Rented a bike while traveling from out of town. They were super helpful, accommodating, and generally enthusiastic cycling shop. Recommended routes and were interested in my post ride talk. I will rent from them again and I encourage you to as well!

Just finished another Epic ride! As always a trip to Win’s before for a tune and detail. My bike looked and rode like a brand new machine! Excellent tune! No worries the whole ride! Great peace of mind– confidence in cables, tires, drive train everything! Great staff! Great service!!!

Great bike shop. Always friendly and attentive service. The people there can tune your bike to absolute perfection. They have a large selection of parts and accessories so they always have what you want or need on hand. I give this place my highest recommendation.

While on vacation, I needed an adjustment on my bike and Lane fixed the issue plus made some other adjustments — the difference was incredible. My bike has not ridden so smoothly since it was new. I plan on getting a tune up plus cleaning the next time we go on vacation there. This shop is the mechanic to the pros, so they know their stuff!

My bike is old and it creeks and squeeks. I’ve taken it to other shops in Agoura but they never seem to get it right. A friend recommended Win’s Wheels so I gave them a try. Win found a few issues and one nobody else has even hinted about. I took my bike out on a couple hard rides over the holiday weekend and not a peep from my bike. He was quick and very reasonably priced.

These guys rock! After taking my Maverick Duc 32 fork into my LBS in Phoenix, and them unable to repair the fork, I found Win’s after a bit of research. From the day I called, to the day I got the fork back, I received top notch and friendly service. Not to mention, they had the parts and knowhow to rebuild this fork and their pricing was very fair. My LBS typically requires 3 – 4 days to turn around a simple service, and Win’s turned around a fork rebuild in 24 hours. If I lived in LA, this would be my LBS.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I brought my mountain bike here on several occasions for a variety of reasons (wheel true, suspension servicing, wheel rebuild, general tune, etc.) and each time they were very knowledgeable and helpful in solving/​fixing my problem. Additionally, I was never pushed to purchase items/​services I didn’t need, which I have experienced at other shops.
I am bummed that I moved across the state and can no longer take my bikes here. I will be hard pressed to find as good a shop and great a group of guys.

So the other day I was riding my Mtn Bike and the front brakes were soft. The front forks were leaking and pads were soaked. My bike is a Maverick which is no longer in production. Win said «bring it in I may have the parts stashed in the back for your bike». Sure enough he did and when I picked up the bike 24 hours later it was killer! He had tuned adjusted the forks for my weight and it’s so much more fun to bomb the local canyons with. Pricing was excellent for the quality and personal service provided. The shop has ONLY quality parts and accessories if you’re looking for low grade stuff this is not the place. Thanks guy’s! See you soon.

Just had my bike serviced at Wins by Michael, and I had an awesome experience! I’d been to Wins before for parts and wheels built, but this was my first service experience and I have zero complaints. Even though I live in Camarillo, its convenient and close-​ish to my work, additionally they’re the best shop around.
Michael is awesome, very communicative to what’s going on and time frame, and extremely professional.

Always great — even for a newbie like me. Take the time to explain things clearly. Work is always right and always on time. I’ve tried other places and just don’t feel like they know bikes quite as well.

I can’t recommend Win’s highly enough. In a decade of cycling around the Santa Monicas, this is by far the best repair shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve come in with ridiculous requests («Hi, can you please set up these super-​light non-​tubeless-​ready race tires to run tubeless?») and they’ve come through for me every time.
The folks at the shop are friendly and super-​easy to work with. Win’s has become my go-​to shop for maintenance and repairs. I’m lucky enough to work nearby, and it’s fantastic to drop off a busted bike in the morning, and have it fixed and back in my hands in time for an after-​work ride.
And the dogs at the shop are the sweetest around. Gotta admit that during a rough day at work, I once stopped in to «pick up some supplies» just as an excuse to pet the dogs. :)
I *love* that I’ve seen bikes in the shop that range from top-​end race machines to bikes that are plainly workhorses (flat pedals, fat tires, racks), and the crew at Win’s shows them *all* the same love.
Great people, great shop, stellar know-​how, jaw-​dropping turn-​around times, and awesome dogs. Best. Shop. Ever.

I can’t comprehend how these guys seem to have so much more knowledge AND a crazy fast turn around time compared to anyone in the local area. They blow my mind constantly. And if i didn’t ride, I’d go there to pet the sweet dogs that greet me every time I come in. Thank you Wins.

Approx 8 weeks ago my wife went for a fitting and adjustments were made and it really helped. We were told we would need to return for more adjustments but no additional fitting fee that one time fee was for life.
My wife called to make an appointment but was told they no longer fit bikes.
Wow! Anyone can make a promise then stop the service.

I cycle to work and I love knowing that I can always come here to get my bike issues resolved. It’s an older model and I put a lot of mileage on it so when something goes wrong, I need it fixed Asap. The guys at Win’s are very helpful and will often make adjustments on the spot– my day is saved!
They have two large dogs that might rush towards you as you come in the door– I always forget not to panic. They are actually really sweet and we’ll trained.
Definitely recommend this place and I will be back again!

I’ve been in Win’s shop several times and have had nothing but the best experiences. These guys know bike repair!

To make a long story short, I bought a used Franco frame from Craiglist. I’ve never built up a bike, so I brought it over to Win’s. The original owner knew them and Brandon helped me check out the bike. Right after, he helped me pick out everything and made some smart recommendations. I had Brandon do the build and it turned out fantastic. I could not be happier. It’s not a cheap place, but I find their attention to detail and helpfulness to be worth their pricing. I’ve been coming here for all my repairs and adjustments since then.
They’re knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Dropped off my «beloved» for a tuneup, and the frame was cracked! Good thing these outstanding craftsman are paying attention.
Decided to purchase a new frame, and Hunter was all over it. Didn’t have to wait too long despite this very busy shop. Perfectly matched my fit, and the build is perfect as well. Remarkable quality and customer service. Nothing like it that I’m aware of! Can’t offer a higher recommendation.
