My fiancé loves this place! He eats here daily. The customer service is fantastic!!! They take pride in their sandwiches and they make every experience a great one. Get the tuna melt or the Italiano! Ps chocolate chip cookies… Not mad at it. :) great quality and great prices.

This is the bet subway in town. Always have super soft delicious bread. Is always nice and cool in the store instead of burning up like some of the other ones in town. I’ve always had a really great experience here. My favorite subway. I will only come here to this location when I’m in Vacaville. All of the workers are nice and friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! Always feeling welcome when I come in, this is the only Subway my boyfriend and I go to.
The employee’s are always nice and friendly! Love talking with them :)
The store is always clean, and the food is always fresh and they make it how I always like it!

i came in and ordered my sandwhich, in which i can be very very picky with the way i order it. and I want to say a huge thank you to Ricky for being very patient and friendly, while I was being so picky. Hes a great addition to this subway, and as long as hes working there, this is the subways ill choose to eat at.

This location is just ok.
They are always busy and don’t have the staff to be capable to handle the large rushes of people that come for lunch.
I have witnessed the crew yelling back and fourth (probably from the stress)
Needless to say; The Veggie Delight Sandwhich is where it’s at!

I love Subway and tried this location about a year ago… and never returned. I saw that it is under new management and thought I would give it another try. I am so glad I did. What a difference. It was very clean and well organized. The service was great and very fast. I love their salads and everything was fresh and well prepared. The staff is very friendly and willing to do everything they can to make your visit enjoyable. This will be my «regular» Subway from now on.

I stopped by for lunch AGAIN. This particular Subway, which is located in the outdoor shopping area behind Chevy’s and BJ’s, is under new management. Lunch was great, and the customer service during several recent visits has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING! It’s a little hidden behind the other restaurants, but well worth the search. They’re a bit more upscale compared to the surrounding Subways, but for the same price. This will certainly be one of my regular lunch spots.

Everything here is so fresh! The bread is tasty and by far the best I’ve ever had at a subway. The meats all look great. The vegetables look so fresh and tasty, and the cookies looked just as yummy. The staff was wonderful they really care about all there customers and pleasing everyone as best they can. The entire store is extremely clean. I will definately be coming to this subway again and again!

I love Subway; however, this is the worst Subway I have ever seen. The bread was not fresh, it tasted as if it was sitting for a few days. The lack of customer service was amazing. The two young men behind the counter were too busy having a conversation between the two of them instead of helping the growing number of people waiting in line. I guess asking for vegetables was too much to ask. One young man grabbed a handful of veggies and put them on my sandwich in a clump, not bothering to spread them out. When asked to do so, he got pretty ignorant and gave attitude back. Pretty sad for a «newly opened» store.

Based on cleanliness i will give it a 2 star rating. The food was good. I don’t like how every subway has different promotions on the 5 dollar footlongs. The inside was clean but the bathroom was dirty and the toilet did not flush… I’m not talking plugged I’m talking the handle was just not working. The bathroom sink faucet is a little weird for a restaurant. To stop the water flow you have to position the handle just right otherwise it keep going, its got to be a waste of water especially if someone forgets to close it all the way.
We ordered the tuscan chicken and it was ok. The picture made it look like it had more flavor. The raspberry ice-​t is amazing. It is less sugary tasting than a taco bell one. The employee was very nice and answered all of pour questions.
