Amazing! My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick, simple, sandwich place. I ordered chicken salad on flat bread with hot peppers, lettuce, and tomato, so good and incredibly filling. It was clean and the atmosphere was fun. Service was nice — very personable, funny, and helpful. Prices were great as well — for two sandwiches and two sodas was $ 20. Lots of different options and toppings! Great and quick!

This place is amazing. I don’t go here for the sandwiches. I go here for the milkshakes. They are always good. If your looking for a sweet treat and something cheap don’t go to starbucks go here

Food: I was at the airport to catch an afternoon flight, so I got in line to order a sandwich for lunch. I ordered a Big Roast Beef Sandwich with hot peppers and onions. It’s always nice to eat those hot peppers when the weather is cold. Warms you right up! They have one of the best roast beef sandwiches that I’ve eaten. Also for the price, you really can’t beat eating here especially when you’re having to eat at an airport! Service: Service is always quick. Ordering is simple. Pick your sandwich, type of bread, how big, and what items you want to add to it. Easy peasy. Location: It is located inside the Ronald Reagan National Airport. Arguably the best place to grab a bite to eat before catching your flight!

Place was a great cheaper option since I work at DCA, but they recently closed about 2 months ago. They are in the process of relaxing it with s Middle Eastern restaurant.

I was starving and luckily I was able to get a sandwich prior to them closing inside the terminal. Reminds me of Quiznos. Mhmmm Quiznos. Where did they all go?

Had an egg, bacon & cheddar sandwich while catching an early flight this morning & I must say, it was very good. Extremely affordable as well. Didn’t feel as if I was buying marked up airport food. Staff was also very helpful & polite. Definitely worth the try if you’re a sandwich fan.

The Mediterranean sandwich was really solid. Go with the wheat bread, they stick some feta on it and send it through the conveyor belt-oven. Then gets topped with spicy hummus, cucumber(ask for extra for that extra crunch!), roasted red peppers, artichoke. Very satisfying!

Great place to grab a yummy warm sandwich. Milkshakes are pretty good too. Sometimes the lines are a little long but if you can wait, its worth it. This place is one of the netter options for food on that terminal.

Potbelly is a sandwich shop all the Arline crews love. Including this jetsetter :) hearty sandwiches at a very reasonable price, for airport locations. They also offer soups, milkshakes and during breakfast, some wonderful breakfast sandwiches, hot oatmeal and bagels!

What’s not to love about Potbelly? Great sandwiches and I even eat them for breckie! We don’t have them in San Diego so I eat them when I can. It’s the holidays so I grabbed a peppermint twist shake — tastes like Christmas and awesomebombs roasting on an open fire

I don’t like eating at airports but when it’s a chain you know and love, it helps take some of the apprehension away. Fast service at a great price. I ordered my favorite the Roast Beef with everything on wheat. Yummy in my tummy. The peppers add a nice kick of flavor.

I am surprised and kind of delighted by my breakfast here at the Potbelly at DCA. Instead of a rubbery microwaved«breakfast sandwich», I got a freshly made ham, mushroom, egg, and cheddar bagel that actually tasted like food! The sandwiches were grilled and you still got to choose toppings like lettuce and tomato, so I ended up eating something sort of healthy, hearty, and not plasticky. Yay!

Waiting for our delayed flight and looking for a quick meal, my family and I decided that we had to try the Potbelly Sandwich Shop. Considering the 4.5 star rating, the long lines, and the appetizing menu, it seemed like a solid place to go. I got the Wreck, along with some regular bagged chips. The sandwich was made fresh, toasted, and had plenty of sauce and toppings. It came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The chips that they sell were good too. Overall, Potbelly Sandwich Shop is a solid choice, especially so considering that it’s airport food.

Typical Potbelly without a HUGE airport markup. The line moved fast and everyone was nice.

My wife bought a bag of their oatmeal chocolate-chip cookies. We intended to bring them to share with our friends. Then we thought, why not try one? Somehow, the cookies disappeared. I know not how…

This is my preferred restaurant of choice when I’m flying out of Reagan National airport. The food is always fresh(further proof of this is the long line at all times of the day), the service is efficient and friendly, and they serve lunch foods for breakfast(very awesome, since I’m not a huge fan of traditional breakfast foods and opt for brunch/dinner foods for breakfast). The prices are also very decent here. For airport food, that is. I usually order the chicken salad sandwich and have half while waiting at my gate and the second half sometime during my flight. It’s a great food experience.

I got a sandwich here to go so I could eat it on my flight later in the day. I got a turkey sandwich on wheat with provolone, mayo and pickles. I did not realize they toast their sandwiches like Quiznos. I was a little worried that the sandwich was hot when I bought it but would be cold by the time I ate it and then it would be tough. The sandwich ended up tasting fine after sitting for a few hours. There was a little too much mayo on the sandwich but otherwise it was tasty. I also bought one of their dream bars which seemed sort of like a cookie brownie combo. It was tasty too. The staff was a little annoyed I broke up their conversation to order but otherwise the service was fine.

It’s Potbelly and usually my pick for food options when I am in this terminal. In Comparison to the«Rock it Bar»(booze yes but food sucks/service slow and not the most ideal when you have to wait a while and have a flight to catch), China Express(horrible«mall food court» chinese food), Pizza(don’t even get me started), Fudruckers(okay if you’re in the mood for burgers/fries but I’m often in the mood for something lighter), Potbelly fits the bill: cheap, quick,(can be) healthier and service is usually decent. It’s airport food… at Reagan National Airport, you can’t really have too high of standards…

Well, aren’t you lucky DCA travelers? While the rest of the country has to settle for McDonald’s or some strange pub inside an airport, you have the luxury(and do I mean LUXURY) of being able to eat a delicious sandwich from Potbelly before hopping onto a mind-numbing flight. Or is it just me? Curse you, American Airlines. At least my tummy was filled and happy during my obscene 10-hour ordeal. Red peppers weren’t available when I went :(-1 star. You can earn this star back if they are available next time and for sale in jars I can take home =D especially since I usually travel with carry-on luggage, it’s a pain to want to bring back a jar of red peppers due to the liquids rule for flying. I recommend ordering«A Wreck’(super tasty and meaty sandwich) and having it toasted. You’re welcome. And bring one back for me :)
