Burger king is burger king but i went to the drive through twice recently and the employee made me feel like i was asking for to much and then had me park and wait and had the car behind me bring me my food as i was leaving instead of her bringing me the food i live close by but i refuse to go back to that one service is horrible

It is unfortunate but, after having made the same complaint MANY times over the past year+++, it falls on deaf ears and uncaring management and employees. EVERY time I go to this establishment, the Coca Cola is mixed with another soft drink. Either I take the time to taste in while in the drive thru line and hold up the entire line OR I park the car and walk in to TRY the inside fountain machine, which SOMETIMES is mixed, as well. I had one employee try to tell me that the lines«mix themselves»… ;) I have talked with counter clerks and management alike to no avail. My next complaint is to their Coca Cola supplier and the owners of that location. There really is no excuse for poor management, not in this day and age. All you have to do is follow the pictures and train your staff how to change out the syrup containers.

The employees lack customer service, but the supervisor really needs to work on their customer service. I order my meal and the supervisor got mad at me because i was waiting for my cup after they had already given me my meal. She said not to stand where you pick up the orders because I was holding up other customers. Like seriously they need to be trained on how to provide quality customer service.

I don’t regularly eat inside a fast food restaurant but yesterday I did because I had the time to spare. I was enormously impressed with the place. Here are a few highlight and things that stood out as impressive: — clean and decorative — the tables are modern and comfortable — the service was quick and most notably the presentation was great — each hamburger was wrapped tight and the cheese was evenly placed — the two soda machines are awesome. It’s the coke machine that has a TON of options. There must have been 8 different types of Fanta. — everything was tasty — I asked for taco sauce and ranch and they gave me a handful of both — up to date music was playing. Not too loud not too quiet. — two flat screen tvs playing the music videos — the bathroom was clean and the hand dryer works awesome So that’s some things. This place looks like it has had some poor reviews. My experience was great so five stars for sure.

Twice we’ve been here — most recent was yesterday. I enjoy the Big King sandwich and the fries are delish. They’re not so crispy that you can’t eat them. Plus the seating is neat! I love how there’s several types and heights of seats. I’ll upload 3 pictures because it’s interesting how they remodeled this place. Yes the customer service is lacking. Both times we had to repeat ourselves over and over, all the way up until the end where we paid for it. It’s ridiculous they don’t speak much English but our food was good. BF loves it because they have his combination of soda — coke zero with cherry and vanilla. Bathroom sucked — no toilet paper and soap either. Good part was when I told an employee, she got on it right away. How are employees supposed to follow the signs and wash their hands before returning to work without the essential ingredient!!! Overall, good food and nice ambiance. TV’s need different channels but that’s neither here nor there and probably not gonna happen.

Horrible customer service, three employees having conversation while I was trying to order. Mind you I walked in and they looked at me and ignored me. Turned their two turned their backs walked away. One to the drive thru window the other to the back of the kitchen. The counter person acted with an attitude like she was so busy. Only to turn around after taking my order to flirt with the cook. Yuup! No welcome to burger king! Uugh! No more coming to this place! They act like they work for a union and you are there to serve them! Was I discreminated?

I love this place. The manager is always working and always greets me with a hello. I have been in a couple times in the past few weeks. I usually use a coupon the comes in the mail and get 2 whoppers. My order is always right and done pretty quickly. The manager has given me a free drink a few times and strikes up a conversation with me about sports. We need more fast food managers like him! Great job keep up the great work!

Wen thru the drive through… bought an ice cream for a friend… it was falling over and was only about an inch high… when I mentioned it to the employee, Josh, he said they had a training video on how many swirls to do…(three)…I think he needs to learn to count… when I told him that wasn’t three… he said… there’s ice cream in the bottom of the cone! WOW!!! BTW… the cone was mostly empty! LOL go there from time to time and it’s always slow and disorganized! HELLLOOOOO Let’s train somebody about customer service… cause I guess you really CAN“T have it YOUR way! pssst… note to self… quit going there! Duh!

Worst BK I have ever been into!!! This place is dirty and unorganized. I know this place is in a bad part of town but com on! its a major food chain! You have bums coming in just to use the bathroom and leaving it filthy. The soda fountain machine is dirty and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years! The floors are gross and sticky and the tables aren’t even clean. I will never come to this place again.

I should have heeded the other reviews/warnings, but I thought they were talking about the bathrooms. Sorry, but this place sucks all the way around! I was handed my two burgers in the drive-thru before I even paid! They must have just been waiting for me under the heat lights! They tasted terrible, dry and old. The buns were all smashed and it was a disgusting meal. I used to love Whoppers, but never again! Yuk! On top of that, a Whopper and a BBQ Slammer(?) cost over $ 6.00! What a waste.

This is the most disgusting Burger King I have ever been in! Stopped in for a quick snack one night and made the mistake of trying to use the restroom. It was like something out of a horror movie. Absolute filth *EVERYWHERE*! Things were dirty that could only have been made dirty intentionally. It was so bad that I actually seriously considered calling the health department. If you don’t have a strong stomach, stop reading now… Toilet was used by multiple people for multiple purposes and had overflowed onto the floor. Obviously-used toilet paper was strewn across the floor. Walls had brown smears everywhere. Gang graffiti on every surface. Floor was sticky. *REEKED* of urine. I left the restroom unused by me, threw away my food, and vowed never to return This franchisee is damaging Burger King’s reputation, and deserves to be drummed out of business.

FILTHYFLOORS, YUCKYBUNS, OBLIVIOUS&UNCARINGMANAGEMENT While traveling through Watsonville, stopped to grab bite for dinner at this centrally located Burger King last Sunday night. Staff took our order without a problem. However, as we walked away from counter to the beverage counter… our shoes kept sticking to the floor. Figured it was due to spilled soft drinks – just at the beverage counter. NOT. The entire floor was sticky as heck, as we walked around looking for a CLEAN table or booth. My pricey broiled tenderloin chicken sandwich was a bit«slimy» and very mushy. I went up to the counter and spoke to the«person in charge», aka Maurey. He listened to my comments and was very blasé. No explanation or apologies were offered –at which point, I commented on the sticky floor. Maurey’s reply: «oh… it’s probably spilled soda that’s making the floor sticky». My response: «Why don’t you CLEAN it? … The floor is not only sticky in front of the beverage counter but all over the restaurant». Maury made NO comment. I went back to my table disgusted at the lack of response(and responsibility) and picked over my sandwich which was horribly soggy, due to the nasty buns served at this particular restaurant. This definitely was NOT the average American hamburger bun; it looked like the type of bread that is sold in ethnic bakeries. To add insult to injury, a young filthy and drunk male had come into the restaurant and was stopping at tables where customers were trying to eat. He came and sat down at our table, right across from us and started to beg. I looked up at the service counter and ALL7 – 8 staff persons were bustling back and forth, without even glancing at the customers who were eating at the tables. I felt I was in a 3rd world country: oblivious management, awful food, filthy and uncared for place – which left me with a queasy and upset stomach. It is obvious that the local Department of Health is either blind or uncaring.
