Holy yum! I eat almost anything but this place is GREATFORTHOSEWITHFOODALLERGIES, GLUTENFREEFOLKS and WHENYOU’RESUPERTIGHTONTIME(more details on that below). I just finished my first large Mighty Bowl($ 8), with their house made chipolte sauce(«Kiggins») that I made extra spicy per request. Woo, Spiiiiicy! I went to the downtown location, they have another at Clark College. Despite the steady stream of customers they got the bowls out very quickly, under two minutes after purchase so have no fear if you’ve only got a 30 minute lunch! They have three main options: a burrito, a bowl or a salad. Their ingredients are allergy friendly as they are just whole ingredients(rice, beans, lettuce, you get the idea) and the chipotle sauce I had is one of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth and you would never know it’s free of dairy, nuts, is vegan, and other helpful things I’m sure I’m forgetting. It sounds like their downtown cart moves around??? But their website told me where it was today.

I have finished my first Mighty Bowl and am pleased to report it was tasty and worth checking out. Service was pleasant as well. The reason for the 4 star rating is their large bowl isn’t enough for me. I think it is a good size for most people but I cycle to work and am very active so I prefer to get most of my calories at lunch. I wish they had a larger sized option I could order.

Excellent food and decent price point. I walked by a handful of times and noticed there is always a line. Good reason for such a line. This is not to say that it takes a while. $ 7.50 for lunch and maybe took 6 minutes from standing in line, ordering, to waiting for food. Decent lunch portion and healthy as well. Would love to have had a bigger portion for the price. I look forward to returning.

I make sure I don’t eat before leaving the house so I can get a Mighty Bowl every time I’m in downtown Vancouver for the farmer’s market. The Mighty Bowl is a perfect-sized vegetarian bowl of deliciousness, and I’m going to have to agree with some other Unilocalers — definitely mix the peanut with the hot sauce!

Fast and good quality food at a good price. Great for a fast lunch, with enough options to stay entertained. Would recommend over and over again.

So delicious! My husband and I used to treat ourselves to mighty bowl for lunches together when we were working downtown Vancouver. Now, we’ve moved to California, and we haven’t been able to find something so refreshing, light, yet filling, as mighty bowl! We can’t wait to visit and have some more!

As a meat lover I avoided this place for so long because it’s vegetarian but boy was I missing out! It’s now one of my favorite places to grab lunch. So much flavor in every one of their bowls. Defiantly a must try!

Very delicious bowl and lots of options on toppings and sauces, the bowls are kinda small and expensive and for what it is I think this is about 2 points away from being a Chipotle-wannabe.1) They offer 3 sauces 2) they don’t offer any meat options. Other than that it’s practically the same thing.

Love Mighty Bowl! Such a great option for when I’m stuck on campus without lunch. I’m vegan and Mighty Bowl is basically my only food option at school. I’ve tried all of the bowls and can’t pick a favorite– they’re equally good. I leave off the dairy and the olives and it’s perfect. They have a small menu but they do it well. Quick, friendly, and accurate service. Mighty Bowl is also handy when I’m wandering the Vancouver farmers market during the summer.

CANTGETENOUGH. I used to get it everyday on campus when I went to Clark College. I live in Seattle now and I still crave it from time to time. I planned my entire day and drive down home for spring break around making it back in time to get a bowl. Best thing to get is a mix of the peanut and the spicy kiggens sauce. Plus, staff is awesome. If Shane is at the window, ask for a hug. He will get out of the truck and give you an gentle and slightly awkward 15 second hug.

In sea full of eh there is one YUM! Bowls of rice, beans, olives, avocado, cheese, and Cilantro. I love the chiolte sauce. Seriously good eats, the wrap is amazing also. If you in Vancouver for lunch time, find them you wont be disappointed.

Yum! My burrito was delicious! Reminded me of a Chipotle burrito but tasted wayyy more fresh. Got the spicy chipotle sauce which had just the right amount of kick. Tried my cousin’s peanut sauce bowl which I thought sounded weird and was definitely not a fan but that’s just me. Love peanut sauce but not in a bowl or burrito. Will definitely return next time I am downtown Vancouver– if their truck is parked there at the time.

I had the Kiggins Bowl minus the sour cream and olives. It was so bomb! I definitely recommend this food truck and it’s located right on Clark College campus. How convenient! The staff were friendly as well.

One of the best food trucks that I have had, PERIOD. This is my favorite spot to run to for a quick lunch during my lunch break or at the farmers market during the weekend. I always get a large Kiggins bowl with a grapefruit Hansens soda. My significant other tends to mix it up a bit more. I always recommend getting the large(16 oz) over the regular(12oz), it’s only a $ 0.50 difference for significantly more food! The Kiggins is delicious! It includes brown rice, cheese, black beans, black olives, a good amount of avocado, salsa, sour cream, cilantro(none for me), and a spicy chipotle Kiggins sauce. The truck does move on a daily basis so there is a nice change of scenery and during dinner you can actually sit and eat at the coffee shop!

