Taco Bell

Four stars simply because of the awesome staff at this Taco Bell!!! It was 11:00pm on a Saturday, when my friend and I went to this location (which is known for being prime drunk fast food time), so I kind of expected to be served/​treated as part of that «crowd» (which was not the case). I was SO happy when Cindy at the drive thru greeted us with a smile that wasn’t at all jaded by past experiences with late night drunk patrons. She was so friendly and genuine, it really made the 2 minutes spent at the drive through that much better — thank you, Cindy!

I used to love this Taco Bell but now I’ll never give it my business again (not that it matters to them) and I recommend you all don’t either. A good restaurant is not dictated by just good food, but good employee and environment as well.
Anywho, I attentively watched the managers threaten to fire their cashier over something stupid for about the 20 minutes I was there (they weren’t being quiet about it). The cashier didn’t know that what he did wrong was actually wrong in the first place. Instead of «we can fire you for that» being repeated constantly, a decent effing human being would tell him that it’s fine this time but don’t do it again because of reason a, b, c. I had to maintain my composure due to the type of uniform I was wearing; however, I would have given those shitty managers a lesson on how to treat your employees and not use scare tactics and make them hate themselves for working there. I was so furious and I’m still kind of mad about it now. However, two stars for always having consistent food (not like it matters for me anymore lmao). So leisure town it is. ALWAYS a great experience with customer service over there.

This Taco Bell location is straight garbage. Every time I order food the tacos have no meat or cheese and they are full of lettuce. Who the hell wants a lettuce taco? The Bell is expensive for what you’re getting. Get it together.

Out of the five Taco Bell restaurants in Vacaville, this is my favorite for three reasons:
1. Consistent Portioning: The amount of ingredients used on items I order are consistent in volume and not skimped on.
2. Competent Staff: Both in the Dining Room and Drive-​Thru, the employees understand English and know how to work the register.
3. Cleanliness: The outside and inside of the restaurant is kept clean, even during busy times.
«Why aren’t they a five-​star Taco Bell?»
The parking and drive-​thru setup are horrendous. If you have more than one car behind the person at the ordering menu/​speaker, the path through the store’s lot gets blocked. It gets bad enough during the lunch and dinner rushes, that one of the main through-​ways of the entire shopping center’s parking lot gets blocked off as well.

Everyone is so nice! I’ve had one horrible experience here, however we are all human and we all make mistakes. Especially since I’ve been coming to this one for 7 years and I’ve only ever had one bad experience. Thank you Taco Bell for being the best!

AVOID at all costs. Worst taco bell EVER, cooks with attitude when they put meat in vegetarian items. Then talks shit about customers for pointing out there mistakes. Takes 25 minutes for food in an empty restaurant. Assistant Manager sends someone else over instead of coming over themselves. Taco Bell should either shut this place down or fire everyone and start over.

The drive thru is so slow, I could’ve went to Mexico and got tacos faster… Besides that it’s good for a taco bell.

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful! My order was taken promptly and came out perfectly. Then… My car died! A few workers came out to help me push it over to a parking spot. One of the workers, I think her name was Flo, gave me a jump. They were all very nice!

I absolutely love love love this particular Taco Bell. The food is always hot and the servings are more fuller than other taco bells I’ve been too. The one thing that stands out to me about this TB is the crew. They are always so polite and respectful to their guests. Even when the smart mouth younger kids come in being rude… the staff is always professional with them. When I have a craving to TB this is the one I’ll always return to.

Ate twice there this week and paid the price. Montezuma ’ s revenge both times. I wasn’t sure after the first time that it was Taco Bell, now I know. My wife is sick as well. NEVER GOING BACK.

Staff are very friendly and nice and fast. Food is good and they’re not cheap or greedy and pit enough meat. Place is very clean and many seats are available for dine in

So it’s 1 in the morning. Obviously my girl (and I) have a hankering for some late night Bell. Upon arrival, exterior was pretty clean except for some tid bits of garbage around the parking lot. The speaker/​cashier on the voice box was quite friendly and patience with our order. Fast and easy process. Unfortunately my Quesarito big box wasn’t up to par. Both my hard shell tacos were breaking apart more than usual. Come on Taco Bell. In the end, I sat on the couch happy

If you want a Taco Bell that has food that is good or looks like the commercials. Don’t go here. When I went in I was totally ignored for a few minutes (as the only customer there) until finally the girl who was supposed to be off working came to take my order since everyone else totally ignored me. The two guys in the kitchen were goofing off. And my crunch wrap supreme was lopsided and falling apart and barely was put in the griddle. Just total crap. Don’t go here. Props to the nice girl that took my order even though she was supposed to be long gone, apparently she is the only one who has a work ethic.

Went through the drive through and I’m really irritated with the guy that took my order… Noor N. He made me repeat myself 4 times and then told me to wait because I guess he wasn’t ready or something. I’m normally patient… but the way he told me to wait (he didn’t ASK if I could wait) seemed rude like he had no time for me even though there were no other people in the line. I’ve been in customer service… and I still am working in customer service. You’re supposed to ask customers to hold or ask them if it’s okay to transfer them to someone else. Never just «wait…hold on a minute» and then silence for 3 minutes. Who does that? It was just an annoying experience.

One of the best taco bells I’ve ever been in.

Yes, I am actually writing a review for Taco Bell of all places! I can’t help it — the food at this location is just soooo good! Whenever I have it the food just tastes so amazing to me, and even though the food should taste the same at all locations, I don’t know why but it just tastes so much better over here :9 The people who work the drive-​thru window are pretty friendly too. My first five-​star review in awhile and it goes to Taco Bell on E. Monte Vista haha! :)

Interior is updated, fresh and clean. Food is same as ever. Flowers on the tables add a more upscale touch.

As far as Taco Bells go, this one was pretty good. I won’t say anything about the menu because they are all the same, but the décor inside was nice and the guy behind the counter helpful. He even came around with little samples of their new slurpee flavors.
The only con was that the music was on too loudly, but that seems to be increasingly common now.
