I actually didnt set foot inside the store — but I got absolutely incredibly wonderful customer service by phone. When my daughter needed soccer cleats one Saturday morning, an hour before the store opened an angel named Perry answered the phone when we called. Instead of telling me the store wasnt opened yet — we told him what we needed, he picked out all of the possible options for my daughter, described the colors and brands so we could look them up online, grabbed the shin guards and water bottle and headband — and had it all ready for her grandmother to walk in and pick up within just a few minutes before the store opened. It was great! She made it to her game. Now as for the rest of the store and their other goods and services, I technically cant speak on that!