I can’t believe I haven’t done a review on this place yet because I am so in love! Not only am I so happy to have found a place like this, but that I have found it in Vancouver! They have some similar in portland, but they have a lot of options like this in portland, and vancouver doesn’t have ANY! Their 3 bowl options are each amazing(yes, i’ve tried all 3 just for this review of course ;)) and the Kiggins in my favorite. Mighty bowl– is a thai curry sauce kiggins– spicy chipotle peanut– peanut sauce They have fresh fruit smoothies as well, with no added sugar, etc. The toppings are awesome, including sour cream, cheese, olives, avocado, cilantro, and pico de gaillo. You can pick and choose what you want on it though. The sauce is mixed in with the brown rice, and it comes with black beans as well. making it a complete source of protein while still being vegetarian(and possibly vegan) You can roll it all together in a tortilla to make it a rolled bowl(burrito/wrap). The prices are up to $ 6.50 for the large, or $ 6 for the smaller one. its not very much food, but i’m just so happy that we have something like this in the couve, that I don’t even care how much it is!

Vancouver should really loosen up on food cart restrictions, live a little ya’know? But, haters gonna hate I suppose. If you’re only going to have one cart for a whole city, at least it’s The Mighty Bowl, «Serving Vancouver. Proudly» as they have printed on the side of their truck. The menu is simple. They offer bowls in two sizes or you can turn it into a wrap for an extra dollar. The price difference between the large and the small size is .50 which to me is a no brainer — obvi I’m getting the large. All bowls include brown, black beans, olives, avocado, salsa, cilantro, sour cream & cheese. Then you choose your sauce to top it all off! All of the sauces are great although the Kiggins(aka spicy chipotle) is my favorite. They will at times have an extra special edition sauce — try it, you’ll be happy you did. You can even mix a couple sauces together, they’re cool with it. If your a person with food allergies, speak up! They’re very knowledgeable and are happy to help you out. I believe they are open six days a week. They are regularly at the same places so it’s easy to find them, also the web site is always up to date. The staff is amazing and seems to really work on building relationships with there customers. So if you see that big blue and green mighty bowl truck rolling around, follow ‘em to get a bowl, a large one.

With a dearth of food trucks in the City of Vancouver, I basically learned of this truck through a comment on a social media website. All I know is that ordinances in VanWa are very anti-food truck, much like Salem. Mighty Bowl posts a lunch schedule for the week, and it’s a regular rotation of lunch spots that include the Clark County courthouse area and Clark College. Usually open Mon-Thu. The truck has a menu that reminds me of The Whole Bowl in Portland. It’s a vegetarian dish with brown rice, black beans, cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, olives, avocado, and cilantro. Small bowls are $ 5.50 and large bowls are $ 6. If you really want that street food option, you can get any of the bowls in a wrap(«Rolled Bowl») for $ 6.75. But here, you’ll have three different sauces to choose from. Each sauce is gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free. The tangy house sauce used for their«Mighty Bowl» has that lemon curry flavor, extremely refreshing. The«Peanut Bowl» comes with a wonderful, mild peanut sauce that immediately screamed Thai to me(but not spicy). Anyone a zillion miles away could guess that I was picking the spicy option. The«Kiggins Bowl» gets topped with a spicy chipotle sauce. Kevin had an even spicier chipotle option that uses more jalapenos. Since I laugh at jalapenos, I quickly went with that. No sour cream for me, though. Never could get into that stuff. Much like at The Whole Bowl, I loved the healthy, filling aspects this dish contains. The sauce had a mild kick, not too spicy. You’ll appreciate the texture contrasts. Each component keeps its individual identity, but works well when combined and eaten together. There is a rotating weekly salad option for $ 4. Hey, if you love salads, why not? Bring the kids as well, for there’s a $ 2 kid’s bowl option with beans, rice, cheese, and choice of sauce(and that can also become a wrap for 75 cents more). Yeah, the weather’s turned much colder, but The Mighty Bowl also carries 12 oz. smoothies for $ 3.75. The«Arnada»(mango, pineapple, OJ, and rice milk) was a big hit throughout the summer. Yet even now, the«Hough»(banana, cocoa, peanut butter, rice milk, and dates) is quite popular. Maybe because it sounds thicker, richer, and more appropriate for fall/winter? Oh, and don’t worry, the truck has an awning to provide a waiting area as the rainy, cooler weather comes back to the Pacific NW. This is one awesome food truck! They are also on FB and Twitter, so you can get the latest updates on where they will be.
