never do they are just so messy there but unfortunately I’m capped with Kaiser and I cannot take my prescription elsewhere.

Much of the time there are long lines. When refilling prescriptions they aren’t ready when I go to pick up. Today a prescription that was supposed to be ready on the 21stPM had already been sent back on the 25th so I had to wait to get it filled. I was told their 7 days hold on the shelf of prescriptions was 7 days after you call it in. How can they hold something they don’t have? Don’t know what’s up with the poor refill service. It wasn’t always this way. Hope they fix it!

Standing in line to check in, then waiting for your name to appear to only have to wait in line again to receive the medication. Possibly another wait in line for a consultation. Expect a 45 minute pharmacy trip. You may need a Xanax after.

This Kaiser is great, however the lines are not the best. Come here every now and again to fill prescriptions. Each time it’s a wait even on the weekends. Which weekends of course you will be waiting. Weekdays you think they would be quicker. They need to look over their processes for the pharmacy.

What is up with this pharmacy? No wonder why it’s an 24 hour pharmacy, it has to be in order for them to fill one prescription! I had to have my medication slip hand delivered by one of my doctor’s staffs, which happened around 3:00pm. I get to the pharmacy at 5, giving them a few hours to refill my prescription. I get there and THEN they took a look at the slip and said the quantity wasn’t listed so they would have to contact to the doctor and it’ll take about 30 mins. They should’ve looked at the slip when it was delivered to them, 2 hours ago! Sigh… What can i do but wait? 30 mins later, go back to the window and guess what? Still not resolved but i guess one of the FIVE pharmacists saw that i was going to explode and decided to then fill in my order. Another 30 mins later, i finally got my medication. Wasted an hour there. There were people who were there before me and they were still waiting when i got my medication. There were five pharmacists working and about eight techs, idk what they were all doing but there were a lot of angry faces staring at them. Sticking to the FF pharmacy for now on.

This has to be the most rediculous pharmacy I have ever dealt with. We ordered some medication refills online 3 days ago. We get here and are told its going to be 1 ½ hour wait. What’s the point of ordering refills online? Can’t imagine how long it would take if we tries to do it by mail. Kaiser really needs to ret j ink their refill policy for people who take meds for the rest of their lives. SMFH

IDK why but this place is always busy, maybe its because its open 24hrs. Twice they have messed up my Rx and twice they have said my meds are ready, but then cant find them. I think they need a better system on how they inventory everyone medication.
