Employees don’t know how to enter food orders with any variation(like«no onions»), and heaven help you if you want two burgers made differently. The last three orders I’ve gotten were made WRONG. I haven’t had a «Thank you,» ever. Courtesy is virtually nonexistent. Add that to mistakes in orders, and you’d be better off at Whataburger, just a few doors away.

Horrible service. It seems like every time I go here there is an abundance of employees however this apparently isn’t helping them. This restaurant is always slow to serve even the most simplest of their menu items(ice cream). They constantly get orders wrong. For example I ordered a large mix, what I got was a large mix cup filled only half way with ice cream. I then showed the pimple faced kid at the window and asked him why the cup was half empty as I am not an optimist. The pimple faced kid shrugged his shoulders as to say«I worked very hard on this delicious treat and I don’t care if its not up to standards». A manager(I assume) came to the window and informed me that even though the cup was half empty that that the pimple faced kid did his job to the business standards and that customer satisfaction had no place in their policies. If you want good customer service and good food stay far away from this location.

Sadly, this place has really gone downhill over the years. After waiting at the counter for five minutes with a line growing behind me, an employee finally asked me if I had been helped yet. I said no and started to give my order, but she walked off. She comes back a minute later and tells me that she needs a manager to unlock the register screen. So… more waiting as the line behind me continues to grow. A woman comes angrily mumbling up to the register and swipes her card and gripes as she walks away. I try to give my order for the number 11 explaining that my daughter wants meat and cheese only, no condiments or veggies. The girl apparently can’t figure out how to ring that up so she asked a fellow employee to ring it up. I explained to the new girl that I wanted the number 11 with meat and cheese only, she read my order back and I paid. A few minutes later, the order was done and I was relieved to be leaving the store. Fast forward 15 minutes to the moment we were almost home and my daughter went to eat her jr burger just to discover there were pickles, onions, and ketchup on it. GREAT. So, I drove 15 minutes back to Braum’s, got an, «I’m sorry» from the employee, asked to speak to the manager. Explained the problems to the manager, got the same ol’ I’m sorry bit and left. Braum’s-your store has so many layers of grease on it, it is disgusting. Also, please train your new employees on how to use a cash register and your management how to best handle conflict. And finally, teach your staff to smile, be prompt, and be polite.

Always a good place to come and get some ice cream. They make other things for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well like hamburgers. The biscuits and gravy are good for breakfast. Always like getting a banana shake with my crinkle cut fries here. It is also a good location for small grocery runs. Can’t beat the taste of Braum’s milk! They have a drive through as well.

We stopped for ice cream after school for snack time. We think Braum’s has the best ice cream ever! Always a treat!
